This is truly a one of a kind seaside retreat. From the minute you enter the front gate you will delight in the one of the most spectacular landscape designs in Dewey Beach. The lush gardens, in ground pool, and lovely screened porch were designed to make you feel like you are in your own private hideaway.
This resort style retreat is just 1.5 blocks to the beach on Chesapeake Street in Rehoboth by the Sea. Seaside Rendezvous is a Key West style family villa with outdoor living spaces, 4 bedrooms which sleep 10 guests. Beautiful 12x27 in ground pool with spectacular hardscaped pool areas. There are plenty of lounge chairs, tropical foliage and an intimate poolside deck area for relaxing with afternoon cocktails or just taking in the stars in the evening. Once you arrive at Seaside, you will never want to leave.
The landscaping includes subtle low voltage lighting, evening pool lights, and small white lights throughout the entire outdoor area that make evenings simply enchanting.
Our family retreat is one of the most spectacular settings at the beach. If you are looking to create special memories and enjoy the laid back Key West style setting, this is the place for your family! Central Air, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, parking for 2 cars off-street.
Seaside Rendezvous is located on the Northern most end of Dewey beach in the exclusive Rehoboth by the Sea Community, 1.5 blocks to the beach across from Lake Comegy. Chesapeake Street is only 2 blocks long starting at the ocean and ending at the lake so you will enjoy a peaceful, holiday environment in a quiet residential area.
All groups are require to purchase accidental damage insurance and pay a $1,000 refundable security deposit. If you have any questions, please let us know.
We are dog friendly! $250/week for one dog, $500/week for two dogs.
Please note: A 3% fee will be withheld from Security Deposit for all credit or debit card(E-check) payments.
There is a $150 pool heat fee for all reservations September-Nov 30 & March 15-May 15. Please see note at bottom of description regarding pool heat.
IMPORTANT REGARDING POOL HEAT: The pool is open from early spring into the late fall. Many guests like the ambiance of the pool to sit by and many like to swim even though it is cooler. Pool heat fee is $150 per stay and required April-mid June & Sept-late Nov. If temperatures are below the low 50's at night ,the pool will likely only heat to 70-75 degrees with the pool heat running constantly. Heated temperature all depends on the evening temperatures. If there is unforeseen severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances that would cause the pool to be closed, the pool heat will be refunded.
The pool will be open from early April until mid November, weather dependent.
This house is not rented to groups under 30.

Our family of 8 (grandparents, parents and children) loved everything about the house. It's very comfortably appointed inside - a great screened in porch that easily accommodated all of us and a very nice open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. The bedrooms were nicely furnished and the bathrooms, although on the small side, all had modern fixtures. And the pool area was a godsend for the kids when the temperature was too hot for the beach. The location was also perfect - a quiet street only a short 1 1/2 block walk to the beach, which was far less crowded than the beaches in Rehoboth. All in all a wonderful week. We'll be returning next year!

This is a beautiful beach house that my family really enjoyed renting. We had seven adults and two kids with us and this house was plenty of space. The kids were in the pool all day long if they weren’t at the beach (a quick 1 block walk) and it is so easy to get to both Dewey and Rehoboth for restaurants and shopping. Check in and out were a breeze and communication with the rental team was very easy. We would certainly rent this home again!

Came for Sea Witch and weather was beautiful and warm so was able to use the pool which was fantastic. House is lovely. Layout is different and could be hard for families with small children as three of the bedrooms are separated from the living area by the screened in porch. Kitchen is very small but worked for us since we planned on eating out the entire time. Pool area is amazing!

The decor and attention to detail added a nice touch to our vacation experience. We especially liked the footprint of the home and how the bedrooms were separate from the main living space… ideal for our grandchildren’s afternoon naps. The quick walk to the beach was yet another bonus and the pool provided us with hours of enjoyment. The large screened sun room was a wonderful spot for morning coffee and relaxing evenings. From the start of our vacation to the end, this home was a perfect setting for family memories and a week of fun and sun!

Property was lovely.well landscaped. Walk to the beach. ADA accommodating with a beach wheelchair to our spot. Rooms are spacious and kitchen well equipped. The pool was the highlight. Beautiful. Lovely beach rental located in quiet residential side of Dewey beach. Block and a half from the beach and just a short drive or bike ride from Rehoboth.
The house has everything you should need. Beds are incredible comfortable. Layout is a tad odd with 2 doors off of the porch to each of the bedrooms or main living area. Might pose challenges for families with younger kids where 2 doors might need locked at night but works well for adults and perfect for our visit. Kitchen is small but top amenities are present. Obviously the kitchen is not where one wants to spend their time while on holiday. Pool and patio area were an obvious big hit for our family. Beautiful rental with diligent owners who maintain it very well. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Dewey. The houses are an easy walk to the beach (under 5min) and the pool was really nice on hot afternoons. This was a great location to share with our extended family. We could all be together while also having our own space/privacy, when needed. Our group had 8 adults and 5 children. We’d definitely stay again.

This is a nice place -- two houses with a total of eight bedrooms. It fits a lot of people. It's in a quiet neighborhood, and only a block and a half from a really nice beach. If you want more action, the Rehoboth boardwalk is only about a mile away. The property manager was very quick to respond when there were some problems with the air conditioner and some missing kitchen equipment. The only issues I had with the place were (1) it's expensive, and (2) the kitchen in the main house is galley-style, and it's very small for the number of guests the two houses hold. But it's well-appointed (except that, despite the price, you have to bring your own bedding and towels) and comfortable. Nice screened porches on both houses, and nice indoor living rooms, too. Plus several outdoor showers.

Rented this house for three nights with my cousins and some of their kids. We enjoyed the house very much. The only thing I would mention is that more outside lighting needs to be added and bars in the bathrooms for elderly guests. Other than that we were very happy.

The property had more than enough space and tons of rooms/bathrooms. We rented both homes for a girls weekend away. Great location close to everything and perfectly between Dewey and Rehobeth. Jordan the property manager was so helpful and responsive. Only change that we would suggest is maybe an electronic way in and out of the house so there isn't confusion with lock boxes, etc. besides that everything was perfect for us. Thank you!!!!

This house was perfect for our girls trip. It allowed each of us to have our own spaces (rooms, showers, etc.), while still having so many common sitting areas to hang out. The beach was less than 2 blocks away (walking) and the pool was perfect for an afternoon dip!

Our family of 8 adults and 5 children had a wonderful week at this spacious property. Having 2 houses made it possible for everyone to be together but also have some quiet time. Two refrigerators in each house provided ample room for our food and drinks. We all loved spending the afternoon in the pool after being at the beach, which is just a short walk away. With the location of this house near the lake, the beach was never crowded and the street was quiet. The lush landscaping provided plenty of privacy. The property manager Jordan always responded promptly to questions. We didn’t want to leave!

We had such a wonderful time at this place. Jordan responded quickly to any issues or questions. Check in was quick and simple. The house is about a mile from Rehoboth ave and about a half mile from the Dewey bars and restaurants. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes. There’s a ton of parking; the kitchen is well stocked, and the bedrooms are all very clean with a lot of neat outdoor shower connections. It’s an amazing house for a big group or family. We would come back in a second.

We had THE BEST time in this quaint beach town. The pool was heated and AMAZING. My kids were in the pool pretty much all day, every day. They said it was the best part of our trip. It was heated perfectly, which was essential since it was between 50-60 degrees- pretty nice for early April but a little chilly for swimming. The property was very clean, a block and a half off the beach, down a quiet side street, and walking distance to Dewey and a short drive to Rehoboth. Communication was a cinch. Could not have had a better experience!

First of all, everyone is still reminiscing about the absolutely wonderful time that we all had in Dewey Beach and at your rental. Most everybody couldn't think of thing to make your rental better!!! It was a truly magical trip for us. We really liked the “island feel” you have created and enjoyed our afternoons sipping cocktails on the deck surrounded by tropical landscaping watching the kids play in the pool. As I said before, we had such a wonderful time it is hard to think of anything that could make it better. Your rental was just fabulous. My oldest daughter (10 years) said that “Dewey Beach is better than Disney World”. That says it all! Thanks for sharing this wonderful property with us. We hope to make it back with the whole crew in a few years.
