We live four hours from Cleveland. This was not a vacation. My spouse was undergoing a serious surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. I wanted a clean home with a kitchen that was located nearby the hospital in a safe and walkable neighborhood. This home checked all the boxes. Additionally, Mr. Byram was extremely responsive and accommodating, Especially when we needed to extend our stay. I highly recommend this property.

Stayed for three nights while husband recovered from a procedure at the clinic. Very convenient-10 minute drive to clinic, several restaurants close by in a quiet neighborhood. Description of property is accurate-parking is just a short walk away. Would use again.

The property was chosen due to its location close to Case Western Reserve University. Convenient to everything and very walkable. Included parking is a huge bonus! Super comfortable beds and fun decor. Check-in instructions were specific and helpful. So much to do in Cleveland we will definitely be back.

Cute, affordable, clean apartment in a wonderful location. You can walk to all the little Italy restaurants and shops. The museum area is not too far away either. It was our first time in Cleveland, and we are so glad we chose this place!

This apartment is in a great location - in walking distance to restaurants, hospitals, CWRU, and public transport. It was very clean upon arrival and has an assigned parking spot. Smooth check-in and check-out. Only negative was that we could hear the renters downstairs. We can recommend and will be back.

This rental suites our needs perfectly for dropping of our daughter at the Cleveland Institute of Art. Our last night we walked over for a great dinner. Will most likely use again on future trips to Cleveland.

Such a cute eclectic apartment, clean and well decorated! The neighborhood is great close to restaurants, a market, coffee shops. Felt safe walking around. Communication was good with instructions ahead of time- although we checked in at night in the dark which made the parking spot a little harder to find (parking is a few houses down the street). Couple of notes- the beds are very firm. Didn’t bother us but may bother some people. Also very few shower toiletries (a small hotel bar soap and small half used hotel shampoo) so we were glad we had brought our own. Had plenty of towels, toilet paper and household goods though. Would definitely stay here again!

This apartment is perfectly located in the heart of Cleveland’s Little Italy. Short walk to all the great restaurants & shops. We were there to pick up our daughter from CWR University which is a 10-15’ walk to campus. Most importantly is this location offers off the street parking which is golden in this neighborhood.

We got email instructions from the owner in advance. Excellent location near the C Clinic and Case. Perfect place for a fam if 4. Comes with assigned parking spot! I’ve recommended this place to the rest of our extended family!

We absolutely loved our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would have extended our stay even longer if there were availability. This is the perfect location if you have loved ones at the Cleveland Clinic receiving care. If we return for future treatment, we would definitely stay here again!

Can't beat the short walk to Little Italy restaurants. Parking is 2 houses down. Spotless kitchen and bathroom - which I appreciated. Since this is a long time rental, I was apprehensive but it was super clean. Could hear voices from renters below, but everyone was considerate. Great choice for parents of CW students!

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend visit to Cleveland. We loved the location of the place, it was right in little Italy, and all the restaurants and shops were within walking distance. We went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and that was a short 15-20 minute drive. The place was very clean and well stocked. The owner was also very easy to contact and gave great suggestions for places to have dinner. I could not give it a 5 star because the mattresses were so hard and uncomfortable. Also, the couch and chair in the living room area were very uncomfortable as well. We like to relax in the evening and watch some shows and our backs hurt after sitting on the furniture, and sleeping on the hard mattresses.

We came to Cleveland Clinic for medical reasons for our son. This was a great home base for us. Easy to get to and from Cleveland Clinic. Great little neighborhood. When we weren't at the hospital, it was nice to be able to walk around Little Italy. Also, we really appreciated working with the owners. We weren't sure how long we needed to stay for the medical treatments and they made it really easy to add an extra week. Highly recommend!

Cute little duplex in Little Italy. Perfect location, easy walk to many wonderful restaurants. Duplex has a small porch which was great to sit on in the evening with a glass of wine. We would stay here again if we ever get back to Cleveland.

We stayed at this property while visiting Cleveland for the MLB All Star Game. Just a couple blocks away from the main part of Little Italy and a short drive into Downtown. Super clean property with plenty of amenities. Although street parking is readily available, this property included off street parking just a few houses down which was perfect! I would definitely stay here again for a future trip to CLE!

I had a great stay. The apartment was just what I needed, a clean, comfortable, space while I was here for a conference. The location was amazing. The Murray Hill Market has great food and Cleveland Yoga was just down the street. Thank you for making everything so easy.

We came to town for USAT AG Nationals. Condo was conveniently located by train station, restaurants, coffee shop and everything we needed. The condo was comfy, adequately stocked, and perfect for us. Adam was very responsive in all respects. Would definitely recommend this place.
