The listing is just as it shows… lots of extra amenities that are not mentioned… Great neighborhood and location. Lots of room and great backyard. We paid extra for the pool to be heated. The weather was still a little chilly to swim.

My family and I needed a place near ASU. The place did not disappoint. The place slept the 8 of us very comfortably. You can tell the house has been renovated in the last few years. The house was perfect for our large group. The place was clean and our host was very responsive to any question we had. The neighborhood was very quiet and its close to old town Scottsdale. Our only complaint was the pool was pretty cold considering it’s 100-110 degrees the last few months. Regardless of that I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Scottsdale or near Arizona State.

15 of us girls stayed here for a bachelorette and couldn't say anything negative about this VRBO! There was enough room for all of us to fit comfortably and there was everything we needed (blender, griddle, pans, cups, mixing bowls, etc.) It was a bonus that there was ice in the fridge already and there was even a balloon pump in the laundry room! The beds were comfortable (even the pull out bed was comfortable), and the bedrooms were large. It was a very short drive to Old Town which was convenient for our group. Communication with the host was exceptional and answered all the questions I had. Would stay here again 10/10!

This house is in an easy location. There were a few issues that seem easy to fix. It was dusty in spots. The coffee maker didn’t work. The key pad to get into the house was broken. I expect when paying this much for everything to work and the property to be clean. It wasn’t.

We stayed here the week before our wedding with our best friends and our kids. The house did not disappoint! The kids loved the pool despite the chilly weather, the backyard was perfect for our yoga session with Donna from Yoga Party Live, and the inside was amazing. So much space for our entire crew - we could all be together in the kitchen and two living areas and it never felt crowded. The location was perfect - so close to Fashion Square Mall, the 101, and many other things! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property!

The property was as advertised. Very good communication with property manager. The house had beds for each one of us. Layout was great. It was clean and well stocked with necessary items. Beds were comfortable. The kids had fun with the putting green and the pool on Christmas. Most of our time was spent off the property visiting family that lives in Scottsdale. The location was was great. I would recommend this home to any one with a large group.

Came to Scottsdale for our sons wedding . The house is perfect for all ages . We had 20 something’s , 30 something’s and 60 something’s along with a 4 and 2 year old. Awesome that the house had 3 bathrooms. Convent to everywhere . Would highly recommend

The house was incredible! We had 11 adults stay and it was just the perfect amount for the house. The house was clean, impeccably decorated and stylish (just as advertised!). We opted for the heated pool option and it was worth every penny at the end of February, early March. We had a little bit of a cold front when we arrived but the heated pool was still very nice touch. There was enough space for all of us to use the bathroom and use the living room comfortably. The location was excellent and was a quick uber ride to Old Town. I highly recommend for the location alone. The owners were extremely responsive throughout the whole process. For instance, we were unsure where the trash cans were and they immediately responded and provided detail and clear instruction. Don't hesitate and rent here!

Our friend group had a great time staying here. The house is fully updated with a beautiful kitchen and plenty of space. There were enough beds to comfortably sleep seven of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the arcade unit that had tons of games, and we used the putting green a few times. The rest of the trip was spent out on the golf course, and it was really relaxing coming home to a nice space. Also, the owner was very communicative and the instructions were clearly laid out. I would highly recommend a large group staying here for any type of trip!

I'm remiss in submitting this review, but this property was absolutely amazing. Selfishly, I actually want to submit a horrible review just to keep it to myself. The owner's obviously know what they are doing, it has been gorgeously remodeled, is a great location and is exactly how it is depicted online. The only issue we had (which was so minor we didn't contact anyone about) was that the key-pad on door was glitchy, so we just used lockbox. We brought our family of 5 plus 2 of of teenage/21 YO daughter's friends, and one other friend and it was perfect. They have updated this cute house so everything is picture perfect. There are PLENTY of towels, the pool is CLEAN! There are extra pool toys. This is an ideal property that I hope to buy and move to when I retire. Don't try to steal my life-plans. Thanks!

This property was perfect! So tidy and clean. Enough space for all the girls with us and close to old town! We had a great time and can’t wait to come visit again. Only thing I’d change is the pool man coming Friday afternoon and not being aware. Other than that, everything was perfect!
