NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANFRONT POOL AND DECK AREA!

Welcome to relaxation…this recently updated and wonderfully furnished two bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront condo is located at Amelia by the Sea. Come relax and marvel at the gorgeous ocean views, boardwalk and fishing pier from this beautiful second floor condo while listening to the melodious tones of waves crashing and the smell of the salt air!

This updated condo features two beautifully furnished bedrooms. The oceanside master bedroom with breathtaking views hosts a comfortable king bed with luxurious linens for comfort and a flat screen streaming tv as well as patio doors that lead to the oceanfront balcony.

The second bedroom has two beds, one queen and one full bed for the children or other family/friends. There is also a mounted flat screen Smart tv for those lazy days! Ample storage space for your vacation items as well.

This condo boasts ocean views from the kitchen, dining, living room and master bedroom with balcony access from the master bedroom and living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with ample seating and a Smart tv as well as cable for all your streaming or cable needs!

The kitchen comes well stocked with everything needed for either quick meal prep or a full course meal. The breakfast bar area is set up with bar stools for that casual meal as well as additional seating in the dining area. You can also enjoy casual dining on the balcony while enjoying all of nature’s beauty!

Master bathroom features a shower/tub combo with updated granite vanity. Hall bath features a walk-in shower with granite vanity. We also provide plush bath towels and starter toiletry items of soap and shampoo/conditioner for guest use.

A washer/dryer all-in-one combo is located in the hall entryway to the master bathroom for guest use which makes traveling and packing much easier!

We want our guests to enjoy their outdoor activities and make packing and traveling easier, so we have supplied beach chairs, beach towels and beach/pool items.

Whether you choose to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and pool area, visit the Historic Fernandina Beach/Amelia Island area, the many fine restaurants and shops or take in one of our tours of the area…we look forward to you making years of memories at our condo at Amelia by the Sea!

What a wonderful first beach trip with our precious granddaughters and daughter-in-love! The view was AMAZING and access to the pier was so much fun! The pool is shaded in the late afternoon which was perfect after a day on the beach!

The location was absolutely perfect! The newly renovated pool was wonderful. The condo Decor was adorable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I do suggest some work on the bathroom ceiling – some of the tiles were hanging. The washer would also back up water into the master sink and leave sand. However, this did not interfere with our long weekend stay. Overall, we would stay here again.

The only complaint that I would make about this room is the washer/ dryer combo. It is a joke. You may wash a small load but it'll take the rest of the day to dry it

This 2-bedroom condo is a great place for a long weekend (or longer) on the beach! It's well-equipped and no more than 15 minutes from anywhere on Amelia Island. Great pool area and a private pier for fishing.

We have always loved staying at Amelia by the Sea. My boys love to fish on the private pier and the beach is so nice and not crowded. The condo was perfect and stocked with everything we needed!

Positives: Beautiful view! Tidy condo. Negatives: No extra pillows or blankets available. There were a few light bulbs burnt out, very poor inventory of entertainment glasses.etc. Skillets were few, and under par quality. Did not have any welcome items, compared to other places that we've stayed. We had a small issue, and the owner and property management were very responsive.

Amy was very responsive from the beginning. Location of condo was ideal to all of the amenities on the island. Condo was clean and had everything you need to stay in or go to the beach.

The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything needed. Location was perfect. There were some restaurants within walking distance and the condo was close to downtown. We had a great time and hope to return at some point.

Great place to stay & great location. The owner was very prompt on answering any questions. The only negatives I can say is there is not enough towels /wash rags & the pillows needed replacing. I did let owner know this without complaining and she was quick to say she would fix those problems. Very clean & even had cleaner in the condo so I could freshen up the place in the middle of the stay. That was nice. Pool was fantastic!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our first trip to Amelia Island! Amy Murphy, the property manager, was very responsive and made the check in and check out process very easy. Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for and the view couldn't have been better!

Great property, perfect for a weekend retreat with friends. The condo was clean the right place for our couples weekend away. The condo was away from the busy downtown area however only a short drive away from great food, shopping and entertainment.

Views were great, convience to town. We had fun fishing off the private pier and walking the beach. Host provided beach gear, toys, and games for indoors. The kitchen was well stocked for dinning in. Washer/dryer combo a little confusing but second time use went good. The host had quick response time and was very helpful with our questions. We would love to stay again if we came back to Amelia Island!!!

The condo itself is in nice condition as it pertains to the outside, but the appliances left a lot to be desired. When I tried to cook on the range, the two biggest burners did not work and the washer/dryer washed my clothes for 6 hours and they still did not get dry. The bathtub was a good selling point for my elderly mother, but the stopper was either missing or inoperable. After notifying the property manager she advised me there was a laundry mat not far from the property and although the previous tenant complained about the kitchen range she had a repairman come out two weeks prior and it was SUPPOSED to be fixed. When I questioned her about having to go out and purchase dinner due to the inability of the range not working and clothes being unable to be washed she questioned my competence and became rude. All in all the location of atmosphere of the property was very inviting and we had a great time, I will never stay in this particular condo again due to the property manager and her lack of professionalism.

We enjoyed a week at the beach in this condo. Wonderful location—right on the beach with a lovely pool and tennis courts. Loved the ease of a 2nd floor location and the view from the balcony. The furniture was comfortable (beds, couch, chairs, porch furniture) and the host provided ample beach towels. Our extended family occupied 3 different condos at Amelia by the Sea this same week and this one (215) had the least equipped kitchen, but still adequate for meals for our 4-person family.

The condo is located on the 2nd floor which was nice not to have to climb so many stairs. The living room sitting area could use some updating. The refrigerator was very small. We had to make several trips to get ice.

I have stayed at this property previously. This was my first stay in this unit. The stove didn't work properly and the washer/dryer didn't work. We had to use the complex washer/dryers and pay additionally. We believe that since the washer/dryer wasn't working that the bedding had not been changed from previous renters. I would recommend the complex but not this unit unless extensive cleaning was done.

The location of this unit was perfect for our sisters beach weekend. We enjoyed easy access to the beach, pool, tennis and pickleball court. The balcony gave us a great spot to watch the sunrise or relax in the afternoon while listening to the ocean waves. We had no issues with arrival as the check-in instructions were clearly provided. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We loved Amelia island and all it has to offer. This condo was in the perfect location. It was super clean and decorated comfortably. Amy was very responsive. The pool and tennis courts were very well taken care of. Loved the access to the beach. Restaurants, grocery and old town very close. Would happily stay again.
