Incredible condo with great views.
Would definitely stay again.

First-floor unit in a gated complex at Kolb and Snyder, less than two miles from Ventana and Sabino Canyon. The patio overlooks Mt Lemmon. Large master with tv and en-suite, plus two additional bedrooms and another bathroom. Full-size washer/dryer. Supermarket with Starbucks is less than a mile away. Twenty minute drive to campus.

There was no barbecue though it is advertised as having one. The upstairs neighbor was noisy at times and his dog barked quite a bit. There is no light in the microwave over the stove. The place could use a thorough cleaning. Entryways to bedroom carpets have the tack boards exposed. Be careful if your walking barefoot. We would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

We were welcomed by a yappy little dog "Frosty" and the smell of smoke. An instant OMG moment occurred as we looked at each other. After 15 minutes it shutup then struck up its vocal chords a half dozen times further on. Still yipping at 21:55, I prepared a text message to send to the owner, but I didn't, as I gathered the owner looked at the clock or muzzled "Frosty" at 22:00.
During our first hour inside and seated at the dining table, the dining light shook significantly as the dog owner walked across the room. As we went to sleep, especially challenging for light sleepers, the ceiling noise was unbearable in the Master bedroom. Needless to say, it was not restful either nights, as you could hear him get up during the night also.
Fortunately our time spent in the ground floor unit was for wind-down and wake-up timeframes only. The main bathroom shower drain would fill up and did not drain for the duration of a shower, so my son used our bathroom facility. Both could certainly use some remodelling and plumbing attention.
As we moved out before our due departure time, the upstairs dog owner had "Frosty" out on the sidewalk from the parking area. As I was walking to our vehicle with a full load "Frosty" bites me on my right leg! It's teeth stuck in my pant after it was refused penetrating my skin by twisting my toe off my heal, attempting to flick it off of me.
No where in the listing is there any mention of these issues.

This condo is an end unit in a large, gated complex. It has a private feel since it is surrounded by desert with mountain views. There are great restaurants nearby and the area was perfect for us. The hosts were very responsive to our needs and we were satisfied with our stay. The property could use a bit of updating but for the price we were happy.

Our family stayed here for 4 nights. The beds were comfortable. The condo was clean and has a nice view of the desert. Interior is a little outdated. The complex is overall pretty quiet but the neighbor above was very loud and often sounded like he was coming through the ceiling. Dining table is small. Not much living space for more than 4 people. We experienced a small plumbing problem but the owner was responsive. Not a terrible stay but I don’t think I would consider it luxury.

Wonderful and responsive owners. Clean property with great beds- slept great!

The place had great views and fantastic hosts. The largest complaint would be the person living in the condo above, there was no quiet during our stay. I have no clue what he was doing up there, but if sleeping in an active construction zone is your thing, I would highly recommend this place. Overall an apartment-style condo that was functional and could use a handyman's attention. For the price, I do not think you could find a better place to stay in Tucson. Again the hosts were amazing and would give 10 stars if allowed, definitely the best part of the entire experience.

Where are the dressers?
There was no place to put away our clothes so we lived out of our suitcases for a week. No dressers. Otherwise not too bad.

Great location and property.
Very close to Sabino Canyon, shops and restaurants. Our teens enjoyed the pool area. We stayed for two nights and this property was perfect for the 4 of us.

Clean and easy
Property was clean and ready for our family's use. It was a bit cramped for 6 people. Five is probably a realistic maximum. Location was good and restaurant tips by owner were very helpful. Availability of pool was a nice feature.

Great location and value
Great location near Sabino Canyon hiking and good restaurants. Condo had what we needed as a family with young children. Extra plus that the pool was heated and the condo complex has a small spa to enjoy as well. Condo backs right up to desert with great mountain views. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Visiting Fam
My sister and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting our folks and brother. We found this place to be perfectly located, peaceful, and an excellent getaway.

Family stay
Location great. Condition of the unit good. Overall property complex good. Our only problem with the unit was the third bedroom. The listing stated it had twin beds, it did not. The room had a single futon and with three children this presented a problem for us.

Good
The neighbor who stays upstairs wakes up at 1:00 am and keeps walking nonstop and I am a very light sleeper. So I didn’t sleep well during my whole one month stay. I was attending a class for my Doctorate program, I had to stay up late to study. It was not a very good experience at all.
The property owner was very approachable and attended to my needs in terms of AC and water heater.
The property is old and fan is so squeaky. Overall it’s a beautiful house and clean neighborhood. It’s good for vacation but not meant for some one who want to use it for while they are in school.

Worked out great for us.
The place was clean a nice size and had everything we needed. Some light bulbs were out and 2 spiders we found in back bedroom. The communication and response to questions fast and great info available.

Very Comfortable and Great Views!
My friend and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the condo. The location was great. Only 6mins to Sabino Canyon and Seven Falls where we hiked multiple times. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable! The only thing I would suggest would be to add dressers in the bedrooms (especially for longer stays) and we did have a little bit of an issue with the upstairs neighbor whom you could hear walking around but it was not enough to deter us from wanting to stay again. In fact we tried to book it again for 2 weeks next year but it is now a monthly rental. I highly recommend it if you are going for a month stay!

Great location in the foothills
This condo was perfect for 2 couples who were in Tucson for golf, hiking and seeing the sights. We didn't try the pool as it was quite cool while we were there. We enjoyed some birdwatching out over the desert from the windows and some nice sunrises. Very close to Sabino Canyon where we had good hikes. We didn't eat dinners in but the kitchen was well-supplied for the breakfasts and lunches we had there. The condo was as described on the website. No surprises.

This was a very nice place to stay.
The owners were super helpful and friendly, even leaving us lots of suggestions about restaurants (they are obviously major foodies). Don't be alarmed if you hear some crazy yowling and yipping in the night from out in the desert - it is just coyotes. The place is a gated community, but the desert is right outside the window. And there are lots of windows, by the way; the place is very light and airy. One thing is, the beds are not the most comfortable in the world, if you are picky about your mattress. And be aware that everything is far in Tucson. You have to do a lot of driving, so make sure you are in the area where you want to be.

Great stay!
My family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay here. The manager came by to deliver a coffee pot and when my dearest asked about cable news, she got on the phone with the cable provider and got the service plan changed to include the news! That's fantastic service! She kept in contact with us, making sure we were happy and not in need of anything. The location is lovely and secluded, while still being close to many necessities, including grocery store just 2 miles away. Very sensitive people may have issues with the neighbors upstairs. We would book here again, the next time we come to Tucson!

Cozy, comfortable, nicely decorated, quiet
We visited Tucson for a family wedding and stayed in this lovely, comfortable condo for 5 nights in late September. The condo was really pretty, nicely decorated, quiet and peaceful when we had some down time. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Sybil was really helpful and responsive as well. We thank you for sharing your home with us. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely request this condo again when we visit.

My family and I would come back in a heartbeat- what a gorgeous location! My children did not want to come out of the pool. The condo is well stocked and equipped.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We will stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Beautiful condo
The condo is a very quiet end unit, backing up to a beautiful green wash, with views of the Catalina and Rincon mountains out of almost every window. It's very well appointed and very clean, close to most anything you could want.
You can't do any better than this place!
3.0 / 5.0
The property itself is very nice. For the check in I didn´t get a keycode for the gate (gated community). No one answered a telephone call so I had to climb over the fence to manage all by myself. Another question I texted was not answered. And: the price in the ad with USD 49 ended up as USD 127,50 per night! Bad!
