Looking for the perfect Wellfleet beach getaway in the the picturesque National Seashore? You’ll love this private, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is located on over 5 acres just 300 yards from Newcomb Hollow beach and multiple freshwater ponds, Gull Pond being the closest. Directly across the street are a vast network of dirt roads, hiking paths , and ponds perfect for mountain biking or just hiking around. There is also private beach access to Sparrow Landing at Gull Pond.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 with 3 king beds and two single pullouts downstairs. The first floor, with private entrance, contains the master bedroom with ensuite bath and separate TV/living area. The main level offers an open layout that includes a sitting area with couches and large screen TV. The kitchen, with vaulted ceiling, is perfect for cooking the local seafood for a sit down dinner at the table or a quick bite at the breakfast bar. This level also includes 2 king size bedrooms and a full bathroom.
Located directly off the main level is a wrap-around deck with an outdoor shower, and outdoor seating areas. It overlooks the huge backyard lawn, perfect for family fun. With three driveways the property has ample parking for you and your guests. The lower patio area also has couches, dining area, a fire pit, and a hot tub.
Looking for more than just a day at the beach? The house is a short drive away from the famous Beachcomber, the best beach bar on the Cape. Stop in for dinner, drinks or to catch one of the many musical acts that frequent this Wellfleet hotspot. If you’re interested in shopping or a night on the town, historic Wellfleet Center and Harbor are just a 5 minute car ride away.
