Bem localizado e equipado.

Bem localizado, perto da praia e tem comboio, restaurantes, supermercados muito perto. Não precisei de utilizar carro tempo nenhum (guardei o mesmo na garagem do apartamento). Praia com areia grossa que permitia estar mesmo com vento. O apartamento tinha todo o tipo de louças, Paravento, guarda sol, máquina de lavar louça e roupa com secagem o que tornava tudo muito prático. Consegui cozinhar e preparar lanches com facilidade.

A limpeza não estava exímia. Tive de lavar toda a louça quando cheguei pois estava com gordura (mas como o proprietário deu pastilhas da máquina da loiça, lavei na máquina), e o pó também não estava limpo. Tive de limpar quando cheguei. O proprietário "pediu" para sair muito cedo no dia do check out, o que me deixou descontente pois mexeu-me nos planos no dia do check out. Sendo que fiquei vários dias e entrei no horário registado, não me deveriam ter pedido para sair mais cedo, pois paguei o mesmo. Apesar disso o proprietário foi sempre muito prestativo e simpático, e gostei da minha estadia no apartamento.

Professional service of the host of the facility. Great location near the beach. Clean and fully equipped apartment. Despite the season, the beach is literally empty in this place.

Absolutely stunning location if you want to spend several days by the ocean in a relatively quite area, but still close to all the main spots of Porto region. The host was just amazing. Definitely recommended.

Very good

The host, Miguel, was super nice, speaks both English and Spanish, and was flexible with us on arrival time and allowed us a later checkout time. The apartment itself is light and airy, has a full kitchen, and everything seems new. It was very clean. It was a good size for 2 people. There were plenty of towels, and there is a beach umbrella and a wind screen you can use for the beach, which is just one block away. Also, there is off-street parking, so it's very safe. We did two loads of laundry in the washing machine, which was great. They even had a little bottle of local wine and a fresh loaf of bread for us.

The apartment is on a corner, and though one of those is a one lane rural road, there is actually pretty constant traffic with the two roads combined. We live in a big city, so are pretty used to that and after the first day didn't bother us, but for those who are used to not hearing traffic, it could be a downside. Also, the train tracks are directly behind the apartment. Again, we adapted quickly and after the first night (we stayed a week) didn't wake or bother me, and I'm a fairly light sleeper. But it's worth knowing when you book. On the plus side, the train stop is less than a block away for going to Porto. We didn't use it because of COVID and not wanting to risk public transport, but it would be very convenient for those who do want to use it.
