About this house rental
This newer 2800 sqft open-concept beach home has everything you want in a vacation home. With 4 bedrooms, three featuring king beds plus a large bunk room with 2 queen bunks and two regular beds, there is ample space for your crew to spread out. The upper level also boasts a second living area for relaxing, or just watching TV.
In addition to the interior space there are three oversized porches, including a large entertainment area off the rear of the home. This veranda, abutting a quiet nature preserve, offers two grills, a wet bar and a separate seating/dining area. The beach walk-over is just around the corner and up a few houses. In the other direction, just down the street, is Bellview Park which offers a community swimming pool--one of three in Carillon- (and baby pool) as well as tennis courts, pickleball, full court basketball arena, grassy lawn, playhouse and swings. Golf cart rentals, while not necessary, are available in Carillon Beach from a designated rental company, but the number of permitted rentals is limited for safety reasons.
Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas (March 1 - Oct 31).

Guest House is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $35/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.

Our two families loved this vacation home. The kitchen was so nice and fully stocked! We loved using the back porch for grilling and beach prep as well. We had plenty of space for our 4 adults and 5 children, and an easy walk to the park pool and the beach if we did not use our golf cart.

This home was gorgeous and spotless. It had everything we needed. We spent a lot of time reading and relaxing on the huge, beautiful back porch. The managers were so helpful when I had trouble with the new parking system. I love renting through the Sandels because they are so helpful. I was surprised at how easy it was to get to the beach from this home. The notebook that is kept on the dining table has a list of great restaurants that is right on target. Our favorite restaurant is George's. The four teens and 5-year-old loved renting bikes and riding through Carillon. We also enjoyed the beautiful, uncrowded beach with the comfortable lounge chairs. The kids had fun at all the pools. They also loved the shop and the cafe. I highly recommend this home and Carillon Beach.

We absolutely loved our stay in carillon beach! We have never stayed before and were a bit nervous, but it is a true hidden gem. You get the white sandy beaches (walkable) without all the traffic of 30A. The little cafe, pizza shop, and salty bottle wine/coffee were surprisingly perfect if you wanted to stay in neighborhood for the day. We ventured out to seaside and rosemary a few times for variety but always were so happy about where we stayed! The heated community felt super safe and our kids were able to walk to pool, beach, basketball, tennis etc every day! Our beach chair were set up everyday and it’s about a 3 minute walk to the beach. We had our family of 5 there and they had exactly five bikes that worked perfect to get around the neighborhood. The house has everything you could need, we picked up paper towel and dish soap etc. But, for cooking it’s fully stocked with everything you could need. The one thing I would have liked is a bit more comfy pillows. So if you’re reading this bring some from home. Tons of space and very clean!

Guest House was the perfect house for our family vacation! There was plenty of room to spread out and the location was very close to Beach Access #1. We loved the queen size bunks, as our grandson is 6’ 4” and twin bunks just don’t work for him. The house has been well maintained and we had everything we needed. We even had a glimpse of Guest, the huge raccoon. We would definitely stay in Guest House again!Two suggestions: the garbage cans need new bungees to hold the lids. Those were broken when we arrived. There are a couple of places along trim inside the house that probably need to be touch up painted. And one of the steps out on the side of the front entrance was broken. I assume you know about this, as there was an orange cone duct taped down on top of it.

We enjoyed our Vacation very much.. The house is Absolutely Beautiful.. Decorated very nice, we had 8 people there & there was plenty of room .. Beds were so comfortable ( everyone kept saying the same thing, even the bunk beds!) Plenty of beach towels..Kitchen was very well stocked , had everything I would cook with.. Ice machine/Wine Refrigerator was a Nice touch, came in very handy! Ordered groceries from Publix to be delivered, Via Instacart, very convenient)Been to Carillion quite a few times, absolutely love the gated neighborhood ( would definitely rent this house again) This house is very close to the walk over to the beach, but we did rent golf carts for the week from the golf cart rental place they recommended ( we like to drive around the neighborhood or pools or tennis/pickleball/ basketball courts or take our group to walkover with all beach equipment we brought ( they do not have any beach toys , so bring what you need for kid's) took the Golf Cart to the breakfast outside sitting area, boutique, spa, Pizza & Brewery!) but can’t park golf carts at walkover so someone has to park it back at house & walk back…My husband absolutely loved the patio.. infact my older kids stayed out there a lot too playing games.. The manager & assistant of this property are very easy to get hold of and will be right there to help you if you have any problems! They are wonderful to work with! Definitely visit Lake Powell Pizza & Brewery restaurant, Jenson/ waitress was so nice!

This house is very new, clean, and well appointed. I especially appreciated the ice maker that was independent from the refrigerator. It made filling coolers a breeze. The kids bunk-room was very nice and had plenty of space and ample closet room. Beds were comfortable and the house was well stocked with towels. My only slight dissatisfaction was the fact that the beach chairs for this home are quite far from beach walk over one. It was OK for our group, but anyone with elderly members in their group or infants should know the chairs are not directly near the walkover and it’s a bit of a walk in the sand (carrying all your beach stuff at times is difficult) to the beach chair location, however it would not stop me from renting this house again.

We absolutely LOVED our time at the Guest House. The home is absolutely gorgeous with so much attention to detail. The owners and property managers have thought of everything. The kitchen is a dream; both my husband and brother in-law (who is a professional chef) had all the tools they needed to create fabulous meals for our families. We had plenty of the essential supplies to get us started ( hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels & tp). The beach walkover was just a short walk from the house. There were even board games for us to enjoy. We did have a little trouble with the internet, but the property manager addressed it immediately and we were back up and running within an hour. My sister and I rent properties in Carillon/Pinnacle Port as well as the North GA at mountains at least twice a year for the past fifteen years and this is the nicest and most well appointed home we've stayed in to date. We cannot wait to come back!

Enjoyed our stay at the “guest house”! Kitchen has high end appliances (enjoyed the Wolf stove), ice maker, wine fridge, etc. Kitchen has ample dish ware, pots and pans etc. loved the outdoor spaces as well. Suggest you rent a golf cart or bikes to get around as there is no parking within the complex. Gorgeous beach (5 mins walk) with comfortable lounge chairs/umbrella.

My family of 4 along with our friends family of 6 vacationed at the Guest House June 2022. House was beautiful and comfortable and accommodated 4 adults and 6 total kids more than adequately. We were all impressed by the size, beauty, and location of the home. Rented golf carts to move around with ease. House had washer and dryer so we were able to wash during our stay and wash our clothes before heading home. Rented bikes that the kids loved. Gated community allowed us to enjoy the community without it being overrun with vacationers. Overall a fantastic experience. We will be back.

We have been traveling to Carillon for years now. We have rented at least three or four homes directly on the beach and three or four within a few blocks. The Guest House may be our favorite!!The decor and construction of this home is one of the best and has such an upscale yet comfy feel. The outside patio and outdoor kitchen was wonderful to use. The inside living and kitchen area are beautiful and comfortable as well with plenty of seating. The upstairs master bedroom and bathroom are magnificent along with the other three bedrooms and bathrooms. I love the private feel and location of this home. You have a lake view on one side and you can see the sand-dunes in the back. A quick walk around the block leads you to one of the private beach entrances were you have two sets of beach chairs ready and set up for a wonderful day at the beach. We hope to return to this beautiful home in the future.

Beautiful vacation home!
We rented the house for a family Thanksgiving and it was perfect! We had plenty of space for everyone, and the included golf cart was a definite plus! The only tiny downside was the refrigerator looked like it hadn't been cleaned and there was some leftover drinks in it from the previous visitors. Even with that being said, we will definitely return in the future!

Another great stay @ Carillon Beach
We have stayed in this neighborhood several times and this was by far our favorite VRBO that we have rented in the area. Easy process with the owner. Zero issues with any part of the house. The perfect house layout for our group. Wonderful back patio with a large table and couch. Plenty of space for our group of 9 to eat together.
We also rented the a golf cart from the owner. It was ideal.

My family and I were so excited for this vacation with our family. Unfortunately our experience started off on the wrong foot when we arrived just before our 2:00 check in time to the house with dirty toilets, dirty laundry on the floors, dirty linens piled on each bed, and trash on the counters. I was able to reach the manager but he wasn’t sure what happened with the cleaning crew and didn’t remember that we had a 2:00 check in. After several phone calls a cleaning crew arrived and we were able to check in at 4:30. After a day of travel with two toddlers (who now had to skip a nap) it was not the best start. We rented the golf cart as well and when we arrived it was no where to be seen. I once again had to reach out to the manager who wasn’t aware that it was sent out for maintenance. Thankfully we were immediately refunded. The property itself and the home is beautiful. The decor and high ceilings and overall aesthetics of the house were stunning and made it feel like a luxurious trip. However, midway through the trip the upstairs AC unit stopped working (were 3/4 bedrooms are located) while my 2 year old was trying to nap. I tried for an hour to reach the manager who eventually responded that he would call back after he finished a meeting. At this point the room my toddler was sleeping in was over 82 degrees with no fan so we had to skip nap again (parents know what a joy that is). With no word on when things would get fixed I had to start reaching out myself and found a landscaping employee who in turn contacted someone local affiliated with the community I could call for help. I was able to call the number he gave me and she was quick to say she would find someone to come out that day. The property manager did call me back and say that his usual company couldn’t make it out until next day but he would call around for someone new. At this point I had already done the work myself of finding someone and the local woman had texted me back saying she would have someone out within the next hour or two. Eventually it was fixed but only after I had to spend hours of my vacation doing work & making calls I shouldn’t have had to. When spending this much money on a vacation I would have expected a prompt check in, clear communication about a golf cart being there, and quick action on something like a broken AC in Florida heat. Overall, the house was stunning and we did have an amazing time. Hopefully our problems were a fluke and rare occurrence.

However, midway through the trip the upstairs AC unit stopped working (were 3/4 bedrooms are located) while my 2 year old was trying to nap. I tried for an hour to reach the manager who eventually responded that he would call back after he finished a meeting. At this point the room my toddler was sleeping in was over 82 degrees with no fan so we had to skip nap again (parents know what a joy that is). With no word on when things would get fixed I had to start reaching out myself and found a landscaping employee who in turn contacted someone local affiliated with the community I could call for help. I was able to call the number he gave me and she was quick to say she would find someone to come out that day. The property manager did call me back and say that his usual company couldn’t make it out until next day but he would call around for someone new. At this point I had already done the work myself of finding someone and the local woman had texted me back saying she would have someone out within the next hour or two. Eventually it was fixed but only after I had to spend hours of my vacation doing work & making calls I shouldn’t have had to. When spending this much money on a vacation I would have expected a prompt check in, clear communication about a golf cart being there, and quick action on something like a broken AC in Florida heat.
Overall, the house was stunning and we did have an amazing time. Hopefully our problems were a fluke and rare occurrence.

Tons of space!
The beautiful home offers lots of space and is in a great location. The back and front porches were large enough for our large group to visit in the evenings. The golf cart was wonderful for taking relaxing rides through the resort. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Carillon Beach!

Sunny and Chair was a dream!
In this time of feeling like you are staying in a safe and clean home, Sunny and Chair did just that! Wonderful home layout for our group of seven. We loved the porches especially the back porch with grilling area and furniture arrangement. We were on the porch every evening. Our family loves to cook and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all we needed. The extra ice maker and wine refrigerator were a great as well. Beach very short walk. We hope to stay again! Highly recommend this home
