About this apartment rental

We spared no expense when redoing this property. The floors are hand skived hardwood, kitchen is plywood constructed Kraftmaid with granite countertops. We even include the sheets! Above all, the location is fantastic if you are looking to come and enjoy Dewey's beach and nightlife.

This property is located crawling distance home from the Starboard with a far enough distance away to get sleep with no problem. The beach is 1 block away and this property comes with 2 off street parking spots. There is a courtyard type area with gas Weber grill and nice lawn furniture for grilling and an outdoor shower for use during your stay.

Great location to beach and bars. Smaller than expected. Stairs were not great and one bathroom for 5 people was rough. Very small. Great communication with the owner. Kitchen was fabulous. If you actually put 10 people in there it would be horrid. We liked the little side porch.

This house was a great place for me and my friends to stay. It was close to everything including the beach which made getting places easy. The owner Maria was right next door and was very nice to talk to. I would definitely recommend this place if going down to Dewey Beach.

I loved staying in this house! There was plenty of space in the house for everyone. Our kids had their own space to chill upstairs while we were able to hangout downstairs. The seasonal room was a great place to sit in the morning to drink our coffee and to just hangout at night. May I say the counter was great because it was able to hold all of our many bags from our trip. Would definitely consider staying there again!

The house was clean and organized. In walking distance to all the bars and restaurants, with Starboard around the corner. Upstairs loft area has some steep stairs but other than that it was a very nice and inviting location including having an enclosed back porch to sit out and relax.

This property was satisfactory for a few days. For us this was 3 nights and two full days from Thursday to Sunday. Clean property. Five of us and one small bathroom with a really small toilet was a challenge. What’s deceiving in the write up is that this property is two units behind another two units who are at street level. So you have to walk back the yard to get to this unit. Parking is really hairy trying to jam everyone in there. People in front units set up a corn hole game and left it in the yard the whole time. They got loud the second night after drinking most of the day and two guys were outside yelling at each other at 1:30 am. It’s close quarters here so beware of that. Again, an apartment like set up that works with a small group. It was clean and served our quick getaway purpose. It says you can sleep 10 but would never want to do that in that unit. Just glad we didn’t rent this for a week.

Came here for a girl's weekend, it was just what we needed! Plenty of beds for sleeping, and seating area in the kitchen, nice little balcony too. Should be prepared to share 1 bathroom before booking, and parking situation was a little confusing. Also the backyard is a shared space between other units, so it's not completely private. Overall would stay again for the great location right in the middle of the action at Dewey beach!

We had a great stay at this Dewey beach rental. It is located only 1 block away from the beach, which was the best feature! The house is clean and its features were accurately as listed, including 2 parking spots and washer and dryer. The host was very communicative and attentive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was exactly what we hoped for. We are a family of four with two toddlers and the space was perfect for us. When we parked the car at the beginning of our stay, we never got back in it until days later when it was time to leave. Very close to Starboard and short walk to the beach. We will definitely be renting again!

The rental was on the second floor, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. My father in law has issues with stairs and I was disappointed to find a second floor unit. The listing shows what would appear to be a large yard and outside sitting area. In reality it is very small and shared with 3 other units. The couch cushions were soiled to the point I wasn’t comfortable sitting on them. The propane tank was empty when we attempted grilling outside. I went and got an exchange, and when I told the property manager she blatantly refused to reimburse me $30 even though I provided a receipt. Renter beware.

This property was perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party! The house was in an amazing location and in walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. Maria was an amazing host and very easy to get in contact with and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. There were 5 of us staying in the house but you could easily and comfortably fit 8 people in the house. I would highly recommend this location for anyone looking to have great time ! I would most definitely stay here again!

My partner and I stayed here the weekend after Labor Day and had a great time. The apartment is one block from the beach and walking distance from so many great restaurants. Maria, our host, was super easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect property for our group of nine (two adults and 7 children ages 11-18). We had planned to cook all our meals at home and I was so appreciative that everything we needed to cook was already at the property. We would plan to stay here again next year!

I traveling with some friends for the 4th of July weekend. The property was very clean and slept very comfortably. There was no real "living room" space but this did not matter for us being that the kitchen was big and open and we enjoy hanging out in the kitchen anyways. You need to climb a flight of steps into the condo which we were unaware of, for us this was not a problem but for an older group it could be. Also note that the backyard is shared. We ended up sharing with a group of similar age but it did rowdy and if it was a family in our position, I could see it being an issue. All around it was a great trip and Maria was extremely helpful and kept the property VERY clean.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the condo in Dewey Beach. The location of the condo is short walking distances to beach, restaurants and trolley. The pictures of the condo on the website are very accurate. Love the kitchen the best!?Our family of 6 had ample room to sleep and move around. Maria was very nice, helpful and very easy to contact with any questions or concerns. Everything went very smoothly with deposit, payment and contract. I will definitely consider going back.

This was great for us. We had four kids combined and easily walked one block to the beach to spend the day and then hopped on the jolly trolly to head to the boardwalk in the evening. I wish there was an actual outdoor shower. We ended up using a short hose near the trash cans to rinse the kids before coming inside. All in all a great trip!

We loved our time at Maria’s property! We were a group of 10 for a bachelorette party and were able to work out the one bathroom situation fairly well. This place has everything you need and is in the perfect location in dewey! Maria was very responsive to all of our questions and was a great host! Would definitely stay again!
