Luxury carriage house with 4 bedrooms / 4 baths. Private fenced in backyard with wrought-iron fence and paver patio with dining furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen with tumbled scabos stone floors, two-tier granite island with seating for six around island. Dacor gas range built-in on first tier, and sub-zero undercabinet wine fridge. Dacor double ovens, keurig coffee/tea maker. First floor is open floor plan with the kitchen, dining area / living area /TV/sitting area all hardwood floors. Also full-bathroom on ground level with shower. Gas fireplace for warmth in the winter. Two sliders leading to furnished screen porch. Second floor has 3 bedrooms: Master bedroom with King-size bed, has private porch overlooking front of house, master bath has tumbled scabos shower with dual shower heads, jacuzzi bath for two, duals sinks with granite. Bedroom #2 hardwood with a private sundeck and Bedroom #3 carpet; both are queen size beds with jack and jill baths. 2nd floor has small area with comfy sofa for the early risers. Third floor has spiral staircase leading to large L-shaped loft with middle of L, 1/2 walls looking onto the 1rst and 2nd floors. Loft has (1) queen, daybed(twin) and trundle(twin); seating area and full bath with shower. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and flat-screen tvs. Surround sound in all bedrooms and living/kitchen, and screen porch area. Part of Canal Corkran, east of Route 1, walk into Rehoboth, community pool.

The property is amazing. We loved the house and neighborhood. Linda is a great host. The location is close to everything in Rehoboth as well as surrounding towns. I definitely recommend this rental.

Great neighborhood with private pool. Easy walk into town. Linda was great, very responsive to any needs or issues. She allowed us to use beach chairs and bikes in the garage.

The property was in a cute neighborhood with a beautiful interior. Lots of great food/stores nearby and 5ish min drive from any of the main beaches in Rehobeth. Linda was very communicative and had great instructions. The home was spacious and had great amenities with lots of rooms. Would make for a great beach trip with friends, and was a very dog friendly as well.

Beautiful home with gas fireplace and outside fire pit. Short ride to beach and close to many restaurants and shopping. Host very helpful and responded quickly to any questions. Would definitely book again.

Our family had such a great time..the house was perfect-clean, close to everything and the neighborhood was so nice and safe! The community pool was an absolute plus, and close by! It was a wonderful stay . . . we used the grill in the backyard, swam in the fabulous community pool, and met very pleasant neighbors. Even our daughter's dog had a series of pleasant walks in the neighborhood!

6 of us, gals in our 70’s, stayed for 5 days! The house was immaculate on the inside. Very clean!!! The location was convenient to downtown Rehoboth, about a mile to the beach. Close to many good restaurants. Very spacious. Comfortable beds and great showers. The steps to the third floor were challenging for our age group but it would be a great loft space for non-senior citizens😊. Great neighborhood and pool! Our host, Linda, was fabulous! Very responsive and extremely personable! It was just as described. Thanks, Linda!

Had an amazing time at the house for my birthday weekend. Linda was very friendly and very communicative. House was beautiful, everything in great condition, and the location was ideal for a beach get away. Would happily stay again.

My hubby and aunt all stayed with our two doodles at Linda’s gorgeous carriage house. It is in a quiet suburb an easy jog off of Rt 1 as you enter Rehobeth. Both my aunt and I are mobility challenged and though there are stairs to the main bedrooms, it was so clean and beautiful up there on the second floor, we made the trek!! Double handrails helped! Otherwise, there is a state of the art kitchen and best of all (for our family) a fenced in backyard to keep the pups safe. Very beautifully manicured with fire pit and long cast iron dining table&grill for the bigger groups of people. There is even a third story to accommodate the most spry and adventurous with several bed options. Bathrooms are also state of the art and excellent plumbing, no hot water problems or dripping! Loved it and plan to stay here again and again - great place if you don’t mind driving the mile to Rehobeth beach, and a great place for dogs and families!

I booked this house for a short getaway with my wife and some friends. The house is absolutely amazing and located in a great community. The house was very clean and everyone had a great time. I highly recommend staying here as it's close to everything in town. Linda is an awesome host and was always responsive. She made everything very smooth and easy. Thanks for having us! My husband and I loved our stay here. The house is located close to everything, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our pups loved the fenced back yard. We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was super fun with the the multiple levels and very well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, outdoor bikes & beach chairs in the garage and the back yard and screen room are comfortable with furniture, fire pit and BBQ. The house was super clean and we loved that they also took our pet. WE would love to come back in the summer months as the house was close the beach as well. It was perfectly cozy for our winter get a way. Thanks again.

We enjoyed our sweet but short stay at this lovely carriage home. The home was clean and well equipped. Communication with the house manager was helpful and with ease. The location of the home is pretty close to town and the beach , the neighborhood is well manicured and peaceful.

Everything about our girls weekend at the carriage house was seamless. The house is beautiful and comfortable, great for entertaining, the location is an ideal short walk to downtown Rehoboth, and the host Linda could not have been more friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Linda's place was beautiful and clean, with top notch appliances. The location was a bike ride away from the beach with nice bike paths. Walking distance to Egg one of our favorite breakfast places. Linda was super nice to work with. My dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We enjoyed walking/ running around the community!

This was the perfect home to host me, my wife, were parents, and our two dogs. Space for everyone to by cosy, quiet neighborhood just a skip away from the beach and near all shopping and attractions. Will certainly try to stay here again for our next trip to Rehoboth beach.

A turnkey and amazing experience with this property and host. From the beginning the host communicated quickly and provided all needed information and answers to our questions. The walk through was thorough and the host encouraged us to contact them at anytime if something should arise. We had a subsequent question and within minutes the host contacted us to resolve. The property is very spacious and contains all the needed amenities from laundry, kitchen, media, etc. There is an abundance of different spaces to escape to for working remotely or just relaxing. We will definitely rent this property again due to the space, location, and the attentiveness and professionalism of the hosts.
