We opted for the continental breakfast which was just ok. In the past, we have had the full buffet which consisted of hot dishes. Halima made us some good coffee. Amenities are replenished daily. The bathroom and shower are very good. Did not want to leave the shower!! Wonderful water pressure and immediate hot water. The shower, hair, conditioner gels are of excellent quality as is the body cream! The toilet does have a bidet hose, which was a bonus for us. The room comes with its own air-conditioning. Also, I think the room is sprayed, so there are no mosquitoes and you can have a restful sleep. It was nice to see the manager get stuck in with unpacking new outdoor furniture with the staff. There is a kettle in room with ample tea/coffee/milk/water. Also, an iron and ironing board. This time, we had a balcony overlooking the pool area with sea views. Enjoyed our daily banter with Nuru, the security guard, who was very thorough when also dealing with our Uber drivers and checking their details. The lady who greeted us at breakfast each morning, was also very nice and welcoming. The location of the hotel is very good and safe and this is a huge plus for us. The hotel in general, rooms, bathrooms etc. is very clean. Also, enjoyed using the gym. The Indian manager is also attentive and always asks for feedback, which is good in our opinion and it is good to see a familiar face during our stay.
We have stayed in this hotel a few times now. Some of the staff know us well, so there is no problem there, but attention to detail is sadly lacking. There was mould on the bedroom ceiling near the air-conditioning. We got charged three different rates for breakfast as the staff did not know the difference between a buffet, English or continental breakfast. One of us had a celebration during our stay and it would have been nice to have been acknowledged, but again, clueless reigned! A parcel was dropped off for us at reception at 10:30 in the morning. Despite seeing us several times during the course of the day, not one person at reception informed us in person or even slipped a note under our door to let us know. It was only at 6pm upon inquiring, that we were told that it had been there since the early morning. After staying here a few times, I think a manager can only do so much and the rest is up to the staff to follow through and make sure that the customer is happy. One of the managers knows us quite well and always asks how our stay is going and there is very real effort from him, and we see his efforts as a bonus as he is also one of the reasons we have returned to this hotel. Did not get his name, unfortunately. Hopefully, there will be some improvement from the staff, if and when we do return. The hotel should take this part of the review as constructive criticism and hopefully build positively from there. In this, we wish them all the best.

Everything,
The staff, the food, the rooms, the room service, everything was just on point. Loved it.
Loved the fact that when the electrian could not resolve the lighting issue in our room, we got changed to another room

This is what Tanzania lacked for so long, just a clean and predictable pleasant business hotel with high international standards.
I didn't have a chance to eat any meals so can't comment on the food. There nothing I experienced that I didn't like.

the pool area is too public! everybody from their rooms can see you swimming. Breakfast was too pricey for what it is. only one electric socket in the whole room
