Total interior renovation in 2016. New brick patio and lawn area with fire pit in 2020. Two-bedroom lakefront cottage with over 100 ft. of lake frontage; Sleeps 4 (2-Queen Size Beds). Well appointed kitchen with granite counter-tops and island. Stainless steel appliances; Bathroom with Ceramic tile shower and full-size washer and dryer; A.C. & heat in bedrooms and upstairs living room area; Newly added Electric Fireplace (living room); Only 14 steps from road to inside cottage (cement steps with railing); 40 ft. Dock with cleats for tying off your boat; 2 beach areas; New Outdoor fire-pit; Lawn and patio areas for games and relaxing; Propane gas grill; Row boat & 2 kayaks. Road side parking for 2 vehicles. Keypad deadbolt entry system. Front door security camera on porch (Deactivated after arrival).

This was our second time here and it didn’t disappoint! This property continues to be immaculately maintained in a perfect location for lazy days on the lake. The perfect spot to sit on the patio sipping a finger lakes wine after kayaking around the lake. Can’t wait to go back!

The location right on the lake is fabulous. We enjoyed the kayaking and swimming. The kitchen and other appointments are first rate.

We very much enjoyed the location and everything the property brought to us to do for Lake activities.
However, on the inside, the Smart TV was a huge disappointment. It appears that the Smart TV in conjunction with the internet was impossible to use. At one point just trying to turn the smart tv off was an over two-hour thing. It just kept blacking out, freezing, and LOADING. Never ever happened.
I did Contact the owner and he told me No Cable was available. I knew that, but the remote to the TV just wasn't working. He gave me directions to factory reset the TV. None of those directions matched up with the TV and the remote. He stated I need to watch the TV from the app on my phone. I am 70 years old, I do not do that.
I found that to be very wanting, and not good enough for me or any other Renter.
The internet on my laptop worked fine but the Smart TV it wasn't. We moved on, but I figure others should be aware.

This little cottage was recently renovated and very cute. The decor was lovely. Our hosts were great to work with. I loved that everything was new and spotless! Highly recommend!!

Condo has a gorgeous view. Felt like being on a cruise ship your so close to the lake. Condo was well stocked. We cooked most of our meals there and everything we needed was there. Fun using the kayaks. I fished right iff the dock. I guess my only complaint is the steps are steep to get into the front door. We had no trouble, but I think older folks might be leary. All in all we had a great stay.

Peaceful Beauty
My wife and I stayed for a weak. The house is exactly as we pictured, very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the area and the views of the lake were fantastic.
Overall, we had a wonderful time. Would definitely consider going back.

We had a great week! The house was beautiful and immaculate! It was decorated perfectly. The location was close to everything you could want like places to eat, shopping, wineries, breweries and more. The sunrises were spectacular! The lake water was crystal clear. We kayaked, used the fire pit, sat on the patio and watched the boats go by. What a wonderful time we had! Thank you Dan and Patty for your hospitality and a great experience on Keuka (Qka) Lake! We’ll be back!

It was just a few minutes into town to get our groceries and a short drive to farm breweries, wineries, ice cream, and hiking. This vacation was a great way to recharge and connect as a family before getting back into the routines of work and school. We would love to come back for another visit in the future!

Perfect location for a getaway with friends. Alternated between eating out and cooking in because the house is so well equipped. Watched the sun rise overctge lake every morning. Can't wait to return.

There isn’t much to say that hasn’t already been said. This was a perfect place for our family of 3. Our 15 year old loved it , loved the kayaking, loved sitting on the dock, loved the fire pit, loved everything. We will be recommending this place to everyone.

We were so happy with this cottage. Looking out the windows from the top floor, the water view was so amazing that we felt like we were on a cruise! The owners have done an excellent job refurbing the place. Everything you need is there. In fact, we found ourselves choosing to stay at the cottage just because we enjoyed the space so much.
Usually, when I walk into a vacation rental, I spent a couple of hours cleaning. No need here. It was pristine. We all felt perfectly at home.
Lake Keuka was our speed -- family oriented, and everything you need in Penn Yan, just 8 minutes away. There are a large amount of wineries to visit, and we enjoyed the recreation (Keuka outlet trail, watkins glen gorge trail, etc).

We were so happy with this cottage. Looking out the windows from the top floor, the water view was so amazing that we felt like we were on a cruise! The owners have done an excellent job refurbing the place. Everything you need is there. In fact, we found ourselves choosing to stay at the cottage just because we enjoyed the space so much.

Absolutely spectacular
Perfect location for winery hopping and getting on the water at beautiful Keuka Lake. The cottage itself was absolutely spotless and in perfect condition - the pictures hardly do it justice. Kayaking followed by dinner on the patio overlooking the lake made for a perfect day. We’ll hope to be back very soon!

Beautiful stay at the lake!
My family spent another great week in the lake house. We never get tired of that view, and the kayaking on Keuka Lake is outstanding. You can smell the grapes even when you are in the middle of the lake! I notice every time we stay here that the owners are making little improvements, we appreciate the care they give. I will caution people that there is no TV service anymore, you have to bring a Roku with you or be in silence. Fortunately we could pick one up a nearby Walmart and it was easy to set up.

Didn't Want to Leave
My wife and I come up to the Finger Lakes yearly. This year we wanted to be right on the water and this cottage was everything we wanted! You wake up in the morning and can have a cup of coffee and just look out at the lake and it is so relaxing. If the weather is nice enough you could use the Kayaks or have a fire by the water. The house was clean, welcoming, and close to what we wanted to do but far away enough that you weren't around to many people. Definitely want to stay here again!

The bedrooms I would have a t least one of the mattresses with a comfort firm for anyone over 50 we tend to have backs that require a firmer mattresses it was a challenge for me! Other than that I have reffered 2 friends already!~
