Also, if you do not agree with, or know you will not comply with it, we ask to please consider visiting a different location for your vacation. It is written for the consideration of our family, as we stay there often as well, and to all our our guests, present and future.
*The person responsible for booking this condo must be over 26 years of age. NO exceptions, with a maximum of 4 guests, regardless of age. Upon booking request, in a brief message, please add the ages of the booking person, and your guests. Any additional guests will be subject to per night additional fees as noted in "house rules" section.
Weather: North Carolina can be effected by natural disasters, such as hurricanes and flooding, and even pandemics. I highly recommend purchasing trip insurance prior to booking to protect all your trip expenses from any visit with us, especially during storm season. There are no cancellation refunds or rescheduling your vacation for Ocean Isle Beach closings of any kind inside of the cancellation policy window. * ALL TV entertainment is streaming through a ROKU with most apps pre-installed, including our own pre-paid subscription to YouTube TV (basic cable stations ESPN, AMC, Lifetime, etc..)
*This TV streaming subscription is subject to change. But all guests are welcome to log in to their own subscriptions during their stay.
* Free Wi-Fi connectivity for internet access (password in rental agreement)
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, 32in HDTV with HD antenna only for local channels only (however you're welcome to connect your own streaming device), and the 2nd bedroom offers 2 twin size beds.
The condo offers central AC and heating.
The back balcony has great seating for 4, a beautiful ocean view (see listing pictures) with sunrises in the morning, or just kicking back anytime listening to the waves with your favorite drink.
Amenities include beach side pool with lounge area and outside shower, outdoor grilling area, coin laundry room next to the pool, and private parking lot on-site for the complex.
**ALL guests are required to have a parking pass to park in the attached complex lot. They will be available in the kitchen on your check-in day. If two cars are needed for your stay, let me know when booking, so I can provide 2 passes (limit). However, at all times, all guests are solely responsible for your vehicle(s) for the duration of your stay.
There are plenty good restaurants for any taste, and shopping in Ocean Isle and surrounding areas. (Calabash, Shallotte, and Myrtle Beach). Great visit for golf trips as there are over 20 area courses in a twenty mile radius and many more in Myrtle beach.
The Unit is NON-SMOKING (Inside or balcony), and NO pets allowed.
*Again, please bring your own TOWELS, PAPER/PLASTIC AND SOAP PRODUCTS, as they are NOT provided. But whatever is left behind, you are welcome to.

This condo was perfect for my husband & me along with our teenage son and his friend that came with us this trip. Nice safe location with very close beach access along with pool at the condos. Very short drive to many shops/restaurants & not too far from other excursion type places also. Had a great trip.

Thanks to tropical storm Debbie, we spent a lot more time in the condo than expected. Loved the decor and ease to get to the ocean. Enjoyed morning coffee on the deck. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend!

Absolutely love this condo! Our extended family was already here at OIB for our yearly beach trip but we did not plan to come this year because of work schedules not lining up but thankfully we were able to come down for a few days and needed a last minute place to stay. Dennis our host was amazing and got back to us ASAP on the rental property and all the details we needed. The condo is super cute, cozy, clean and perfect for the 3 of us. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is our second time staying at this condo and we really like the convenience, spending time on the deck, and easy access to the beach. Very comfortable stay and we would book it again.

We had a great time at this place! It was the perfect amount of space for a small family, and was cozy and clean. We enjoyed using the deck area and loved how short of a walk it was to the beach. Looking forward to coming back for another get away!

The communication from our host was very informative and speedy. The condo was immaculately clean and exactly as described. It was extremely easy to get to the beach for my husband who has difficulty walking. The neighborhood was very quiet during our stay. We loved eating lunch on the balcony with the view and delightful breeze. Looking forward to making reservations for THIS location, again next year.

This was my first visit to Ocean Isle and we will definitely be back! Dennis’ condo was absolutely perfect for our needs (Mom, Dad, and adult son). It was one of the most clean VRBO’s we have been in and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and most of the appliances were brand new. Dennis was very responsive whenever I had any questions. Despite the rainy, windy Saturday, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this property!!

We had a wonderful short stay (3 nights) at this condo and love Ocean Isle beach. The town is cute, upbeat and small, without all the crowds of mainstream Myrtle Beach. The condo is very clean and neat, and the side patio has a narrow ocean view. Getting to the beach and then showering off after were very easy and close by. The beach was perfect for boogie-boarding, which my grandson did all day every day. Very short walk down the beach access to watch sunrise right in front of the facility. We did not lack any kitchen supplies. Restaurants, groceries, beach shops, ice cream all very close. We ate at Sharky's- not a quiet intimate atmosphere, but the seafood was really good. We also play mini golf about a mile away from the condo. There was a concert in the park going on at the time of our golf game. The pier is a little more than a mile away, and I found out that a license is not required to fish from the pier, and they offer fishing equipment for rent. We will take advantage of that next time. My daughter found the single bed too hard for her comfort, but I slept wonderfully in the queen bed. We were well satisfied with this condo.

Excellent location - private entrance to the beach (not beach front), well maintained and clean property, beautifully decorated space, friendly neighbors (watch for adorable cats running around), lots of parking spots (before Memorial Day), always quick and friendly response from owner. Overall a great stay!

This property is exactly as advertised. It is very clean and decorated tastefully. The location is ideal and the private walkway to the ocean and pool is an added bonus. We had a wonderful time and we can't wait to come back!

The condo was nicely decorated but the bedrooms were a little tight with the king beds and dressers. The beds were comfortable but the front bedroom was noisy as it’s directly across from the elevator. Being on the second floor, and the floors being tile, you could hear the neighbors upstairs. The condo also needed some maintenance done (ex. one of the bathroom sinks was leaking and the towel bar was about to fall off the wall). All in all the process was seamless to check in/out and Cinnamon Shores customer service was top notch.
