Blissful quiet
The place was comfortable and convenient. The view was worth paying for. However being charged an additional 85+ dollars on arrival due to clerical error of VRBO was tacky at least and fraudulent at worst

Cozy with Awesome View
Chera & her husband were both very friendly & accommodating throughout our stay! We were in town for my daughter’s graduation and this was the perfect place to enjoy our coffee in the morning and then come back and enjoy a scenic evening outside or relaxing comfortably inside with some TV. Glad we chose this over a hotel room!

Quiet stay with a beautiful view
My husband and I enjoyed a quiet stay overlooking the valley/mountains. The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, with tips on things to do in the area, etc. The queen bed has a twin bunk above it, but it was a very comfortable mattress, and we slept very well! There is a step into the bathroom from the bedroom, but it is well-lit. There is a nice walk-in shower. Quaint quarters, which served us very well. We would easily rent it again!

June 2019 - Excellent Experience
My family of 5 truly loved our stay in Chera and Bruce’s apartment. The home is both beautiful and comfy. Chera greeted us, even though we had a very late evening check in and have us a full tour. She answered questions and was very kind to my highly energetic 9-year old twin boys. We had everything we needed to be comfortable, and loads of extras too! I highly recommend the home and the owners!

Lots of charm with an amazing view
It was nice to be able to meet our hosts for a nice chat about Livingston and local events. As for the rental, it was extremely comfortable with lovely touches that made it feel more like a home than a rental. Would highly recommend for a small group.

The rental was clean and well-kept, with a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. The rental layout is not your typical floor plan, and that takes a bit of adjustment, but nothing that isnt quickly adjusted to. Chera and Bruce were very welcoming and helpful during our stay at the rental. We had asked for the BBQ grill to cook up some ribs, and even though it was cold and windy out, Bruce quickly brought out the grill with all needed accessories. He even fired it up to make sure it was in good working order, before he finished setting it up. My wife and I were very appreciative of the personal service we received while on our stay there.Livingston is a great small town that wed like to revisit in the near future.

Beautiful View
We enjoyed our stay at your home. The view is amazing! We appreciated you and Bruce getting us the BBQ grill, gas and utensils. Thanks so much for informing us of events around town. We were amazed at how quiet the place is we were expecting noise from the upstairs but it was very pleasant. If we travel to Livingston again we will stay again if available. LOVED IT!!!!!!! Hillside apartment, great views of mountains, valley and river of Livingston, Montana
We enjoyed our stay in the hillside apartment with great views of the mountain, river and valley above Livingston, Montana. Friendly hostess and hosts, Chera and Bruce were very helpful, and made us feel very welcomed. They had advise about where to go, and we went to the Sweet Pea Art and Music Festival that weekend in Bozeman and took some walks in town. But we especially enjoyed relaxing in this home, sitting outside on the patio, looking at the view. After visiting Yellowstone it was nice to be "at home". We went into the lovely historic Old Town of Livingston, and had fun looking at the many art galleries, historic brick buildings and eating delicious meals. The place was nicely decorated, comfortable and clean, in addition to the quiet and great views. We kept saying how lucky we were here instead of being in a hotel in town! It is only a few minutes out of town and easy to find. The place had an extra room if you had children or even for another couple. I especially enjoyed talking with Chera and Bruce, they were both very kind and we will treasure our stay and the good memories.

Nice property for small family or group
My grandson and I spent a week at the property in July 2015 exploring the area, Bozeman and Yellowstone. The apartment is well equipped but oddly configured. You walk into the master bedroom and have to cut through the bathroom and kitchen to get to the remainder of the living quarters. The accommodations are comfortable and homey. The area is beautiful and well suited for lots of sightseeing and adventure. The owners are very nice and extremely accommodating.

Great place to stay!
The people who own this property are very nice. They take very good care of the place. Everything was clean and ready to go for us when we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed. The owner is even mailing back an earring that one of the girls left by accident. My only recommendation is that I would show up in the daylight. We showed up at dark and it was a tad bit difficult to find. However, we had an incredible experience! Livingston is 30 minutes from Bozeman, MT and an hour from Yellowstone National Park. So whether you're looking to go to a bigger city or to the National Park it's in a great location! Highly recommend this property!

Great property with a breathtaking view!
Spent 3 nights there, in mid June. Beautifully decorated and inviting property with a breathtaking view. Fully equipped kitchen, soft and fluffy towels, silky comfy linens. And there's more ... the owners are very sweet and welcoming. We enjoyed so much our stay there and getting to know them! Also, loved the breakfast place they recommended and wish we had more time to check the dinner places and nearby hikes too! Would stay there again!
