The hotel was clean and bedding we cotton.
The gym equipment was old and needed urgent repair. The fixtures (taps and toilet flush buttons) in the bathroom are old and need replacement.

A decent hotel.
Room could have been cleaner.
5.0
Everything except for the shower and the breakfast menu
The showers are small and the overhead shower is to big for a shower that small, so you have no where room to lather up without the water hitting you from above while you’re trying to lather your body up

The customer service was really good from start to finish.
My room didn't have a carpet, the bath towel was old and part of it torn. The beddings were thin and old..The taps were corroded. Overall the hotel needs some refurbishment and the cleanliness taken up a notch.

The rest room at the lobby was stinking. The room was infested with roaches. The shower only ran hot water. It was an embarrassment. Want my refund.
I’m a spire with IHG. This hotel should be a one star.

The stuff members are warm and welcoming. The food from the menu and breakfast was delicious. Nice area with a good view in some angles. Especially the swimming pool side was wonderful for evening relaxation.
At least the room we booked didn’t have a refrigerator, the electric kettle couldn’t be turn off even when turn off. It kept heating up water. I had to bring it down to the reception to prevent any hazards.
The facilities needs a huge upgrade in all.
The drainage in the bathroom shower didn’t work. It took sometime for water to go through.
We booked an executive double room. They have an extra room for the kids in room. It was very hot warm in there that my kids couldn’t sleep. An additional air conditioner would be great for the room.
The gym room beside the swimming pool was not kept in good condition. They looked old and rusty. Shocking enough they were all broken. So until the i will not advice anyone to go near that gym room.

The Hotel is in Makumbusho, which is very central and easy to locate and access. Via bus (Dala Dala) but also has regular tuktuks around.
The hotel was outdated and is in desperate need of renovating. The furnishings look old and have a smell to them. Curtains also.

There was a variety to pick from and a balanced diet too. Loved it. The fruits were so fresh I never missed any.
To try changing the breakfast menu on different days in the food section.

Great staff, rooms are clean .
You can’t sleep at night if you sleep on the side of the mosque . It starts shouting the praying at some 3 am and 6 am. Also streets are always busy even at nights and you hear motorbikes and people the whole night . Ask for the side room wich is facing to the building next to it . If it faces the corner side you will struggle to sleep

They really came to my rescue when I had an issue with Bolt driver. The driver couldn't speak English. Their intervention was really helpful. Much appreciated
Power cuts. Not their fault however as a hotel they need to have backup power that kicks in automatically.
