Bring your family for a wonderful vacation at this beautiful BRAND-NEW beach house in Fort Morgan. Located just 20 minutes from Gulf Shores. The location is hard to beat. Beautiful white sandy beaches without all the crowds. This beautiful home is a three-story getaway, complete with everything you’ll need to relax and enjoy a carefree vacation at the beach. From the second you arrive; you’ll feel like you’re at home. The views are spectacular!! Dream kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite and stainless. This house does have an elevator for your convenience.
The first floor is home to 4 bedrooms each with a flat- screen tv, and a private full bath, one of which is wheelchair accessible with a roll-in shower and sink. All bedrooms have great views of the Gulf and lead to spacious decks. Each bedroom is a king or queen with the exception of the children's room, which has 2 bunk beds with lower and upper double beds.
The second floor is where you'll spend most of your time because it’s where everyone hangs out. There is a Dream kitchen with custom cabinetry, granite and stainless, two refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers and a commercial ice machine. You can sit out on the expansive deck with beach views or watch TV on the large flat screen in the living room or study. The study has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and access to a full bath.
The third level has 2 master suites, each with a king-size bed, a beautiful bathroom, a flat screen tv, and a private deck.
Other features of this home include: outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen, abundant parking, wifi, and many additional items which you will observe.
Don't forget to tour the historic Fort Morgan just a mile down the road. Tacky Jacks is just across the road for fresh seafood. Book a fishing charter or a sightseeing tour at the marina beside Tacky Jacks. Sassy Bass is just about five miles down the road. For the golf enthusiast, Kiva Dunes is a short drive away.
This home is pet friendly. Limit two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday 9-5 at YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.

House was nice and we had a great experience. However a few things could be better, floor was not mopped and very dirty, some sheets didn't fit the beds, towels could be updated they were roughand discolored. Some bunk bed mattresses were stained. Pillows also need updated.

This house is great but we thought it was odd to only have one dishtowel, pillows without pillow cases and no way to clean the floor. The kitchen is double loaded on amenities but one dishtowel.

The house has great views and is an easy walk to the beach; we did get a golf cart to make the trips to the pool a bit quicker but it is a walkable distance.We were concerned about being so far from Gulf Shores but had no issues with the location. We enjoyed the quiet Ft. Morgan area; we all liked the food at Tacky Jack’s and Sassy Bass; and it is an easy drive to/from Gulf Shores. The house was very clean upon arrival. Like most vacation rentals, a deep clean never hurts, but all the important “daily” stuff: counters, appliances, bathrooms, linens, and floors were in great shape. Management was great to work with – professional, helpful, prompt!The kitchen had plenty of glasses (plastic, ugh), plates, and silverware to serve a large group but only had a few well-used pans or skillets. The crisper pizza pans were a welcomed find. We were a group of 3 families: 4 adults, 3 kids (9-13 years of age), and 2 dogs. We had more than enough space but found the living room seating a bit limited (3 couches that seat a total of 9). There is also a small sitting area off the kitchen (couch, tv, and chair). All TVs were connected to DirecTV but didn’t seem to receive the same channels. Personal preference, the beds are awfully tall. I’m 5’2”, the beds on the 4th floor were impossible for me to get into. The beds on the 2nd floor are a bit lower. Notes for those with physical limitations: --The ensuite of the 2nd floor King bedroom has handrails at the toilet and a no-step shower. Not sure the ease/difficulty of getting a wheelchair into the bathroom.--The elevator is helpful for groceries, luggage, and those with physical limitations. Be aware there is a step to get in/out of the elevator at the 1st floor/carport. Also, in order to enter/lock the house upon leaving you will need someone that can manage the stairs to the 2nd floor entry as a key was not provided for the elevator.

Our family is all over the country so we want to start a new tradition where we all stay together in a big house for Thanksgiving. This house allowed us to do just that! We had plenty of room for all the babies, kids, and adults to rumble around. It was also incredibly helpful to have 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, and 2 microwaves. Some of us took advantage of the neighborhood pool & hot-tub.
The house had everything we needed to make a traditional thanksgiving dinner.

Minor issues, living room tv is messed up, a blender didn’t work, and the sheets for bunk room needed cleaning but didn’t deter us from having a wonderful vacation! Loved the house, the quiet community, the location. We had a wonderful stay! Will do it again for sure!!!

Our family met for the Easter weekend at Grace. The accommodations were just as described on website. The property manager was easy to reach and responded to every text promptly. We had a great time. The kitchen is where we spent alot of our time and it was awesome. The two refrigerators were our favorite as we do alot of inhouse cooking on vacation. The elevator made load in and load out so easy. The beach was just a short walk and had beach umbrella and chair service available. And Tacky Jacks is literally across the street for yummy Bushwackers!

Enjoyed It
Generally we really enjoyed this property and location. But there were some minor issues that could easily be addressed. The grate on the BBQ was rotted out and made it unusable. There were not sufficient rugs around the entrance or stairs to catch sand on our feet, so sand gets all over the house. In my bathroom the shower curtain is too short so water gets everywhere. The washing machine needs to be cleaned. The property management company sent me emails with a link to all the info on the property and trip. But the link took me straight to Snapfish, a photo sharing website. So we couldn't access that info.
All of this is simple stuff that's easy to fix.
