Van rental is reserved and priced separately through Turo and must be reserved in advance as an added option. We will have it at the house for you if reserved.
Accommodations for 8 in this fully equipped, updated, 4 bed, 3 bath house. (4 bedrooms for 8 people and 1 pull out queen in office. Excellent internet and WiFi range / speeds to accommodate online school and remote working.

Kitchen with professional chef appliances opens up to the great room and dining, or retreat out to the oasis in the back yard complete with a lounge area, flat screen tv, and sound system. Pool is NOT heated. Pool heat is an option March though October with additional charge, ask for quote.

Perfect central Scottsdale location on a big corner lot. Pickle ball is a blast. All levels have a great time.

We stayed for 11 nights and really enjoyed it! Easy check in. The backyard was super fun, great pool and pickle ball court. Neighbourhood was quiet and close to everything you need. Great communication from the host who was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!

Rented the house for a week with friends and family. The house fit our needs perfectly. The house is well equipped. Very clean and tidy. We spent the majority of our time on the covered deck and in the pool. Nighttime pickleball once the temperature dropped was also lots of fun. There is a Costco that is a five minute drive. The drive from the airport was easy and straightforward. We would definitely stay again. Ryan is a great host.

If I could give this more than five stars I would everything was as it was explained we had a great time kids loved it. Lots of games the swimming pool the backyard everything. Host always answered my request or emails I would stay here again. Great location in Scottsdale and a wonderful neighborhood. I can't say enough about the stay it was great. Thank you for accommodating last minute booking.

The property was much bigger than we were expecting. The master suite was huge. It was the most well stocked property we have been to. Very clean and comfortable. The outdoor patio, pool, and pickleball court were perfect. It felt like we were at our own private resort!

This home is fantastic! Very clean, wonderful layout, safe and central location. The backyard was set up perfect for our family hang out time, we never wanted to leave it. The house has everything you would need plus some. The host was amazing to work with, very responsive when we had a question or need. We would absolutely love to return and highly recommend this beautiful home.

This house has everything it promises. Extremely well equipped with everything we could need, very clean, excellent communication with host and the patio - I could move in. We opted to have the pool heated and it was perfect. We hardly spent any time indoors - we enjoyed the Final Four on the patio on the outdoor television, spent nights chatting by the fire or on the ample outdoor seating and the days floating in the pool. Highly recommend!

The home is very clean. Great centralized location, quiet & safe neighborhood. Having pickleball onsite was fun; the local park's courts were always full. I didn't think we would touch the video games, but at night we had a lot of fun with those too. I am from the area originally and have a few aunts, uncles, cousins in the area; the host accommodated a special request for us to host a family dinner. Check in, check out, & during our stay everything was so easy, we only had one question; and the host was very quick to reply.

We had the best time staying here! The location was fabulous! We had good shopping, golf and food all within 10-15 minutes! Easy to get to from the airport as well! The house was super spacious and comfortable!! The backyard is amazing with a pickleball court, pool, hangout area, cornhole and a tv! If you love to cook, this kitchen is perfect!

We had 6 guests who really enjoyed all the home had to offer. Clean and comfortable. The bedrooms were good size with good beds. The TV's worked great, arcade games were fun and an added bonus. The Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Especially enjoyed the back yard; patio and 2nd living room, pickleball courts and large pool. Location was outstanding as well, very quiet. Can't go wrong staying at this home.

Literally down to the cocktail ice maker and rolling cooler, the hosts have this home conveniently supplied as if they were still living there. If you are into Pickle Ball, they have a court. If you enjoy Cornhole, they have it and if you enjoy time in the pool it's right outside your backdoor. You can even escape the hot sun while in the pool as an umbrella is positioned over one end of the pool. There is even an outdoor shower. And if you are the grillmaster, it's easy to stay part of the party as the grill is conveniently situated. All in all, our group (all tennis players) enjoyed our stay in this well thought out home!

This beautiful house offered more to enjoy than any place we’ve ever stayed! Our own pickle ball court near our pool and fire pit was the icing on the cake. It also was the most well-stocked house we’ve ever rented. We would love to repeat the great experience!

Pickleball courts were so fun. The property manager is generous with stocking the house with soaps, sundries, etc. that most homes do not provide. Property manager provided local restaurant recommendations and was very helpful with our special requests.

Three couples enjoyed this fun location over a long weekend. The house is convenient to many of the attractions around Scottsdale. The open kitchen and living area is conducive to gathering. We enjoyed friendly (and not so friendly) competition on the pickle-ball court. Lots of fun amenities.

We had a great time staying at Corinne! The backyard is amazing! Ryan was timely and helpful in his communication with us. The home is conveniently located within a couple miles of shopping and the neighborhood was safe and beautiful for walking. The home was well equipped with toiletries on arrival which was nice.

I traveled this past weekend with three other friends for the Seahawks game and we love pickleball so this house was perfect. The communication with the owner was so easy and although I had several questions, Ryan got back to me almost immediately, every time. The house is spectacular, clean, and well supplied throughout. I especially loved the cookware, knives, and everything needed to cook! We loved the pickleball court, the outside space, and just relaxing in the house. We also enjoyed the proximity to amenities nearby but it was quiet near the house. Beds were comfy, clean, and the check-in/out process was so easy and smooth. Would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and look forward to coming back soon! Thank you for a great stay!!

This is a fantastic property in an ideal location and the host is the best I've encountered of any VRBO property I've rented. The home is exactly as advertised and Ryan went well above and beyond anything we could have expected. This was a college graduation celebration for my youngest son who just graduated from Washington State. Attendees were my wife, my two adult sons and me. We caught a Suns-Mavericks play-off game and then golfed a few times at some great courses in the Scottsdale area. We enjoyed some wonderful meals out and even managed to go 4 for 4 in terms of coming out winners in 21 at the local casino. We had a blast between those activities chilling by the pool or in a heated game of 2v2 pickle ball in Ryan's back yard. There is a local park a few blocks from this property which was a great place to enjoy a cool morning run before each day's activities. Highly recommend this property and especially this host. Thank you so much Ryan! A huge fan from Boise Idaho!

The house was exactly as described and shown in the listing photos. We had everything we needed to make meals and enjoy the amazing outdoor space including the grill, pool and outdoor tv setup. Between all of the above and the pickleball court, we had an amazing guys trip. The location was also perfect being about 20 minutes from golf to the north, Old Town to the south and only about 90 minutes to Sedona. Ryan was also very responsive and accomodating. I would book again in a heartbeat!

Very spacious house with an absolutely beautiful backyard and a sparkling pool. We took advantage of the pickleball court and had a blast. It was perfect for our guys getaway….nice bedrooms, great open kitchen/living room, old-school arcades games…it was a nice escape. It’s in a very nice neighborhood that is close to golf courses, shopping, and restaurants. The host was very easy to work with and made everything smooth and easy. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

We really enjoyed this property! There was a lot to do for the kids and adults between pickle ball, the pool, the outdoor living space, the video games, and the baseball fields down the street. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy our time with family and friends. We did have to do a little cleaning when we arrived, but we would stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The property is exactly as represented and is a comfortable place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is amazing, and were it not for other commitments, we could have spent most of our time enjoying the house and in particular the backyard.
