The second bedroom was very dark. There is only a small window and the light was not much help.
I loved the main space in the living room and kitchen. Beautiful views and windows from floor to ceiling.

Nice place and location.
8.0 / 10.0
In general, the location, check in/out process and amenities were great!
Some of the furniture and kitchen cabinets do show some wear and a few fixes are needed in the master bedroom.

Nice place
10.0 / 10.0
Quite nice in every way. There's a nice grocery store right across the street, making it easy to shop. Also short walks to a number of nearby cafes, restaurants, and pubs.
Hanging out in the apartment itself was also comfortable, none of us felt like we needed to get out quickly each day.
8.0 / 10.0
This was a wonderful central location w/ shopping/restaurants across the street. The unit was beautiful with amazing views of the sunset. I would have given this 5 stars except for some small details that were not paid attention to.
Parking was the biggest issue, which was mentioned in other reviews. Highly recommend the owner purchase a space in the garage for guests. There weren't even nearby garages where you could park for a fee. It was a major drawback.
The furniture/kitchen cabinets were Ikea which were showing wear and tear since it is cheaply made.
The rug in the living room was a tripping hazard.
The coffeemaker overflowed the first day.
The ceiling fan in one bedroom did not have a bulb or cover on it.
One bathroom light had a burnt out bulb.
The sink was stopped up.
The washer/dryer were the smallest units I had ever seen and we couldn't actually use them for laundry.
There were no tissues/napkins and only a few paper towel rolls, toilet paper, garbage bags. We had to go out and replenish.
There were very few dishes/utensils. It was ok for us but the unit sleeps 6 so could imagine a bigger family would be running the dishwasher constantly.
I have to say when I contacted management at first I was disappointed because it was a call center. But I was quickly transferred to the local manager who quickly replaced the coffeemaker, fixed the sink & changed the bulb.
Overall this was a quiet, nice unit & would def stay here again.

Property was not as posted! Cooktop, oven, coffee percolator and micro wave oven were filthy. Silverware in draws was dirty. Only one frying pan to cook with and I rented this place two weeks, for five guests. Rug corners in living area were held down with electrical tape to keep them from rolling up, dinning table was so wobbly we were scared to place anything on it. Single ply toilet tissue and one{1} each shampoo and conditioner {hotel travel size} for two bathrooms, no anti-slip mats in bath tubs My wife of 69 slipped and bruised her arm. No senior/ handicap assist bars or handles in bathroom. Washing machine would not drain it took them until my 9th day into my vacation before a repairman came by. Ceiling fan/ light no working properly. Key fobs are used to enter building and to operate elevators, The last week there fobs were not working properly, so you would either get locked out the building or not be able to go up to your floor on the elevator. We had to depend on building residents we encountered to help. I was on the phone twice a day with Vacasa customer service represenative which is nothing more than a phone monitor with no action, dropped calls with no call backs and no answers to my concerns! I have photos of the condition of this place, dates, times and people I spoke with to back up my claims.
Four days after I checked in, I finally got two frying pans.
Nine days into my stay the washing machine was fixed.
Terrible and unacceptable!!!!

This was such a fun place to stay for my birthday with my friends. It was very clean, had games to play with friends, and is super close to bars and resteraunts. The only thing was that the check in process was a little confusing. I wish there was more information on where to get the key needed. We had to ask around since there was no one in leasing office. Other than that, I would highly recommend!

Cute modern apartment. Excellent location. Parking very challenging, on street but 4 hour increments. Overnight parking quite a distance away.

Location was great! Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a grocery store right across the street. Check-in wasn't very smooth since the keys we picked up didn't have the fob on it to access the elevators. The front office (not associated with Vacasa) lent us a key fob for our stay. Washing machine didn't work; we kept getting an error and water would fill up in the drum but the wash never started. One of the lamps in the main bedroom wouldn't turn on. Pepper shaker was empty. No frying pan in the kitchen, so we used a wok to cook eggs. Vacasa was very responsive though to all our questions when we reported things. The property served our group well for the weekend but not sure if we would return to this rental.

Nice, clean two bedroom unit right in the middle of Slabtown, near tons of restaurants, coffee shops, supermarket, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Great place! Only thing missing were potholders/oven mitts (which we purchased and donated to the kitchen), but otherwise nicely appointed and comfortable place to stay with some friends for a weekend. Would stay here again!

With concrete floors and ceilings and a single thermostat for a 2-bedroom unit, we felt pretty cold much of the time. No one answered my text about our arrival a few minutes early, but we were able to speak to someone on the phone and were told the key would soon be available. Only 1 small almost empty box of tissues was available. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with dishes, cups, etc.

The washer in this unit malfunctioned & water went everywhere. We had to go to a laundromat. It was eventually fixed but the refund promised never came. In addition the address for this unit is wrong but they haven’t corrected it.

Cool design, great views from the windows that surround most of the apartment. Location is great, a market across the street and in walking distance from lots of shops, bars, taprooms and restaurants.
The concrete column in the front room makes it awkward to get in and out of bed on that side.
As of this review (10/3/22) construction noise was heard in the mornings from the other room.

This is a great place to stay while in Portland. The unit was very clean and cozy. It had nice views and the layout is great for privacy with both rooms being on opposite ends of the apartment. I loved having the grocery store across the street. I also felt very safe.
10.0 / 10.0
This a neat area of Portland. It has many new bars and restaurants within walking distance and felt reasonably safe and secure - at least for and urban area. The market across the street was awesome. The Streetcar is only a few blocks away. It connects you to the light rail, which gives you access to the entire metro area as well. We attended a Timbers game and chose to walk back from Providence Park. It was a long walk, but quite easy. We would consider this property again if returning to the Portland area.
8.0 / 10.0
Overall, the condo was perfect for our stay. Two berooms and two bathrooms worked great. It was mostly quiet except for 6AM construction start nearby. The market across the street was great to stock up on breakfast and snack items. Definitely recommend!

Get away
Straight forward check in. Adequate kitchen essentials for quick meals. Quiet. Close to grocery and coffee. Broken living room shade, master bath fan runs constantly, no bath tub stopper, master bedroom light not working, clean linens, no local guide info in unit

Visiting family in Portland
We stayed here while visiting our son who lives near the St Johns neighborhood. The location worked well since it was near the grocery store and lots of shops and restaurants in Nob Hill. We did have to watch what time of day we went on the 405 across the bridge because traffic is heavy after another 3 pm til about 6,30 or 7 pm. Having to search for parking was different for those of us not from big cities. We always found a spot within 1-2 blocks of the front door. Many times finding a spot right in front of the building. Was a great experience for us and two older teenagers.

Amazing
We had the best time in Portland! The location of this place is amazing and we were able to walk all over the west side of the river! So many amazing restaurants (Screendoor is a not to miss) and stores and Powell Books is only a 30 min walk. Highly recommend this place! We loved it!

The unit was new, clean, and well furnished. 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is sparse but fine. Full bathroom across the hall. Master bedroom a bit more roomy/furnished with full bath attached. Building is coded entry with full coffee shop in lobby.
walk to 23rd street in 5 minutes.
Easy access and everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely apartment, great location
Everything was as expected. Clean, nice to have bathroom items like soap and shampoo provided. Plentiful towels. Great location. The only issue was the building number on the building does not match the listing address number. We eventually figured it out but making that more clear for check in would have been helpful.

Great location, nice space
Worked great for our needs, perfect location. Future guests - definitely be sure to take note of the parking situation as many reviews mention. A few maintenance items would bring this to a 5 star.

the corner unit is cool but a living room shade partially obstructing the sunset view isn’t cool

Nicely appointed and great location
This was a fantastic location for our vacation. We loved the strong AC since we were there during record-breaking heat. We loved the newly refurbished neighborhood. Everything was a quick Uber or Lyft ride away. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed having a kitchen and living room area. The furniture is visually appealing but not very comfortable. We brought decorative pillows from the bedrooms to make the chairs comfortable. It worked! We appreciated having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit, with detergent provided. We would happily stay here again.

There are many small things that would make this a much better home-away-from-home experience. Couch is old and tired, not comfortable. Cheap cabinets and drawers are all frustratingly hard to open and close and bottoms of drawers are not fixed in place so items either drop through the bottom or jam so they can't be opened. Lighting is minimal, mostly main overhead room lights that are too bright and can't be dimmed. The condo needs at least 4-5 more reading lamps in the bedrooms and living areas.
Tub showers need slip-resistant bottoms. They are very slippery.
Kitchen implements are skimpy. Not a single sauce pan in the place and only 4 of most glasses and bowls etc. Not enough for a condo that is supposed to sleep 6 persons. Other than these small but irritable shortcomings, the condo is in a great location with decent sunset view of west hills and plenty of towels and hand soaps were provided.
