Beautiful 2nd Floor 5 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths 1,900 square feet with a private elevator which is great for the grandparents…very handicap friendly with **no steps in the unit**. Our home is fully furnished with brand new furniture. All the luxuries of home are available and more! This home is loaded with many upgrades such as an upgraded full-service gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops and tiled back splashes, all brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and a beverage center located under the large center island that opens up to our great room. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, and anything the gourmet chef may need! Our living area is airy, sunny, and inviting, with high end upgraded crown molding through-out the entire home.

ELEVATOR is great for those individuals that have trouble with stairs! Once on main level there are no stairs in the unit itself to access all the bedrooms. Great for handicap and elderly.

To secure your vacation, we require a signed short term rental agreement along with the first of two payments returned to us within seven business days of receipt. We will email you a short term rental agreement for you to review and sign. You will then return the signed agreement to us along with the first of two payments. The first payment includes 50% of both weekly rental rate and 50% of the deposit (security deposit which will be returned to you within 7 business days of your checkout). The second and final payment, which is the remaining balance, is due 30 days prior to the check-in date.

To reserve your week we will need the following information in order to email you a short term rental agreement:

* Home & Cell phone #'s
* List of all occupants that will be staying in beach house

Our home is Smoke Free and we don’t allow pets. We would love to have your family spend your summer vacation in our beautiful, new, and very modern home that's only a 2-block walk to the infamous OC Boardwalk or the quaint downtown neighborhood (either direction.... cars not needed for this location!). The unit is handicap friendly with no steps inside the unit.
