I reached out to Jonathan on two occasions with questions regarding Cable TV, which was supposed to be hooked up, but wasn’t, and a check out issue, and he never responded.
Before arrival I asked him a question about info regarding check in and pre arrival information, and I had to reach out several times before he responded.
I’ve never had an issue reaching out to property manager/owners before. Was very disappointed. Although the property was nice, clean and in an excellent location, I’m sorry to say we won’t be staying there again.

Great place to stay. Very close to down town with access to restaurants and shopping. Should note that the stairs to the bedrooms up stairs are steep but have a banister. Overall great experience.

Enjoyed proximity to downtown, good walking community, excellent restaurants, do not miss the train ride!

Historic Durango condo was the perfect location to walk to many bars, restaurants and shops downtown. Proximity to Main Ave made it easy for group of 6 to come and go. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and seemed more spacious than it appeared in VRBO pictures. property manager was responsive. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of this condo, right in the heart of Main street Durango. With 3 woman staying, we had plenty of room to be comfortable. The 2nd 1/2 bath was a huge plus.
Condo was very clean, had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

Celebration of Life for Jim Puff
We had a perfect time in Durango staying at this suite. Very comfortable and everything we needed in the kitchen. Our host, Johnathan was easily accessible and very helpful! I ran into him on the stairs one morning and it was like running into an old friend! The location is absolutely perfect for walking around Historic Durango shops and restaurants, banks and grocery store. A fun and interesting town! Lots of live music and fantastic food within walking distance.
If you are looking for a comfortable and fun place to stay in Durango - this is it!

Durango Diamond
Great location, we could walk to everything in town. Very clean and well-appointed. We bought a couple of things missing from the kitchen (knife sharpener, meat thermometer, and left them with our son, who lives in Durango), but other than that, everything we needed was here. Kitchen is a little small for. Thanksgiving meal, but we made it work. Dining room table sits only 4, so if you'll have more than that, expect to use the coffee table too. Main reason for only 4 stars is the main room is very dark. Need either additional floor lamps, or ceiling lights. Other than that, a great find.

Perfect location
We loved the location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the train station. Short drive to Durango Hot Springs, and Purgatory Ski area. Also a short drive to Mesa Verde National Park.

Excellent Stay with a perfect location
I booked this particular VRBO based on the location, and it certainly was a perfect spot. Just off Main street with easy walks to shops and restaurants. Also, it was less than 30 minutes to Purgatory Ski resort.
As for the property itself, I was very impressed. I loved the fact that I was staying in a building with a fantastic history, but the unit itself was thoroughly updated. Once you were in the unit, you would have guessed you were in a 5-10 space, not 120 years ago.
It was well laid out and furnished, with updated appliances. Everything was as good as advertised or better.
We would definitely stay here again.
The owner of the unit was nice and easy to deal with. He responded quickly to any questions we presented and check-in/check-out could not have been easier.

Good enough but not great
The property is great in that it is located downtown providing us easy access to the grocery store and main street. This was a huge plus and basically made the trip. The place itself was just OK at best. The beds were super uncomfortable, the main living space was dark/dimly lit. There is limited natural light in the main living space. The furniture in the main living space was not easy to hang out on. It looks nice but not really great. Despite being on the second floor it felt like a basement apartment. It worked for us... the location was great... but honestly I would not stay there again.

Wonderful apartment
Johnathan’s apartment is lovely - exactly as described and very clean. The two bedrooms were perfect for our family of 3. Kitchen included all things necessary for cooking, though we didn’t need to since there were so many restaurants on our doorstep. City Market is just down the street which was convenient for picking up anything we forgot. Johnathan was great at communicating - check in process was a breeze. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Great location, ample room
Close to grocery store, shops and restaurants. Cute downtown area. Little details such as lip balm and individual soaps a nice touch. Orientation binder offered information all in one place upon arrival.

Cozy Condo
Stayed here for spring break skiing with our two young daughters. The condo is well appointed and comfortable. It was easy to find and easy to park. Loved its proximity to restaurants and shops. As with any great location, there is a little urban noise. Had a minor maintenance issue. Jonathan quickly fixed it -- and was prompt in corresponding. Enjoy Durango!

Wonderful experience.
This place exceeded our expectations. I was expecting it to be much smaller tha it was. It is 2 stories which really helps with people wanting to break away to go to sleep while others stay up and talk. It was clean and convenient. Jonathan was very prompt to respond and was easy to deal with. There are 2 parking spaces available and I would recommend ONLY parking in those spaces. We parked in a metered space for convenience one night and payed the meter through the duration of it being enforced and woke up to our car being towed. Anyway, after a long drama fest with the City of Durango (and $200 tow fee, we got our truck back). In hindsight, we should have only used the reserved spaces that Jonathan pointed out after 6:00pm. Other than the towing issue which was partially our fault and easily avoidable, our stay was perfect. I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you Jonathan.

Very easy location for walking to nearly anything in Durango.
The apartment is well cared for an exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. The beds are super comfy but if you are a light sleeper keep in mind the downside of being in the center of town is you hear all of the fun bands and the bells that strike ever hour - all night.
