Such a great find in ABQ. Beautiful mountain view, nice outside space, very clean, comfy, and safe-- everything we were looking for! Thank you!

We love staying in this beautiful home and this latest visit was no exception. Everything was perfect, as usual. It's in a perfect setting with beautiful views of the mountains and it feels secluded though it's only a few minutes from everything in the city. We especially enjoy the comfortable living room and luxurious bed and bath linen. Christine is a wonderful host; we plan to return again and again.

We all loved our stay at this great location! The mountain views were gorgeous and the accommodations were very comfortable. Easy access to town and trails. And our pups were very comfortable as well with the sweet backyard and nice neighborhood for walking.

This was one of our best experiences ever with a rental home! The owner kept in touch without being intrusive and answered all of our questions promptly. Check-in was a breeze and the property is impeccable. The views of the mountains are amazing and the backyard is a peaceful oasis. Our 14-year-old Border Collie girl was impressed with the artwork and couldn't stop staring at one of the paintings! Thank you so much, Christine, for allowing us to bring her with us.
To anyone considering a stay here, just do it! We would book this place again in a heartbeat.

I have never left a negative review. But, I thnik anyone staying here should at least know our experience. On the plus side the location, views, neighborhood, and safety are second to none; top notch. Now, regarding host response / follow through and cleanliness .... that is where it all fell down. Our first full day there, saturday, we went to use the dishwasher for the first time and we saw hair stuck all along the inside of the dishwaaher sidewall - it looked like mens razor stubble. I sent her a text with a picture....she didnt seem shocked or grossed out, no apology, she just said okay and texted back she would send someone by monday - well, monday came and went with no help. We never used the dishwaher while there, and re-washed any dishes already in the kitchen that we wanted to use by hand. It was a first for us, and my wife, family and I are avid travelers and never have experienced anything like this. Additionally the house seemed like it needed a very deep clean, and the furniture was very old and run down. Certainly not upscale - as advertised. I would not recommend, and will not be back. As I said, the host said she would help us, but just never did.

This is my favorite part of Albuquerque. You're in the foothills, so it doesn't feel like you're in a big city, but restaurants, shopping, etc. are all close by. The sheets and towels could use an upgrade, and the swamp cooler was very loud even on the low setting, but all in all it was a very nice stay. The owner was very responsive and easy to deal with.

Our family enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. For us the location in the northeast corner of Albuquerque was very good since we spent most of our days at the soccer fields in Bernalillo. There were shops and restaurants 8-10 minutes away from the house. Quiet neighborhood, near walking and hiking/biking trails. Thanks for being dog friendly.

We were happy to have this nice home as an option to stay in rather than a hotel for our short visit to see family in ABQ. The owner reached out to ensure we had what we needed. The home was very clean, and comfortable. The outdoor garden was a nice place to enjoy our coffee in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed in Christine's beautiful home several times and it is always a pleasure. The location and design of the home allow you to enjoy the most scenic mountain view in Albuquerque, either through the large windows in the living and dining area, or sitting on the backyard patio listening to the fountain and the birds. The home is fully furnished with everything you need including luxurious linens and towels. The house is always spotlessly clean and looks brand new; it's just perfect, we wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

the house, yard and neighborhood were excellent. we picked this place for the neighborhood and yard for our family dog - perfect choice. owner was accessible and helpful. will definitely go back. only one little thing about the walk in shower for my senior age parents - it is an exaggerated tapering to the drain, not flat or level inside the shower - but we managed together. the walk in shower was another reason for selecting this location for the walk in access. Oh the pellet stove was fun and easy to operate. the views were perfect any time of day. And we enjoyed the daily walks with the dog - and thanks to the owner for the extra dog poop bags and chocolates.

We loved our stay and will be back again! The location off Tramway can’t be beat and the mountain views from the living room are breathtaking. The home was very comfy, clean, and well-stocked in the kitchen for cooking or entertaining. It’s hard to find really nice homes like this that welcome dogs. The fenced yard is perfect for pups!

Have stayed here before during the summer and it was terrific! This time lows were in the 20’s and it was cold and snowy in ABQ. This terrific little townhouse doesn’t have a furnace. Only a pellet stove and space heater. Wasn’t warm enough for this Arizonan! Couldn’t keep the pellet stove working without smoking and that bothered husband’s asthma so we were a bit chilly. Never thought to ask if there was a actual furnace. So will keep it on our summer/fall vacation schedule.

This was the perfect choice for our Christmas vacation. The unit was nice and the views of the Sandra mountains were spectacular.
There was one issue with the unit, but the owner made us aware of the problem before we checked in and offered us a discount as compensation. Overall the owner was very helpful and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The rental is newly furnished, the beds are comfortable, the views of the Sandia’s are amazing, it is quiet and our dog loved the backyard. The pantry is well stocked with essentials for making meals but you can also walk or bike to breweries. Want come back already!

Wonderful vacation in Sandia Heights
We had such a great time at this Vrbo. The place is a bit on the older side, but very well appointed. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to make a lot of our meals. Grill was smallish, but worked well. The backyard was large and fenced in for our dog. It had an awesome water feature that added a peaceful feel to the yard.
Overall a great place. We had 6 people and it was plenty big enough for all of us.

Grassy green
When traveling it is so hard to find a quiet, clean, updated, comfortable place with a king bed that accepts dogs! This house rates A+! Fabulous grassy yard, all fenced in and great location! We were all comfortable here!

Comfortable Home in Foothills with Gorgeous Views of Sandias
Very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of room for the family with three generous bedrooms and a great room with lots of natural light. The best part: a private, fenced garden, backyard/side yard with direct, gorgeous views of the the Sandias--which are so close, within walking distance to access a trailhead. Look forward to returning to this beautiful property.

A stay in the heights
The property was comfortable and clean. It is a little bit older property that has been updated. Lighting in the master bath was poor so I did makeup and contact in the hall bathroom. Limited plugs and could not plug in hair dryer because of interference with the counter back splash. Several light bulbs were out. The swamp coolers kept everything just a bit on the damp side ( not like regular A/C but common in the high desert) and we hung our towels outside to get them to dry. Washer and dryer were convenient. Some spices and cooking ingredients were left which was nice. Nice back yard area with water feature. Owner nice to deal with. Would stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect
This is a beautiful property. It looks brand new, it's spotlessly clean and it's perfectly located to enjoy Albuquerque. This is the first time we've stayed here in the winter; you can sit in the den and enjoy the fireplace while watching it snow on the tallest mountain in the region. Just a perfect getaway; we'll be back as soon as we can.

Wonderful location, beautiful home.
We spent three nights in this beautiful home in Albuquerque and we can't wait to return. Christine's home is very spacious and comfortable and elegantly furnished with every amenity you could possibly need. The high quality linens make you feel that you're staying in a fancy hotel. The house was spotless and ready for us the moment we arrived. We only wished we could have spent more time by the fountain in the landscaped yard overlooking the most majestic mountain in Albuquerque. We will be back as soon as we can.

Lovely yard, lovely property manager, great stay
What a great house! We spent 8 days in Albuquerque for a bike race. Most of the time I needed to be resting in advance of the race, so we really appreciated the lovely shady green leafy yard. Comfy furnishings, nice space. Nearby mountain bike trails.
