The swimming pool was good and the Hotel looked really good on the outside. It is also close proximity to social amenities

The bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived. The toilet seats had dried urine stains. The fridge was also really dusty and gross. Despite paying for bed and breakfast, the hotel charged for a soda which was taken as an alternative to tea yet during check in we had given meal preferences and they said they would coordinate, last day we also had made a request on check in for our breakfast to be prepared either early or the prior night and we would store it in the fridge because we had to check out early morning and they agreed but this wasn’t fulfilled, upon asking the lady started making excuses saying hotel policy did not allow.

I liked their pool. Good size and clean. The staff are very polite.

The bathroom was blocked. Despite reporting it wasn't rectified. The AC was also not functioning appropriately and we did not have control as no remote was provided.

The breakfast was not very varied, the WiFi didn't work properly the whole time, the shuttle from the airport was late and it seemed as we were sometimes not understood in English

Great value for money

The location is good especially if you arrive by car and want to avoid the busy hustle of the city. We found the place easily. The apartment was very spacious, clean and everything worked well, like hot shower and the little kitchen. Our kids loved the swimming pool and the staff was so kind to keep our watermelon loving son happy with complimentary watermelons. I can totally recommend this place, it's great value for money and it's easy to move around using Bolt services.

The place could really use a professional chef. The food is ok, but not very special. I am sure more guests would enjoy their meals here if there was some nice options for food.

The room was poor and dirty. We arranged a taxi with the hotel on arrival, the taxi never came. The room was not ready at 11 PM, we had to wait 30 minutes to get the room even having confirmed our arrival time

Staying in the hotel was very excellent, pleasable and satisfied

Our staying in the hotel was very comfortable and pleasure included location is totally safety. Staff were very friendly, support and helpful. There are also interesting places around the hotel to visit. The restaurant has a lot of different kind of foods we could choose. the food are very good tasty. The breakfast is great. i will recommend everyone to visit this beautiful and comfortable hotel. they are still working to improve it

One thing we didn't like is Television programmes was not enjoyable to watch and very bored as it lacked movies and other interesting entertainment. There was no subtitles for me to read because i am deaf. In my next visit, i hope they make this progrmme a very interesting to watch

This place made us unwind and relax in no time

The hotel is secure, quiet and has good rooms with balcony airco, TV, big bed and a good square mosquito net. The swimming pool is an extra bonus. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is included and can be modified each day. The manager is very good in sorting out any issues and requests. The location is within easy reach from shops, beach and restaurants (by BOLT very easy and not expensive)

The mattress is quite hard and would be better with a mattress topper. The staff are very friendly but can be quite slow and do not speak very good English. Some rooms are small so it is better to request a bigger room. The location is central, but not walking distance from anywhere.

I liked everything to be honest. The AC was working fine and the staff were friendly particularly Mr. Anthony the manager was friendly to the maximum extent. I would recommend everyone.
