About this house rental

CITY PERMIT #2014-02191 This beautiful home offers everything. With a great in-town location, mountain & golf-course views a great floor plan and lots of custom features. The home is also Air Conditioned for your summer comfort and has high-speed inter-net. The main level features a spacious entryway, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, breakfast bar with 4 stools and an open floor plan. Adjoining the kitchen is a living room area with leather sectional, oversized chair and gas fireplace, and flat screen television. There is also a second living area right off the kitchen that has two chairs and a sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing with a good book. Just outside is a great deck area with views, patio furniture and a gas grill. A formal dining room is also located nearby with a wet bar and wine chiller and seating for 6. A 1/2 bath is located in the entryway as well as access to the two car garage. The upstairs level has 3 bedrooms and a loft area with foosball table. The master bedroom is really nice and roomy, it has another gas fireplace, private deck, a king size bed & a flat screen TV. The master bath is breathtaking with a Jacuzzi bathtub, separate glass shower, walk-in closet, double vanity and awesome views. The two guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed and shared bathroom. There is also another deck located off the loft area which is very private and has great mountain views. A laundry room is conveniently located on the upper level. All three bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.

Nice house in a great setting but not walkable to any stores or restaurants since it is up on a hill. Janet the property manager was great to delay with It was very clean but some maintenance needs to be done. Washer smelled awful like oil and that impacted our stay since we were counting on doing laundry. Water filter in refrigerator needs changing - no water comes out since clogged. Furnace filters need changing since very visibly dirty.

Overall outstanding property! The location was perfect, the home is beautiful and in a great area. All of the neighbors were very friendly and came to say hello. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples and full use of the garage was a huge plus for having motorcycles. Anytime I text the property manager with a question she responded immediately and was on top of anything we asked. Can’t say enough about the whole package. Will definitely be booking anytime we come back.

We had a wonderful stay in Durango. The house, the people and the town were so enjoyable!! The house was clean, beautiful and in a perfect location for everything we wanted to do in town. The only very minor thing was that there was not a hair blow dryer in the house so if you should bring one if you need one. The kitchen had Everything!! Janet the manager was so personable and a joy to meet and if you had any questions she replied immediately. We loved this house and will definitely stay here anytime we are in Durango!!

We go to Durango annually for a family gathering. We have a house in this same neighborhood so use this as a place for our overflow of guests. It worked out well to have a separate place for the baby to nap, kids to rest and to take turns cooking.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! The neighborhood it is in is safe and family oriented, which was a big plus for us! The location is near the historic district of Durango. We had an issue which requires us to contact the host and they answered promptly and got what we needed fixed! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting!

We where in Durango for a wedding. This home was very spacious. Kitchen is very well stocked with pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. We did not want for anything and we did have cooking to do for the wedding breakfast. The one issue that we had was taking care of immediately. Property management was very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend the home for your stay in Durango.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. It was stocked the way I would stock my own vacation home. Everything you could need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds, relaxing spaces, fluffy towels. Loved the bookshelf full of tempting reads. Wish I’d had more time to sit on the deck and enjoy one of them. Perfect location if you are visiting Fort Lewis.

Beautiful property property , fulfilled our needs. We were 3 couples in Durango for a motorcycle rally and property was minutes from downtown , which was perfect for us . We had plenty of room for our 3 motorcycles in the garage. The gas grill on the back patio was a plus for us as we grilled steaks nightly. We will definitely be back. overall a great experience. Our stay at the property was AWESOME! The accommodations were beautiful, comfortable! We played golf at Hillcrest Golf Course right across from where we stayed. Short ride to the Ft Lewis for our granddaughter's graduation and close to town. We had a very enjoyable visit.

We were in Durango visiting granddaughter who attends Fort Lewis College. Everything in the house was in great condition, clean and nicely decorated. If seemed like anything we needed was in a cabinet. Very spacious.

We enjoyed the house very much. Our only complaint was that we couldn't get Netflix to work on a couple of the TVs. We tried logging in to our own account, but it still wouldn't work. We called Netflix and they said it was a hardware issue with the TV. But we never called Janet, so it doesn't affect our rating. We would highly recommend this house when you visit Durango!
