Kicsit praktikátlan szállás, de a célnak megfelel és nagyon hangulatos központi helyen van

Nagyon jó helyen van, hangulatos erkély. Tágas étkező.

Nem praktikus, hogy két szinten van a szállás, a lenti szinten nincs fürdőszoba. A fürdőszobában nem voltak akasztók a törölkőzőknek, a hálószobákban sem. A légkondik nem működtek megfelelően. Nagyon áthallatszanak a szomszédok, a lenti étterem.

Apart from being in a great location, we have stayed in quite a few places in Italy and Malta this holiday and this was

Clean and in a great position. Attached restaurant Shelter was lovely and the staff were great.

The bathroom was terrible, shower had a hose from the tap with the shower head attached and you couldn’t shower properly as the hose was pulled tight across the bath. Water pressure just dribbled out. No towel racks or drying rack to hang towels. Toilet was leaking and was noisy all night. Washing machine was not working and I was relying on it as we had been travelling with a family for a week, we had to go out late at night to a laundromat. Beds had very skinny mattresses and flat pillows, we all have a sore neck and back.Stairs to go upstairs are spiral and not very wide so had to leave our suitcases upstairs and carry everything up, not good for elderly people.

It was okay but a few things went wrong for us.

The location was good.

It was quite stuffy when we arrived and smelled a little like cigarettes. A pelmet fell on my son’s girlfriend’s head and smashed a mirror. The washing machine would not go through the spin cycle and our clothes were sopping wet. The bathroom is outdated and there is nowhere to hang your towel. It does get very noisy outside from 5am onwards

Great location. Lots of space. Great full kitchen and washing machine were great. Really nice to have a discount at the restaurant below. Pizza was excellent..

Bathroom was dated. Needs renovation. Rather hard to find, could have had better communication regarding directions. ( we were driving a rental car)

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment.

Very clean, excellent location right in the heart of town, good facilities.

It was difficult to carry suitcases up the narrow spiral staircase to the bedrooms so we left them downstairs.

Best possible stay in Tormina

Totally awesome apartment just in the heart of Taormina, just next ot the main street, but still rather quiet and calm. Location is perfect, as the apartment itself. There are two separate bedrooms upstairs (one with 1x double bed and other with 2x single beds) and a bathroom. downstairs you can find a living room with sofa, dinner table and fully equipped kitchen. All rooms have AC. There are additional pillows and blankets as well. Keys were left in security box, the Host was available all the time and was ready to answer all questions, but there were zero problems. There is a restaurant next to the apartment where you have a discount if staying in Casa Elodie. I will back there for sure.

Maybe add a hanger in bathroom for towels.

The apartment was very central just few steps away from the main street of Taormina where you can find many restaurants and shops. Communication with Andrea was very good. On the day of our arrival we arrived very early and Andrea arranged for us to leave our luggages at the restaurant while they get the apartment ready.

Mixed feelings ,flat requires host attention..

Beds comfortable, main area was clean, location in Taormina excellent. Host let us leave luggage before check-in.responsive, but he appears very busy with his other duties .

Bathroom was disaster- bathtube has dark mold in corners. Not enough toilet paper. The stairs are very steep- be careful with luggage! Kitchen poorly equipped. No wi-fi, TV upstairs not working, the recommended restaurant shut down.aircon with poor heating -service required. Mentioned by other reviewers restaurant discount not available.

Great location, well maintained, nice decor and helpful hosts, although we did not have to meet them. It's a keysafe entry which is fantastic when travelling as a family of 5 with young adult kids who want to do their own thing. Washing machine was great to have as well. If the owners put more cooking equipment in it would be perfect.

The kitchen had virtually nil equipment to cook meals. We get it that the owners own the pizzeria below and want guests to eat there, several other guests wrote that they were offered a good discount to eat there, and we were hoping to eat there a bit in our 4 night stay.. However, place and over half the rest of coastal Taormina's eateries were closed, and naturally those that were open were not the cheapest.

Good bolthole in the chaos of Taormina

Very central location close to lots of restaurants. It was surprisingly quiet. There was a small terrace. Not too far from main gate into pedestrianised part of town. Lots of cafes for breakfast, and within walking distance of main sites. The host kept in touch by text.

Directions as to how to find it. We asked at a restaurant 10metres away and they claimed not to know. Although it was 'self catering', there wasn't even a drying rack or tea towel. A bottle of water and directions to a shop where we could buy everyday items would have been useful, too.

We would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Taormina and eat in the Shelter restaurant

Casa Elodie is in an awesome location. Very central, easy to get to and many restaurants in the vicinity. Although in a busy area it is very quiet. It is very roomy with a well equipped kitchen and a bonus is having a washing machine. Would highly recommend staying here, Andrea our host was extremely kind and helpful, thank you for a wonderful stay in Taormina 💙

Perfect location at a reasonable price.

The apartment has a superb location, just a few metres in a side street in Corso Umberto. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The owner Andrea was very cordial and helpful. You also get a 15% discount at the restaurant downstairs since it's owned by the same family. All in all is a perfect accomodation.

Only thing one could possibly improve is the mattresses for the sofa bed which are slightly too thin for a comfortable rest. Maybe adding a mattress topper would help.

I recommend to everyone Taormina and the apartment in which I was for these few days.

The appartamanet is ideally located in an old town in one of the most beautiful cities in Sicily. Owners of the apartment very friendly, have restaurants that serve delicious Sicilian cuisine at a special price for their guests.

Too short a stay for such a beautiful city. I did not seem to enjoy the apartment by too intensive sightseeing of the area.

This apartment was excellent. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host, Andrea, was very kind and approachable. He also has a pizzeria / restaurant next door to the apartment which was super delicious and the best meal we had in Taormina!

Casa Elodie is close to everything in Taormina. The best restaurants are 3min. walk. The apartment itself has everything you could need for your stay (even washing machine). The owner is very hospitable, helpful and always ready to help.

Lovely super central and spacious apartment for a family (we were 4 adults + 2 children). -Excellent location off main street and next to Shelter restaurant that was very tasty -Walking distance to all attractions, cable car, teatro Antico, many restaurants -Cozy kitchen/living room with spacious master bedroom

A comfortable apartment in the center of town.

Casa Elodie ended up being a full package--comfortable apartment, accessible and friendly host, provided recommendations for a restaurant and then transfer service to Catania airport. Andrea met us on the main street to take us directly to the apartment. The family also owns Shelter restaurant two doors away and provide a discount for their guests. We really liked our meals there.

The bed was a bit soft and pillows flat for our preference. The kitchen was only stocked with minimal cooking supplies, in case you wanted them. We did not plan to eat in/cook so this was not a problem. You do need to walk into the town from a drop off point about 10 mins and then down some stairs to reach the apartment. Again, not a problem but you should be aware before renting.

Fantastic location in the heart of Taormina and great communication with the owner.

The bathroom is not comfortable and badly needs refurbishment. The spiral staircase to go upstairs may pose challenges to some people.
