Quaint, private studio located in quiet neighborhood just blocks from the banks of the Yellowstone River and downtown Livingston with wonderful shopping, art galleries and restaurants. A full kitchen, cozy seating area, spacious bathroom and back patio with bbq grill make this a comfortable space to base your adventures from.
Additional queen air mattress available for $15/night.

Located just 50 miles from the North entrance of Yellowstone National Park and 30 miles from Bridger Bowl and Bohart Ranch ski resorts. Chico Hot Springs is just 25 miles South of us and a great place to soak after a day of play in Montana.

The studio was clean and in a good location for traveling in the area. The stay would’ve been PERFECT for what we needed had there been a few more amenities… a tv to enjoy in the evening, small floating shelves beside the bed for a drink/phone, and a couple towel hooks. Communication was good with the host.

Its such a lovely quiet spot nestled in main Livingston. Super easy to walk to essentials, food, groceries, exploring downtown ect. Easy to park and easy to pop on the toad.

This studio is in a converted garage and is very nicely decorated. Could use a little better lighting. Even though the weather was incredibly hot, we were relatively comfortable thanks to two fans. Bed was really comfortable, but could be angled out from the corner to give access to both sides.

Clean, charming, super convenient. The bed is so comfortable. It's a great place to stay in town with easy access to Yellowstone and Paradise Valley.

This small cabin was perfect for our stay of 2. Comfortable bed, good kitchen and bathroom space. Host was very easy and made sure we had everything we needed. She was punctual with her communication and accommodated us very well. I would love stay here again.

The accommodations worked well for us to make dinner or breakfast and get ready for the adventures of the day, with most needs addressed by the owner. The biggest issue we had was during some hot nights where we couldn’t get enough cool air inside even with fans, and heard train whistles from a couple blocks away being we had all windows open. An AC window unit for hot nights, or just staying when the temps aren’t into the high 80’s/low 90’s so you could keep most windows closed at night would help.

Host was readily accessible and check in was a breeze. Perfect location for Yellowstone explorers. The drive to Yellowstone went by quickly with all the amazing views and wildlife. Highly recommend!

We loved this place for our jumping off point for Yellowstone! A cute space with a comfortable bed. We enjoyed a nice walk to Downtown Livingston for dinner. The host was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for local eateries.

Such a fantastic experience! A friend and I rented Julie’s studio for a girls weekend - it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, modern, accessible, relaxing decor and space. Located in Livingston makes for easy access to the town, or a day trip to Chico or Bozeman. Loved it!

What a refreshing little spot! The interior is warm and charming, and modern enough to make it convenient and comfortable. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and a good place to take a walk. It's only about a half mile walk to the Yellowstone river, which was a beautiful sight. Livingston is a nice, friendly place to explore and even in the off-season, a phone call or two could still open a couple of doors to some of the seasonal opportunities that were already closed. And if you get snowed in for a bit, the wi-fi is good enough to watch a show or two on your tablet.

The studio was well equipped with furnishings and kitchen equipment. It was very clean on our arrival. Nicely decorated. Easy walk to a grocery store and a small chain department store. Parking was available right in front of the studio, but if you want to use the full patio, there is also plenty of street parking nearby. There was a nice private feel to the studio since it is detached from any other homes and set well away across the back yard of the house whose garage it formerly was.

This place is just charming. We found ourselves in a very great location near everything. This guest home is very comfortable and you have everything you need inside. Plan your time outside there is no T.V and to be honest we didn't miss it. The owner is very private but also very accommodating. We were very thankful we could stay here and we will for sure stay here again. They made our trip great.
