The condo was very clean and well jept. Had issues with the dishwasher but I figured out that since it wasn't bolted to the under side of the counter you had to really SLAM the door to get it to turn on. I was going dishes by hand and the disposal started pouring water. Problem was fixed in a timely manner.

We enjoyed our off-season stay on North Padre Island near Corpus Christi. Everything at this condo made us comfortable. Location is very convenient. My husband loved the fishing pond! I loved the patio. Host Noemi was easily available. We hope to return.

Our first visit to Corpus Christi - my husband has been wanting to visit the USS Lexington which is amazing by the way. The 1 BR ground floor condo suited us perfectly. It was thoughtfully decorated and the owner was so good to work with. Close to the beach and the pool was very nice. Great places to eat near by and a very nice little grocery store.

There was a wet odor the entire time we were there. The unit just wasn’t maintained as well as we would have liked. (Cleaning wise)

Loved this sweet little condo. Everything was comfortable, and it was so wonderful to have access to the beach wagon, chairs, and toys. It's a short little walk down to the beach. Close to restaurants or shops.

This condo was perfect! We had family stay in the same complex and this condo was the best one out of all of our families. Noemi was so great to work with.. super responsive leading up to our trip and during. This condo is in a great area too! Definitely recommend staying here.

Property owner emailed a very detailed letter explaining all the things we needed to know about our stay on this property. We had only my wife and I in the room and it was perfect set up for us. Hats off to the owner Noeni Cue for a great place to stay.

Very last minute trip, searched thos location based off family recommendation who was also staying in this complex. We had never used Vrbo so was not sure what to expect. We were so very pleased! Booked maybe 7 days before stay, 2 days before pur visit we received a very detailed list of accommodations, definitely helped with the planning/packing. As soon as we walked in, we were so happy! Obviously clean, well kept! Kitchen equipped with anything we could possibly need, restroom had so many extras (loved the makeup wipes, could have left mine at home), plenty of extra bedding items. Kids loved the sleeper sofa, we loved that we could easily see them from our room. The beach items available for us were used and much appreciated. The clubhouse amenities were awesome! We even enjoyed an evenimg of fishing at the fishing hole, caught a few fish. All in all, we absolutely loved the stay! Very convenient for a family of four. We hope to visit again! Thank you!!

The room was nicely equipped and decorated. There were issues with construction outside. They were trimming the trees and left a big mess in the pool so we couldn't use it. The hot tub was actually a cold tub..

I have stayed at several places through VRBO and this experience was one of the best. Owner was great. Thank you for that. The condo was clean, very well stocked and the bed was extremely comfortable. I just wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back.

Checking in and out was simple. Beautiful location, very cozy and homey.

Had to wait 40 minutes to get access to the condo. Called and text owner and received no response. Called customer service and they were not able to get a hold of them either. Found out later she was out of the country. The owner should have provided condo access information before they left. The condo had a spider web by the front door. Condo was old and outdated. There was also a brown stain on bed spread that look like feces. We found ants also in the condo. The kitchen could have used a deep cleaning. The dishwasher had food stains on the front. The condo was close to the beach which was a positive. Our overall expectations were not met compared to the money we spent to rent the condo.

Perfect location for a relaxing week, with gorgeous sunrises/ sunsets! The super clean, not congested beach vibe is great for any vacation stay. The owner was so responsive to any questions I had and her place was extremely clean and comfy...highly recommend!!

Noemi was great and so welcoming! Her condo had everything we needed and more — she’s clearly thought of every detail. Takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach with a toddler and their gear in tow!

We loved this property. My husband and I took our two sons there and we had plenty of room with everything we needed. We were able to communicate with the owner directly and she was very helpful. The condo is very clean and plenty of kitchen space to cook as well. Will definitely be back!

Excellent Beach Condo!
We stayed in Corpus Christi for a large swim meet and wanted to stay near the beach so the kids could see the ocean after their swim meet sessions were over. This condo did not disappoint! It had every amenity we needed and even included beach supplies for us to use. It was incredibly easy to check-in and the unit was clean and ready for us. If we are ever back in the area, we would absolutely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay :-)

Perfect Stay
We had the best time at this trip. The location was easy to find. Close walk to the pool and short drive to parking on the beach. I loved having things like a baby seat, wagon, and kids beach toys included. It made things so easy. We’d stay here again.

This condo is close to the beach. The bed was comfortable with nice pillows. The condo could use some updating. This condo was on the first floor. When the landscaping people were there, they blew debris all over the patio furniture so we couldn't sit out there. It was a mess.

We loved staying here. It was quiet and the neighbors/vacationers were all super friendly. The condo was perfectly set up to where you could find anything you needed with labels and instructions. There was even a binder with things to do in the area as well as restaurants close-by with menus. It was just a short walk to the beach. We will be back! Thanks letting us enjoy your home!
