Very good

Location was very good but apt isnt really for 7 people since the 2nd room is actually a sofa bed that is not with the best mattress and the flight of stairs if we were to use the upstaits bedroom aa a master is very steep and hard. When the sofa bed was open no room to move around. It is really for 4 people max and if very steep steps are not an issue to the location is good. It is right on a turist Street which is nice but since it is grounds level literally every one that walks by is in the room. Shower door couldnt keep closed which also was problomatic.

Great location. Easy walk to most sites. Supermarket close by . Bus to/from Train station (to/from airport to train station)

Larger TV in the upstairs room. There was only one set of keys, A second set of keys would have been useful. Some tourist tips/info and a map would have been useful.

IT HAD EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR YOUR STAY!!

THE LOCATION OF THE APARTMENT WAS EXCELLENT.

THE APARTMENT HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED WELL! ONE BED HAD A PROBLEM AND WE ASSEMBLED IT. AND THE SECOND DAY WHEN IT RAINED, WATER CAME INTO THE BATHROOM FROM THE DOOR!

I would consider other places when I revisit Florence .

location was very good.

hot water in the bathroom was not always available , washing machine is not easily accessible (in a very dirty room) .Wi-Fi was very weak and keeps disconnecting on the upper level .

Overall, the apartment was large and had some nice amenities but I would not stay there again.

The location was decent, we could walk to everything with a fairly short walk. The apartment was spacious and more than enough room for two people. It was comfortable.

We didn't receive the instructions to get into the apartment until after we had arrived. I had sent messages to the host multiple times through Booking.com 3 days ahead of our arrival and did not get a response (not sure if she never got them and that was the fault of booking.com as when she finally contacted us it was through a different manner). As we were travelling internationally, this was a problem since we didn't have data and couldn't message the host without using it and paying for the data which we had to do in order to get in. Once we did, it was easy access from there. The location was ok but I wouldn't stay there again. There were few restaurants or shops near the apartment so I would have preferred to be closer to some of the main plazas. I also didn't like that we had to pay extra for towels. This fee was waived for us as when we arrived, the apartment hadn't been cleaned from the last stay. A person came to clean very quickly after we told the host and he did a very nice job but we had to miss a scheduled tour while we waited to get in and waited for the person to come clean. I think the extra fees should be clearly stated in the description.

Location to the east from the center is perfect - very close to Santa Croce and 15 min walk from Uficci, Vecchio, Duomo, 20 min walk from Capella Medici and San Lorenzo
