Had a great time skiing with my adult children. The location was convenient and we walked to dinner one night. Hot tub was large and well maintained. The creek out back is stunning. Kitchen could use a proper vent hood but was otherwise set. There is a grilling station by the dumpsters that I would have used but didn’t realize was there.

We came up for some weekend concerts at Tenmile and enjoyed the holiday activities downtown especially the Wassail Fest. Great way to explore the town and drink a delicious hot cider! Loved our condo and the hot tub/pool/clubhouse directly across from it. Hope to come again in summer.

The rental is so beautiful an the creek behind it brings tremendous peace. The town of Frisco is so cute and full of great shops, restaurants and the scenery is absolutely breathtaking (sometimes literally). If you aren't used to the thin air breathing in Colorado mountains can be tough for a few days. The condo was super clean and everything we used worked great.

It was a good experience as we were in family the location was great.
The unit was a little dated and the bathroom, towels, bedding need to be cleaner. It felt as the pillows cases were not washed and the bed like straightened up not like fresh new ones.
We had a good time on the holidays season.
Thanks for the service the customer service over the phone with random questions was awesome!

Nice unit but check in/out not good
Place was nice but check-in/out process was not good. Email communication and technology was bad (multiple emails from different addresses and all having different information. Also required to get and return keys at office in Dillon which is inconvenient.

The location was great and the apartment was very nice. The only thing worth noting is Frisco has higher lead present in their water which we didn’t find out until we arrived. It would be nice to equip the condo with a filtration system or at least an note in description prior to people booking.

We really enjoyed the cabin-y feel and the wood burning fireplace. Kitchen was well stocked and layout was great. It was spacious but felt cozy. A bit dated but still really enjoyed it and our stay. We would have appreciated a couple of bottles of water upon arrival (given frisco apparently has slightly higher lead levels (which we didn’t know until we got there- there was a note above the sink). Not a big deal overall, but we arrived at night and it was a bummer to have to go out again to buy water. Otherwise everything was great!

Good location in Frisco with easy access to ski resorts. Comfortable accommodations Only issue was no key to garage was provided and it has no access from condo so vehicle out in weather.

October 2020 Stay
This is our second visit to this wonderful cozy, updated condo. We went on several hikes with the trailheads easily accessible by foot or by a short drive. The kitchen is well appointed. The back deck overlooks Tenmile Creek, where we enjoyed the sounds of the water over the rocks. The beds are very comfortable and we found the condo clean and nicely decorated with a moose theme (and we actually saw a live moose in the creek)! This is a wonderful home away from home, and we hope to be back soon.

Great stay
The property was roomy and as advertised. The stream behind was very nice, we enjoyed the sounds of the rushing water.

Great Easter Weekend
This condo is perfectly located to all the amenities in the Copper area.
It was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need.
We will stay there again.

Great location!
The location was great--a short walk to Main Street. The amenities at this property were so nice! We used the hot tub/pool every day. The management company was top notch.

Great Location & Unit
Condo is just close enough to I-70 for easy access w/o having to go through town. Strategically close for a 20 minute drive to all ski resorts and doable walk to bus for Copper.
Back porch has close beautiful rushing stream and view of mtns. Very private - nature only! Our trip was during the winter but we could imagine sitting there in better weather listening to the stream. Hot tub/pool 30 feet from front door. Parking in front of garage so garage could be used for extra storage.
inside was nice and kept up. We chose a pet friendly unit but there were no signs or smells of previous pets. We like to stay in different places each trip but this unit will be our go to unit for Summit County.

Condo was comfortable. Hot tub and pool grea. Mgnt was great. To many pillows.
Location is perfect. Would stay again.

Place was nice
The place was nice, the power went out in the middle of the night on Friday Morning and we we unable to make breakfast, coffee etc. Also the disposal did not work and the sink was backing up which was a bit disgusting.
Overall the unit was clean and cozy.

The bed in the master room needs new mattress. Overall loved the place.

Great location
This was a perfect location to ski at Breck or Keystone. We had a great time and would go back again.
4.3
Adequate for four people
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Richard’s condominium. It was clean and well equipped with necessary kitchen, bathroom and bedroom furnishings. One minor note is that the lower bedroom and bathroom area is less private and less appealing than the upstairs suite. A makeover of the furniture and furnishings, more closet space and a reconfiguration of the sink which is open to the hall and the door to the unit, would help the appeal and use of the bedroom and bathroom.
4.3
Peaceful condo, beautiful view
Overall, a great deal for the money. The condo backs up to a green belt with a lovely river and a great view of the mountain. It is very quiet, centrally located in Frisco, easy walking distance to the Main street of shops, museum and restaurants, driving distance to Dillon and Breckenridge. The pool and hot tub were clean and warm, and we met a friendly family from Montana. I wish the door across the pool was able to be retracted for unimpeded swimming, but in the winter, I would appreciate the closure. The condo was very clean, some minor spots on the rug which we let the manager know about. I detected no odor of any prior pets. The mattress in the master was very soft, not very supportive. My daughter and son-in-law said their mattress was fine, but they had been sleeping on the ground along the trail for the past week! They are hiking for a fundraiser, and the management allowed my daughter to mail a box of replenishment materials to their office, which she incredibly appreciated. Kelly was wonderful at check-in and with our logistics. We hoped to get into the condo asap, and she arranged for the cleaning crew to expedite the process so my daughter and son-in-law could rest and recover from the trail.
All in all, we had a great experience with this condo and the management staff, and would stay here again.
4.3
Great property!
This is our second stay at this lovely home and we highly recommend it! It is very spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The location is great—close to the slopes and shopping, with a bus shuttle within easy walking distance. The pool, sauna and hot tub just steps away is a bonus. It may not be suitable for seniors given the stairs but we would love to return in the summer months to enjoy the porch above the creek. We were especially pleased that we could bring our little dog. The Summit Resort Group is very professional and responsive and made sure our stays were good ones.
4.3
Cute and comfortable
Great location , cute and comfortable decor. However, the downstairs bedroom needs some TLC. And the heat was "just discovered not working" A space heater was provided (dangerous and smelly). And if children had been staying in that room, completely unacceptable!
If those issues are fixed, I would highly recommend this condo.
4.3
Nice property walking distance to main st
Very nice and roomy! It had all the amenities that we needed. Enjoy the balcony on the creek! Close walking distance to Main St., Frisco
4.3
If your a penguin you will be comfortable.
The lower level thermostat and heater did not work. Little was done the first full day to remedy the situation in a timely manner. All three nights the heat did not work. Had to change accommodations split up our group to stay at another property. Spend some more money and get a better property.
4.3
Great Location
Great location and pet friendly! Property is perfect for a ski vacation as close to freeway for easy access to Copper, Vail, Keystone and Breckenridge. We had a couple of issues with maintenance problems and they were addressed quickly by the Property Management Office. On site hot tub and indoor/ outdoor pool and spas were a real bonus for us but they need more maintenance over busy holiday periods. Would definitely consider staying here again. All you need is there for a great vacation with your furry friends.
4.3
OK rental home, convenient location
Overall the house was good for what we wanted - a rental in Frisco for us and our friends to use while we were out skiing for a few days. The place is a little run down and could use some updating. The lights in the upstairs bathroom decide to turn off on their own, so we had to take a dark shower one day. The downstairs room was very cold, even with the space heater. The sheets and blankets downstairs had some hair/stains on them and could use a good cleaning. The kitchen wasnt very well stocked but had the basics so beware if you plan to cook. It was great that the house allowed dogs so we could bring along our furry friend. It was convenient that there is a community hot tub and pool right across the parking lot. The other thing to note to other renters is that there is a garage for your car which is nice, but its not connected to the unit. We also have a big truck so couldnt fit into the garage, but there is a parking spot right outside the unit we were able to use.
4.3
Pretty good, but you should know a few things
We enjoyed our stay here, but we had to make a couple accommodations for it to work for us. I'll start with the positives. We're locals from Denver and love the Frisco location - easy access to everything. The condo is situated creek side which provides a nice view and relaxing vibe. It would be particularly nice in the warmer season when you can throw up the windows and enjoy the babbling water sounds.
The unit has a garage which is key in the winter months if you don't want to spend 20 mins scraping your car before enjoying all the local attractions. The garage is a tight one car. We were able to fit our Jerp Grand Cherokee, but it was tight. Also, the garage is manual and was unsecured (meaning we found it unlocked and no key was provided).
The condo living area was good sized and comfortable, with a stone fireplace and a comfy sectional. If you desire a nice AV setup, you should know that the TV is a small old-school CRT model.
The kitchen setup is pretty open, with an island type feel, so you can prepare meals and still feel part of the action. The kitchen table seats six, plus there are stools at the kitchen counter.
It is worth knowing the layout of the condo is two story. The main living area and master are on the third floor. The second bed/bath (with two twin beds) is on the second floor below. If you're traveling with young kids, this may not be the best setup.
At the time of our stay in Dec 2015, the master mattress was about the most uncomfortable bed we've ever slept on. It is soft and lumpy. We purchased a $135 memory foam topper at the local Walmart after our second night, and it was a game changer. Because we're local, we were able to bring it home with us and get use of it in our guest bedroom. We shared our experience with the management company, so hopefully this gets resolved in early 2016.
That leads to my last comment. When we expressed interest in this unit, I didn't realize it was managed by a property company instead of the actual owner. In my experience, owners do a better job of making their places homey and well stocked with little extras. If you're looking for a owner-managed property, this isn't it as of this writing.
All in all, we had a great time, staying for six nights right before Christmas. This review is intended to be fair and balanced and provide additional details that we believe are noteworthy.
