Spent 2 nights here while visiting my son who attends Keuka College. The house is surprising spacious, very welcoming, and exactly as described. The back yard/patio area is perfect for relaxing and visiting. Would recommend this house for any family or small group looking to stay at a cozy home close to Keuka College & Keuka Lake.

First time visiting the area and couldn’t have had a better experience. On top of the super clean home and its quiet location, it is so very well appointed. Minnie has thought of everything to make your stay a comfortable one! We staged out of the home to visit several nearby areas and found the location to be perfect for our trip. Will book again!

The house was spotless and felt cozy. We rented a boat on Canandaigua lake for the afternoon, then came back to a family bbq & a great nights sleep. We would definitely come back!
