Clean, quiet, nicely appointed condo. Felt at home immediately. Central location to Stadium and Old Town. Bring your walking shoes and see the neighborhoods.

We just spent a month in this lovely condo as we looked for a new home in the PNW. Ron is a wonderful responsive host and made our stay comfortable and cozy. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in Tacoma--close to everything and easy access to I-5. The beautiful view of commencement bay is so soothing after a day of house hunting! And the kitchen has everything any cook good need. We feel lucky to have stayed there.

Condo is in an older building but is very well maintained. It is surrounded by $1M+ homes and the neighborhood is very safe. There are several local restaurants within walking distance as well as a grocery within a 5 min drive. It is super close to all that’s good in Tacoma as well as being close to I5.
The best part about staying at the condo was my morning coffee with the stunning view!

Great location and accommodations
This is the second time I have stayed at Elmwood. The view of the Bay is fantastic and a perfect location. The neighborhood is beautiful and great for walking. The condo is very comfortable and I had everything I needed for a 10 day stay. I highly recommend it and I will be staying here again on my next trip to Tacoma.

Misleading Listing
Property is excellent. Communication with owner superb. Owner’s response to requests could not be better. VRBO listing very misleading. This property is not anywhere near Browns Point. It is in Tacoma. . .

We enjoyed our time here
Spent more time indoors than we would have liked due to restrictions and lots of stuff being closed so it was very nice to have the kitchen to prepare meals in. We was also were able to play games with our son in USAF that we came out to visit. We would use this place again.

Great condo with view of Puget Sound
This was the final 4 days of our vacation and Ron’s condo was a great place to stay in Tacoma. It had everything we needed and a great balcony to sit and watch the world go by. We walked or used the buses as much as possible and loved staying in the old town area. Ron is a good host and quick to respond to queries. He also left some useful information in the condo, including public transport info.

Home away from home
Nice sized, clean and secure condo with the amenities of home, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Found all the amenities we were expecting, making packing a breeze! Centrally located. We did not rent a car and found app based transportation very effective for local travel.

Our Tacoma trip
We loved staying here on gramma-granddaughter days! It was the perfect place-beautiful yet comfy, spacious enough for the three of us and a well appointed kitchen for our cooking together times! Just up the road from Ruston Way, a great place to take the kids and walk, scooter or ride bikes...thank you!!

Perfect Second Stay
This is my second time staying at this property. I had the same great experience I did the first time. The location is close to everything while still being on a quiet tree lined street. The unit came equipped with everything we needed to feel like we were living there rather than staying in a hotel. Ron is an excellent host and I plan to stay in his properties in the future. Thanks for a perfect stay in T-town!

Good amenities, nice area
Condo was quiet, beds comfy, very roomy. There were still towels in the dryer from the previous stay but it does have a washer and dryer in the kitchen. No AC. The view is a partial view but it is still pretty. Parking is very tight and our car was hit on the back and no note was left. BUt it was a very easy ck in process, easy to come and go.
