We had a very enjoyable stay!
The location was really great. It was just a couple minute walk to the beach access. It's the last beach access before the national shoreline, so it's much quieter part of the beach.
The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving meal.
The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the living space.

Writing this review a year late because it slipped my mind.
Property was beautiful and had good view of the water with the open lot across the street and a great view of the bay on the back deck. More than enough room inside for the kids to play. Beach access was very close and easy to get to! During the day the beach was amazing, the ocean just brought the seashells to you with every wave. At night it was awesome seeing so many crabs everywhere we shined our lights. Will definitely come back to this property!

Overall we enjoyed the house. It was extremely disappointing that we were not notified that there would be construction on two houses across from us. One of the houses is in the process of being built so that completely took away the view that’s shown in pictures. The only other major issue was the fact that the lights for the stairs outside didn’t work so there were black tread things on some of the steps and the first few days were literally had to count the steps because with that black there in the dark it made it hard to see where the steps ended. Hopefully something is done about this before someone falls! And hopefully the pictures are updated to show the current outside of the house so people know there’s not a view from the patio area anymore. Navarre was a great place to stay and we did enjoy the restaurants and the beautiful water. Saw dolphins and a sea turtle rescue too so it was a fun vacation!

Overall our family vacation at the house at ParrotEyes was Okay. The outside needs some attention to paint and some cleaning, the bathrooms are very small. The kitchen faucet was very tricky at cutting the water back off after each use,and the Master bedroom needs new black out curtains. The Good is that it has a Great view of the beach from the spacious front deck, the beds, sofa's and chair and gatherings around the dining table were a plus.The garage below with and extra Frigidaire/Freezer and bathroom and shower was very nice and convenient.plenty of parking for our 3 cars and kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and washer and Dryer was useful.

Three generations of us celebrated my husband's 80th birthday at Paradise Cove and had a fabulous time enjoying walks on the beach, football & the World Series, cooking together, and separate time for games and painting on the deck--a view of the last vacant lot on Gulf Blvd--which I painted because it was our beautiful clear view of the Gulf. We booked late so we couldn't get a house on the Gulf side of the main road, but we were more than pleased with what we had! Everyone had plenty of room and the house was well-equipped except for the grill which had rendered great service all season. It was not up to a seafood feast we had in mind, but the management delivered a big, shiny new replacement as soon as we let them know. An added bonus: Pet friendly so our little miniature long-haired granddog didn't have to miss the fun! Great service and hospitality! We can definitely recommend this house and the management to others.

FRAN Vacay
College friends, parent, siblings and one little one. We wanted to vacation on the beach together and this place was PERFECT!! We loved Navarre, it's a perfect quieter location for those of us not wanting the constant hussle and bussle of a lot of beach destinations ...yet close enough to Destin and Pensacola to make a couple day trips in for fun activities. LOVE LOVE LOVE this house and location!!

Perfect family and pet beach house!
We had a family gathering along with our little doxies and this house was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach access (about 4 houses down) was quick and easy. Everything we needed was provided and the layout of the bedrooms was ideal. It was clean and check in and out was very easy. We recommend this home for families or a large group (especially those who travel with their fur babies).

A few things needs upgraded , like the dish washer, it’s not good and a new water hose , that one is busted and new cooking dishes, and the floor needs a good mopping, but we had a wonderful time ,

Perfect family house
We were here because my sister was getting married about 20 minutes down the road. It was the perfect size for my parents my sister who flew from Colorado my grandmother and my husband and myself . The house was very clean , smelled nice and had everything we needed . I will definitely be looking to book this property in the future to bring other friends and family down . Thank you for the early check in as we had to get my sister from the airport at the same time as check in and a late check out so we could all enjoy a little extra time together . This will be the last time we see my youngest sister until next year . To anyone looking this is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed at !

Parrot’s Eye is a Pearl
We are driving home after a fantastic week long stay at Parrot’s Eye. This house was clean and cozy and had all the tools we needed to cook our meals. It was the perfect size for our party of 10 which included 8 adults and 2 pre-teens. A short walk to the beach for hours of fun and an easy drive to “off island” activities make it very convenient. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed the roomy open feel of Parrots Eyes. The layout was really efficient with the bedrooms on the ends of the house with sliding glass doors in each bedroom. It was clean with blankets and plenty of towels for our stay. Paradise Beach was friendly and communicated promptly. Check in was a breeze. Plan to bring or purchase cooking spices. Great stock of kitchen cookware. Very safe location - Loved Navarre! House was a Good value for the price. The only thing we would have enjoyed is working screen doors for each of the sliding doors.

Great Vacation!
The house was great for 3 small families! The layout inside was conducive for visiting and preparing meals. We spent almost of our time around the island in the kitchen. They kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary pots/pans/utensils. The house was clean on arrival. The outside of the home could use some updates and care, but the inside has been recently updated. There is plenty of parking for multiple cars as well. Beach access is just a short walk down the street. Thanks for a great week. Can’t wait to return!

The house was perfect for our trip! The view from the front deck was fabulous, and we spent most evenings out there. The house was clean and very comfortable. The only update I think might help is some sort of pork covering on the back deck. There is a great table and chairs back there, but very hot, without any shade.

This house was the perfect location for our family vacation. The beaches were beautiful and not as crowded as other locations we have gone to. My only complaint was the kitchen. The stove and oven was horrible and the pots and pans even worse. And the grill was almost not even usable. Oh, and the downstairs bathroom was HOT! It really should be advertised as a 4 bedroom, 3 bath with an unconditioned bathroom downstairs. Other than that, the house was spacious and clean. The decks across the front and back were amazing! Checking in and out was seamless. We would definitely rent from Paradise again!

This home was perfect for our large family. We had a bedroom for everyone and the layout was perfect. It was great to have the large kitchen to cook in and also be able to hang out with those in the living room due to the open concept. We spent many mornings on the front deck listening to the ocean and drinking our coffee. The garage was great to have to put our golf cart we rented and beach gear in and the extra fridge was nice to have for drinks and extra food. Some things that were lacking include the grill- it was rusted on the inside which made it difficult to grill and not keep catching on fire, the oven- we had to bake at about 75 to 100 degrees higher than expected, and the patio furniture- it was brittle which is understandable from the sun but left us with little options. This house was everything it was described to be and the location was amazing. It was just a short walk to the beach access down the way, which was one of the few access points without stairs! Finally, the house was extremely clean and the staff (David, in particular) was amazing. He checked in on us and was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!

I had been looking into private vacation homes for myself and my family to stay in as a safer alternative to hotels for a beach vacation. After a long search I came across this lovely home in Navarre, and immediately booked our stay for late April. I was very pleased with the location of the house! It is right across and a block down the street from beach access. There was so much space for us on the beach that I felt like we had the place to ourselves. The front porch also has ocean views; I enjoyed spending my evening after a long day on the beach with my family listening to the ocean, and seeing pelicans fly by. Some parts of the houses exterior could use some maintenance but overall this did not negatively effect my stay. Inside was very clean, and I appreciated the layout of the house, as everyone had their own space but could come together in the living room and kitchen. Lastly, but certainly not least was my experience with customer service: I got a call a day before my arrival telling me I’d be able to check in early! This greatly helped with our travel plans, and after a long drive from Houston was a relief to say the least. Everyone was very helpful and answered all my questions, making the booking and checkout process easy and stress free. Thank you to PBH!

We had a great stay in Parrot-Eyes Cove. The house is set-up nicely for a family vacation. The open floor plan is perfect for everyone to gather and the front porch is nice. The location is great. The beach wasn't packed full of people, you can get out and walk or ride bikes, or take a drive down the national sea shore. We loved our stay!
