About this apartment rental
Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (Unit 104) is located at Peregrine Point which is the newest building at Purgatory Resort. The condo is located on the north side of the building offering amazing mountain views.
Walk across to the main plaza for convenient access to restaurants, ski rentals, deli and great shops as well as the primary high-speed lift, Purgatory Express, to the top of the mountain.
The condo is decorated with high-end furnishings and the kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops and complete cooking utensils for making great meals. The main living space features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and a deck enjoy the great views. The deck also has two chairs and small table as well as an electric grill. The Master bedroom has a gas fireplace and both bedrooms have a TV. Parking is unassigned outside in front of the building.
The condo also features a washer and dryer.

As with all condos in the Peregrine Point building per HOA Rules, pets are not allowed.
For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The condo was very clean and in good condition. The location was amazing with just a short walk across the street to all of the amenities- ski school, restaurants, shops. Our only complaint was that it was a little strange having to deal with all of the codes when we first arrived and not having a key. But in the end it was convenient to pass the access around the family so they could come and go at will. Also, it would be quite beneficial to have a dresser in the master bedroom. While the washer and dryer were super helpful on a ski vacation, the dryer was squealing so loudly, we couldn't use it while at the condo. We would set it before we left every morning. Overall a great place to stay in Purgatory with amazing views off the balcony.

Wonderful condo. Clean, spacious, well supplied, great location. Only misdescription is that it is not ski in/ski out. Complex is beside the slope (which you can not access from the condo) so you have to walk up a flight of stairs, across the plaza to the main lift. This was not a problem for my family (all 18+). Overall, great property.

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights in early July. The condo is very comfortable and the views are incredible! The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked a few times while there. The condo is very peaceful with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. The master bathroom is awesome with double sinks, a huge soaking tub, and separate big shower. The only downside was that there was no A/C in the unit and it did get quite warm during the day. Overall, we loved this condo and would definitely stay here again!

Great condo! Stocked with everything we needed. Easy location to walk up 2 sets of steps to the Village Center and slopes. You can rent a locker in the village for equipment if you don’t want to carry back and forth from the condo. Fireplaces were amazing and heated up quickly! Property manager was easy to get in touch with and helpful for any questions I had.

We arrive to find easy access from the 1st floor yet an elevated balcony with great views on the back patio. A bell cart was available to help carry luggage, everything you needed was there. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, easily used TVs and instructions for other needed items. Walking distance to restraunt, toy store, rentals and most important the slopes.

Our family had a great stay at Peregrine Point in Purgatory Resort. The condo is super comfortable with beautiful views in each room.
The location was great for getting to the Durango/Silverton train as well as Mesa Verde National Park the day we checked out. We also enjoyed the alpine slide and mountain coaster at Purgatory. Hope to stay again!
