The location and property were both absolutely perfect. The listing accurately reflected the property, and it actually looked even better once we got there - usually its the opposite with online property listings. The house was well stocked with everything a vacationing group could need, and we were all very pleased with our experience. Would book again!

Nice house in quiet neighborhood, walking distance (about 15 min) to Pearl Street mall. We really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable house to visit our boys for family weekend and to watch the Buffs lose to Stanford. We’ll try to stay here again.

We had a great time in Boulder and perfect location to walk to Pearl Street. We were there for football game and were even welcomed by neighbor across the street with his sweet kitty.
Would love to stay again in this nice house. New mattresses throughout

Stayed about a week with a group of friends for a wedding, plenty of space, comfy beds (more soft which I prefer), fully kitchen & two full baths. Cute outside spaces as well. Host was communicative & responded to questions in a timely manner. Everything was clean, as described, and you can't beat the location, ~15 min walk to Pearl St. Definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our weekend in Boulder and this rental made all the difference - thank you for your responsiveness and kindness! The muffins were a huge hit - thanks for assuring we had what we needed to bake those for our brunch at the park!

Two of my colleagues and I stayed at this property for the Colorado MahlerFest (we're all musicians). It was comfortable and appropriately equipped for our us. It's about a 15 minute walk to the Pearl Street Mall, close to the CU campus and the Macky Auditorium where we performed. The neighborhood is quiet (at least when we were there which was after CU was out of session.

When we checked in, the furnace was not working. The temperature outside was near zero and predicted to fall below zero that evening. The temperature inside the home was very cold and it would have been unsafe to stay there without heat. The host had the property manager contact me, and she said that she would call a repairman to come out, but we had no way of knowing if or when the repairs could be made. We informed the property manager that we were going to move to a hotel to ensure that we had a safe place to stay. Now the host refuses to issue a refund.

We had such a great time and really enjoyed the house! So close to everything and the neighborhood is so quiet and quaint. There were 6 of us- parents, adult children and spouses. The property worked very well for us - we all were comfortable and slept well. I would stay here again.

This is the second time we stayed at Mahlia's cute cottage. Our October stay was during CU family weekend and we brought the family- aunt, uncle, grandparents. The cottage was the perfect fit and walking distance for all of us. Highly recommend.

My husband and I (and teenage son) stayed at the cottage while shopping and moving-in to CU. Everything was perfect. The house (clean and cozy), location (we walked to pretty much everything), communication with owner (chatted with property manager too- also awesome). Fully recommend. So much so that we are staying again for 2 weeks with extended family (another CU visit).

Great house in Boulder
My 3 friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was incredibly comfortable, well stocked and beautiful. The neighborhood was quiet, and street parking was easy. Communication with the owner was great. When I messaged and asked what we should do about the extra food we had not finished at check out, the owner messaged back to say they would deal with it, because we're on vacation! Needless to say, check out was very simple. Boulder is beautiful - we took a short walk around the neighborhood and it was amazing! The one thing I will note is that it Pearl Street is a bit of a walk - it took us about 20 min and while we felt very safe in our neighborhood, it was dark! We had to use our phone flashlights so we didn't trip. But it was a quick, easy drive.

Homey Cottage In Great Neighborhood
This house was cute and comfortable for our party of five although we could have easily slept seven. It was a very convenient location for us and a short walking distance to Pearl Street. Great neighborhood for walking and saw lots of other people out doing the same. Nice big TV in living area although we didn't spend much time watching TV it was still nice to have. Nice that showers had good amount of water pressure!

Wonderful time
This is a terrific location, on a quiet street with charming houses and gardens, and close to everything without being right on top of it. We walked or biked everywhere -- to the farmers market, to the restaurants on Pearl Street, to the shopping centers to the east. It's also an easy ride to a nice Y we joined for our month here, and close to hiking, of course. The house is comfortable and attractive, and we enjoyed hanging out on the front porch watching dogs and cyclists go by. You really get to take advantage of Boulder here -- highly recommend.

Family space
This was a perfect place for family to stay, especially during the pandemic period. It is close to groceries and amenities. We booked it for six members of our family. Total success. Would recommend to others.

I think this home stay was one of the best over the many years we have used Vrbo. The location was perfect: we could easily walk to Pearl Street for morning coffee, and late afternoon shopping. The unit was well situated in Boulder for our various outings including a micro wedding in a local park and then a photography session up Flagstaff Mountain. The house itself was especially comfortable, with spacious bedrooms. We definitely will return.

Quiet neighborhood close to Pearl St. House was super cute and perfect for our two small families.
This was a cute older house. It was a bit smaller than we thought but it still met our needs with 3 adults and 4 kids. There was no garage but street parking was easy. The front yard was a great area for our kids to play in the snow. Overall we had a great experience.

Lovely House in a Great Spot
Overall, this was a terrific experience. A lovely, snug home in a fantastic neighborhood, with easy access to everything. There was no TV, which was fine with us, but others may miss that (we didn't!).
The only small glitch was the unit was not 100% clean when we arrived.
