About this house rental
This spacious townhouse is perfect for a family to enjoy the Rocky Mountains in all seasons. For skiers, great resorts of Copper Mountain, Breckenridge and Keystone are a short 10 to 15 minute drive. Vail and Beaver Creek are only a 30 minute drive. Right outside the door, guests can enjoy biking on bike paths or mountain trails, or hiking and snowshoeing in the Arapaho National Forest. The charming town of Frisco and Lake Dillon marina are an easy 10 minute walk.
Located on a quiet residential street, the end-unit townhouse has a spectacular mountain view, a bright, airy interior, and a yard. Shopping in the quaint town of Breckenridge or the Silverthorne outlet shops provides retail diversions. The free Summit County bus stops nearby. The house has a well-furnished kitchen suitable for cooking big family dinners. But plenty of great restaurants and take-out shops can give you a break from cooking.
Each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom with tub and shower. All three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds; a third bedroom also has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom. The living room feels spacious and open with its cathedral ceiling, large windows facing the mountains, yet cozy around the gas fireplace. It opens onto a large deck. The breakfast bar and dining room also open onto a barbecue deck with a 6-person hot tub. There is a one-car garage and free WIFI.
The summer sun promises you as much fun as the winter snows. You'll find our townhouse is conveniently located for any and all of your activities.

House was clean & well stocked. Broken blinds in kitchen and living room took away from the overall value, plus bathroom in lower level needs to be sprayed for spiders. Kitchen was very well stocked with necessities but Keurig coffee maker did not work.
Neighborhood was very nice but no grass at all in the backyard, just weeds.

This property is so close to town and everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed staying here. Great layout and the view from the upper deck is wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with all you need. Our family loved the three floor layout where we could spread out. The hosts were terrific and responded to our question quickly and took care of any concerns which we really appreciated it. Would definitely rent her again in the future!

The location of this home was perfect. Several times we just walked to Main Street. There are many great restaurants. Ein Prosit and Butterhorn Cafe are always favorites. The Frisco Museum is awesome too!
The home is well laid out and doesn't have a ton of stairs. The kitchen is well-appointed as far as equipment goes, but you'll need pantry staples as the cleaners will clear out everything in the fridge from past visitors. We cooked several meals here and had everything we needed. The knives are dangerously dull, so be careful.
The hot tub is fantastic and is only steps away from the warm indoors. We loved the heated garage. Getting into a cold car before heading to the mountains is never fun.
Having 3 bathrooms is great! The washer and dryer were new and we definitely utilized them.
Overall, we would definitely stay here again. It is very comfortable with plenty of room. It is a well-lived home.

Our family and our friend's family had a great time in this townhouse. It's super close to everything we needed---Frisco Nordic Center, the bus terminal, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Summit Stage Stop. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and the layout was perfect with enough beds and bedrooms. The house is a little dated for decor and overall looked but is priced accordingly and cost less than others with similar size, bedrooms, and location. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishware and cookware. We would definitely stay here again. The only recommendation would be for the owners to replace some of the blinds as many are broken and don't work.

Location of the unit was stunning and was a quick walk to downtown Frisco. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Lots of different areas for kids and adults. Host was responsive and so helpful with our questions. Highly recommended!

Such a perfect location! Walk right in town and hiking galore! Extremely peaceful and enjoyed this cozy home.

We stayed for a month and had an incredible time. The townhouse is so close to the Rainbow Lake trail that we went twice a day sometimes. We also walked into town for an afternoon coffee or for dinner almost every day. The owner was super responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked. The hot tub has an excellent view of Mt. Royal to contemplate after it puts your supposedly improved cardio to shame.

It was our second time staying at this townhouse… we were very excited to come back. This place is such a fantastic choice for our family with a dog and adult children. There is lots of room for everyone to spread out. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. A fabulous choice for a family of cyclists: close to both bike path and mountain bike trails. Room in garage to store bikes. Easy walk to Main Street for apres! Private hot tub is a bonus! We hope to be back next summer again

I normally do not write reviews or complain but I would hope to help others on there selection of a property.
We were a group of 7 age 22-60ish and everyone had the same opinion on their stay.
Our first disappointment was that this property is a townhouse and not a single family house. Not what we expected, Especially for the price. Difficult to tell from the photo.
First impression, outdoor area was very unkept and not welcoming, very close to not so friendly neighbor. Not much room outside property for games or any other outdoor activities.
Inside, every room including bathrooms were outdated. Decorated with old outdated uncomfortable furniture and family photos. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, looking at them it was a thin mattress on top of a piece of plywood. Very disappointing.

The home was fabulous as always!!! We have stayed here many times over the years - wonderful memories have been made in this home.
Forward to returning maybe in September.

Let me begin by saying that communication with this property manager is the best I've EVER had! And, we do VRBO's quite a bit.
I reached out several times over a variety of things in the first couple of days. The owner's responsiveness was simply outstanding.
The property has multiple stairs which I didn't realize (my fault). No problem except I have a knee I am continually trying to mend. Just an FYI for future renters.
The bedroom spaces worked out great for our group. Loved having the fireplace EVERY morning. It was quite cool in the mornings while we were there. Some spices, foil, etc were available which is nice. We didn't need much but, it was kind. Also, bikes are available! We didn't use these either but, how kind is it to have them? We stay in CO a lot and have never had bikes available by owners. Outstanding location in walking distance to trails and town. Nice quiet area. More extras provided: fans, well-stocked kitchen, handheld vac, and not a ton of things to follow when checking out.
Simple improvements - newer coffee pot. Not a big deal, the one that's there works fine; just nice to set it up the night before and have it ready upon rising.
New ice trays; maybe metal (I don't even know if they make metal ice trays anymore!).
A couple more kitchen towels would be nice.
Overall we enjoyed this property and would stay again.

We had a wonderful family stay. So close to bike trail and hiking trails and still easy walk to downtown. Owner very available for questions.

The location of the property is great and is really just a short walk into Frisco. The hot tub was a great thing to have access to during the winter, and especially after a day of skiing.
The property was big enough for 2 families, and we utilized the 3rd bedroom for all the kids, which was really nice (great to have that sort of space available).
We had an issue with the heater upon our arrival, but the host and the local property management were responsive and had the issue fixed the next day. And they had a few suggestions for how to get the bedrooms warmer in the meantime.

Great location, layout, kitchen, hottub.

We loved our stay here. The townhome had everything we needed and the location was perfect.

You can't beat the location of this family-friendly house. It's close to Main Street, a few blocks from Frisco's extensive bike paths and two blocks from a fantastic school playground. The cleanliness of the house was average (it's probably difficult to find great employees in 2021). We stayed in this house about 5 years ago and will consider returning.

We were very happy with the property—it had literally everything anyone might need. We travel extensively and often stay in apartments for more space than hotel rooms. This is one of the best!

This vacation was great! We had a wide spread of ages - 10-70, and different needs and interests. The location was perfect close to Breckenridge, key stone, Dillon Lake, and nature. The house was exactly as pictured, and with a very convenient layout for our group. We enjoyed cooking dinners together in the well equipped kitchen, and relaxing in the living room. Thank you!

This condo was perfect for our family of four. We loved that the location was close to both the town of Frisco and the mountains. Kitchen was fully equipped and we loved using the hot tub!! We will be back!

Great family townhome, with all the nice touches of home. Home has a great layout, such that you barely realize this is not a detached house. Comes with a truly fully stocked kitchen and with everything one can think of being provided throughout the house, including things like fold up card tables and multiple fans (we were having record hot temperatures). Location also can’t be beat for a summertime stay, with the Frisco bike trail passing in front of the house, and the marina and Main Street a short ride away. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with during our 3 week stay. Can highly recommend whether for 3 weeks or 3 days.
4.9
Great home with plenty of room for our larger group. Very clean, amazing views, and a close walk to bars & restaurants downtown. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome location--can easily ski a different mountain each day-- Vail, Breck, Beaver Creek, Keystone. Breck is super close. Layout of condo is great for families. Plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood and convenient to town, grocery stores and other services. Property owner very responsive and easy to work with.

Hot tub was perfect after exhilarating days on the slopes!!

What a wonderful home to enjoy for our family winter vacation!! The owners make the process seamless and their home was spotlessly clean and trouble free! This is our second visit and once again a great experience. We hope to return this year for a summer event !

Conveniently located near Main St. in Frisco, Allan's rental has everything one would need. Plenty of kitchen requirements, lots of sleeping choices (from soft to firm!), hot tub, grill, washer/dryer, pet friendly, very clean, etc. Close access to all of the slopes during the ski season and trails during the spring, summer and fall. We stayed during the Christmas week and would definitely return.

Our family and dogs enjoyed staying here. The house is located close to beautiful hiking and biking trails, town and Lake Dillon. Plenty of room too.

We visited from Colorado Springs over the 4th of July Holiday. The home is very welcoming, and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. It's within walking distance to Main Street Frisco, and close to shopping. We would definitely stay again. Owners are very responsive and accommodating.
