Our beautifully newly decorated 2 bedroom 2 Bath condo + Bunks features an open floor plan, full sized fully equipped kitchen, comfortable open dining/living room combination with a Queen Sofa sleeper, King Sized Bed in both bedrooms, Beachfront Master Suite, Set of Bunks and a 2 full sized bathroom's 1 with a shower/tub combination and 1 walk-in shower.
The large sliding doors in the living areas allow panoramic views of the white sand beaches and the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. A large sliding door in the living room & Master Bedroom connects the inside living area to your private balcony where you can view all that the beach has to offer while relaxing in a comfortable chair or lounging in bed sipping on an ice cold beverage or perhaps a nice coffee in the morning.
Just outside your door, on our private sugar-white beach are endless choices in how to spend your day. Make a splash in the large beachfront swimming pool (Heated in the winter months), relax in our hot tub, exercise in our fitness room, or cook some BBQ by the pool. We also have Liza's Kitchen where you can order something to eat and drink. You can stroll along the pristine shore walking distance to the State Park to the East & Schooners to the West, splash in the warm emerald green waters, build a sandcastle or toss a Frisbee. Staying at our resort offers access to many beach and water sports activities. Our perfect location is within walking distance to some of the beaches best dining, shopping and entertainment. We had a great time during our first day in Panama City Beach, January/February 2024. The condo was as expected and was very clean and comfortable. The view and sunsets were spectacular. The owner was very responsive. Definitely coming back.!

Our experience at Susie’s condo was wonderful! Check in was easy and the keyless entry worked out great!! From the time you first opened the door the cleanliness was evident! The smell of a freshly cleaned condo was met on arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to cook. Bedding was nice and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were updated and nice. View was beautiful from the balcony. Susie was able to be contacted easily and quick to respond with questions! Only con was on arrival on Saturday, everyone is coming in and there are only 3 elevators, so there were waits or you had to walk 10 flights of steps, with kids this was a little difficult. Overall it was a great experience and I would book with Susie again at her beautiful condo!!

You definitely want to stay at Mojito Treasure 2. From initial booking to check out everything was a smooth process. Suzi has made it a point to try and think of every detail you may need all the way down to plenty of towel racks and hooks to hang towels in the bathrooms. The condo itself is lovely with gorgeous ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom. There was plenty of space for us to spread out. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you might need. We cooked several meals and had every gadget we needed to make a complete meal including Thanksgiving dinner with homemade pies. We really enjoyed hanging out on the expansive balcony to play games or watch the beautiful sunsets in the evening. The beds were comfortable including the pull out couch so everyone was able to get a good nights rest and be ready for the next days adventure. The fitness center was nice to have onsite as well as the heated pool and jacuzzi. We also enjoyed the fact there are a few restaurants within walking distance and many others close by. We especially enjoyed Sombreros Taco's & Bar next door. Suzi is a great host and was available immediately the couple of times I had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer.

So beachy, and Homie at the same time!! go to the beach, do the fun activities in PCB, wonderful resort with gated entrance and security. Watch dolphins right off of your deck!

Mojito Towers is truly a PCB vacationer’s dream condo. Beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen is stocked with any possible appliance or cooking tool you will need. We were able to stream our cable service on all three of the flatscreen tv’s and had amazing wireless service. The keyless entry was nice… no keys or cards to keep up with. Suzie was wonderful to communicate with - she always responds the same day. We can’t wait until next year!

We just got home from a fun filled week here! The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. They had everything you can really need to enjoy your stay including extra TP(brought my own just in case), shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, dish soap/pods, hair dryer and pretty much any appliance or pan you would need! It made the stay extremely easy and comfortable. The check in was a breeze and the elevator was never an issue. The only thing I did not care for was the karaoke down at the pools. Not my thing. Especially when it seems like it's right outside my bedroom window! But I only remember that 1 night and it calmed down by 10. Definitely did not impact my stay! The door was easy to unlock, the washer and dryer in the room was a lifesaver for sure! When we arrived one of the fans was making a terrible noise and after looking at it, the glass was cracked. I notified Suzie of it and within a day or so someone was there to replace it! I highly recommend renting this condo!!! Hopefully we will return in the future!

Relaxing week away from the Midwest!!!!!
We had a terrific time at this condo. It’s our third time in PCB and enjoyed the regency towers very much. The Condo is extremely clean and all updated! I liked the washer and dryer being in the hall! The Kueirg/coffee pot combo was a nice touch. Everything worked well and we had zero issues during our stay. The pools were crowded but there was plenty of space on the beach and we enjoyed the reserved chairs each day. Sunday night our girls sang karaoke and had a blast dancing with other teens. They also joined other kids during the week for volleyball down by the pools. There are a few bench swings by the courts too! Bikini Bobs service was always friendly and fast for both food and drinks! I had the pineapple drink and tried the nachos, corn dogs, hamburger and fries ... all good. One night we walked to Schooners -about .7 miles and one night we went across the street for a quick bite and drink. The other night we took the suggestion in Suzie’s book to try Sisters of the Sea just a few miles away and it was the best meal for the week. Susie's communication before, during and after the stay was convenient and worry free. Elevators all were working and you could check out different items from downstairs if you wanted to play cornhole, etc. the only negative were the beds weren’t that comfy, but considering all else - we made the best of it and had a great time!

The condo was perfect and very clean !! It was the best setup for our family. I love that it had all King size beds & 2 full baths. The kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. The view was magnificent and the weather was awesome for 2 full weeks. We will be back in September & then again in May 2023 if Ms. Suzie will have us. The beach chairs were an awesome extra for us. This was our first time in PCB as well as renting from Suzie. Suzie's takes pride and takes the time to make sure your stay is pleasant as well as memorable. Many of the units in this building are privately owned and rented out. Comparing her unit to others is second to none! It is spotless, up to date, easy access, and can't beat the view of the gulf! We have stayed in all of Suzie's condos and this one stands out just like her others on PCB. Beautiful and great views of the beach. Saw dolphins swimming close to shore on our last day. Having beach chairs/umbrella included was very accommodating. You can not go wrong by renting Suzie's condos, no matter which one you are able to secure for a perfect vacation. We always visit Panama City Beach for our wedding anniversary and choose one of her condos <3

We love the convenience of having Bikini Bobs on the pool deck for affordable drinks and food all day long. Two nice sized pools a kiddie pool and a hot tub! We had a great stay!!

Short stay but OH SO SWEET!
My sister in law and I were able to enjoy a getaway and stayed at Mojito Towers from May 5-8. We were simply put - blown away at not only how beautiful the condo was but also all the extra amenities that Suzie provided! Spotless is the only way to describe how nice the condo was...kitchen had quality dishes, cutlery, etc. down to a bag of ice in the freezer for a cooler if needed! Icemaker kept us in plenty of ice, too! We loved how spacious the condo WAS and not just how it LOOKED in photos! Tenth floor was perfect for the view and the balcony was our favorite place to be when not on the beach! I have always come back to Mojito Towers when looking and dreaming and I will ALWAYS want this condo for any future stays! I loved how easy it was to park and how easy it was to get to the beach...no long hikes! The chairs and umbrella were such a pleasant perk as well! I loved being on the quieter end of the beach - a plus for me! Panama City Beach is truly the place to be now - everywhere we went people were so appreciative of our being there...even the other guests at Regency Towers! Thank you Suzie for giving us so much more than we expected! It's easy to see that you love giving your customers the best that can be offered!

Relaxing, Blissful, Everything you could wish for!
This condo is everything you could want or need. Updated condo, with two bathrooms, two bedrooms and a pull out couch (if needed). The back patio is the perfect place to see the dolphins playing around in the mornings and to watch the sunset in the evenings. The sunsets are truly breathtaking, don't miss them! The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and everything you would need. There are 3 pools that are amazing. Bikini Bob's for cocktails or quick bite to eat! The beach is amazing white sand and the condo includes two chairs and an umbrella for your entire stay, which was a wonderful extra perk. Oh also we are a family of 6 and never felt crowded.
We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay again!

We absolutely love Mojito Towers!! Very spacious 2 bedroom 2 full baths and super clean!! The condo is decorated in very stylish decor. This condo has everything you need for an easy stay away from home. Amazing Gulf views from the balcony and master bedroom!! You are just steps away from the beautiful white sandy beach!! The resort has great amenities as well. Two very large pools, an enclosed hot tub, a kiddie pool, bbq grills, swings on the boardwalk to sit and watch the water, and Bikini Bobs has good food and drinks at a very reasonable cost!! This was my first time staying on the beach. The view from the 10th floor is amazing!! I seen dolphins almost every morning . The room is nice. Plenty of room for 8 people. Bed are comfy. Kitchen is stocked if you want to cook. I loved that the room came with 2 chairs and an umbrella every day of your stay. That was nice. Also there are a few chairs and beach toys left at the condo for everyone to enjoy. I will definitely rent from here again. Booking was easy and no issues checking in. Oh I loved the bar at the pool. The food and drinks were so good . We ordered something everyday for lunch , prices are really fair! Can’t wait to go back next year!!!

Every summer we stay at the Mojito @ Regency Towers. We love this condo! Suzie makes sure the condo is always great for each family! She is so easy to contact and work with. She is always just a call or message away if you need anything and asks what she can do for YOU. The condo is always stocked with basics so we can "hit the beach" as soon as we get there, then worry about going to the store later. She helps make check-in quicker by sending the paperwork over ahead of time so you don't have to fill it out on premises. It is a beautiful condo, with comfy beds and an EXCELLENT view of the gulf!!! We love renting from her!
As for Regency Towers, they try to have something special every day during the week. Movie on the Lawn needs more up-to-date movies, but the Karaoke Tuesday and Thursday nights and Waterslide Wednesdays are great fun!!! We enjoy both of those!
Overall, We LOVE our vacation spot, renting from SuzieSunshineRentals is the best, and PCB is my future home!!!
