Plenty of rooms and beds for 8 people. Beautiful outdoor seating for indoor and outdoor patio views! Would have appreciated some more essentials as far as cooking seasonings, coffee, condiments. Those things do all add up when you’re only there a few days, and have to waste it all. A guide to where the breaker and the kitchen sink disposal is would as be helpful, as I had to call after house due to the lights going out. Otherwise, the condo was clean and spacious. A few stairs to walk down to the beach.

This house was exactly what we were hoping for! There is so much space downstairs with the den, extra couch, sun room, and the patio all with plenty of seating. We loved having a yard to play in AND being right on the beach! We will definitely consider renting this same house again.

Great place, good location! Back yard just before the beach access is awesome! Could use a half bath down stairs. Dryer was broke when we arrived, took a little while to get it fixed. Bedrooms are spacious & perfect for our scenario, especially with the kids. Location very peaceful & quiet!

The location is awesome but the property is a bit lack luster. The mattresses are really uncomfortable so the sleep was not great. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, we had 2 kids, my mother, sister and 2 of us. You really have to purchase EVERYTHING, T.P, Paper towels, trash bags, salt and pepper and then throw it all away! I hate that part because it is such a waste of condiments and food. I prefer the vacation rental to have some essentials for cooking. But looking beyond those things, the property is an excellent location, the yard was great to sit in at night and watch the stars. We even did a bonfire with a delivery company and it was amazing! This place could be 5 stars with a few upgrades (ahem- a nicer mattress)!

Great house on the beach!
House was great! Very clean and step out the back door onto the beach. Any issues were resolved quickly.
I didn’t realize all of the bedrooms and bathrooms were upstairs so that made it a little hard on my elderly uncle but we made do.
Also the screened in back porch wasn’t really usable because it smells of mildew. The carpet needs to be changed in that room. Overall the house was great and we would stay again.
Don’t be alarmed when you first pull up. The outside of the house makes it look like it isn’t good but everything was great.

This place was exactly what we were looking for. The beach in the backyard great for our children. The house was basically what we though it would be. The only hiccup was sleeping arrangements. They counting the hideaway bed as part but online it said it had bunk beds with a full size bed in one of the rooms. It did not. We made it work and had a great vacation. Would definitely recommend this place.

The property was perfect for our trip. We had my mom 79 and aunt 81 with us a long my sister and her kids 10,11 and 13. None of the husbands were able to come. The location on the beach is perfect and so beautiful. The dishwasher never worked, but my mom took that on as her job. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The problem we had was not enough bathrooms for 10 people!! Need 1/2 bath downstairs. There was a a switch to use the garbage disposal!! We saw 4 LARGE roaches, 1 dead in the house and 3 live ones!! But overall, the place was nice, location NICE!! Beachfront FANTASTIC!!!

The location couldn’t have been better! It was absolutely perfect for children of all ages. We were close to restaurants, groceries, and shopping without feeling like we were in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The house was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Any issues we had were addressed quickly.

Our family of four stayed here for 4 nights. It is located in quiet area away from crowds and all the activity. Perfect to be right in the uncrowned beach and just steps away. We used the sunroom a lot and opened the windows for the nice ocean breeze. All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The outside is very dated even compared to the units around it which are dated as well but the inside was very suitable. That’s what is important anyway! Not a lot of restaurants or shopping around but you can get to it with a short drive. Groceries nearby. We cooked at home as corona warnings were just starting so we stayed isolated at the house most all the time. Overall, pleased with this unit.

The neighbor called the police , and the the owner ask for every body driver license

This property has the potential to be a great vacation rental. The location and view of the ocean was awesome. Very nice neighbors. As a family, we have been renting vacation property at PCB for 25 years. I feel the rental amount for this property is too high for the quality of the property. There is no comfortable seating in the living room. It consist of two couches and 4 kitchen chairs. We utilize the kitchen. The house rents for an occupancy of 10. There was not enough silverware. There were very few cooking utensils. There was also roaches and ants in the kitchen. The sun room area was ver was very musty smelling and so hot you could not use it. The mattresses in some of the bedrooms were not comfortable. The master bedrooms need more appropriate window dressings. I also think renters should be made aware that the lower part of this condo, living area and kitchen, sits partially in the ground. While making it dark there is also a beautiful view. When calling staff at Book That Condo we did not receive responses.

The inside of this property was renovated. It was ok but there needs to be another couch or loveseat. We had 10 adults and the sitting was limited to 2 couches and kitchen chairs. We did have a problem with ants and roaches in the kitchen. Also, we like to cook a couple of meals but there was not enough cookware plus it needs to be updated. Several of the windows had a haze over them, blocking the beautiful view.

The pictures of this condo look so much better than the actual condo. Our vacation was a celebration of life for a family member who passed away so we were so excited to be all together. These are the things that we were disappointed with. The dishwasher door would only open halfway without hitting the oven door so loading it was almost impossible. The sun room must have flooded at one time because the smell of mold was awful. There is no air conditioning in the sun room so between the smell and heat the room is unusable. We has some food items on the counter and saw three Florida All American Cockroaches crawl from behind the open space behind the kitchen cabinets. We had to pack all our food in a plastic tote for fear of it being contaminated by the cockroaches. The pots and pans were old and very scratched and sone of the silverware was plastic. The staircase banister had been reciently painted and the paint was peeling off on your hands and then onto the floor so we had to keep sweeping the stairs. The twin bed in one of the bedrooms leaned down on one side because the bed frame leg was bent over almost all the way. The window was so dirty on the outside you could barely see out of it. One of the bedrooms has no windows and no ceiling fan. Very stuffy. The master bedroom closet was locked so our clothes had to be put in the other bedroom closet. There are doors to the new deck in the master and second bedroom but no screens so you can’t get any ocean breeze. The curtains in both rooms don’t even cover the doors. The outside patio seat cushions were soaking wet so we couldn’t use them on the chairs. The ceiling fans in the living room were layered with dust. There were several dead cockroaches behind the couches. For the price this was like paying for the Hilton and getting Motel 6. The staff was friendly. I would never ever rent this condo again.
