This lakefront home is perfect for family vacations and other special occasions. The lakefront views from every room are spectacular! Plenty of room for relaxing, both inside and out.

Situated on the WESTSIDE of KEUKA LAKE between Branchport & Hammondsport, this contemporary custom lakeside home is right on the water’s edge and boasts breathtaking views of the lake & bluff from every room any season, enhanced by a deck on the west side of the house, a lakeside Patio, and a HUGE, 1200 sqft dock, (great for sunning, fishing OR mooring your boat!). Virtually everything in this comfortable home is new. Enjoy a beautiful 100+ feet of shale gradual entry beach all situated in a great protected cove, it is perfect for kids and adults alike.
We have taken great care to make this lovely lake home into a modern delight and we think you will agree that this is one of the finest rentals on all of Keuka.
The bedroom on the lake level of the house includes a Queen size bed, with a bathroom next door, equipped with a washer and dryer and shower. The large, multi-bed 2nd floor bedroom includes custom-made QUEEN SIZE bunk beds, plus an additional QUEEN SIZE bed. Sleeping accommodations for 8 people, total! The second floor is rounded out with another bathroom & shower, as well as a built-in wooden desk & chair, all overlooking the lake & bluff!
The “Cooks” kitchen is complete with beautiful Cherry cabinetry, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, and will allow you to cook up the “catch” of the day or just allow for some great appetizers to be prepared. Enjoy your meal on the deck, the patio, or lounging on the HUGE DOCK, which will definitely allow you to unwind and forget about your worries. If you don’t feel like being in the kitchen take a short two minute walk to Lakeside Restaurant and allow them to do the cooking for you.
This home includes wood & tile flooring and hand-crafted wood trim on the windows and doorways, and is rounded out nicely with CENTRAL AIR conditioning. The family room allows you to relax while looking out over the beautiful scenes of Keuka.
Perhaps you would enjoy games along the shore, and at night you can relax and tell some stories while gazing at the stars. Go fishing from the huge dock or take the kayak out for a peaceful ride, there is no bad way to enjoy Keuka!

This home was the perfect place for our week long summer vacation. The dock is so big and the home provided all the fun amenities we needed to enjoy every moment there. The owners were incredibly kind and accommodating; great with all communication. The stairs / walk in beach area was wonderful for our young kids. The house is situated in a cove that provides nice protection from the wind on a breezy day! Would highly recommend!

The place was fabulous and the pictures on the website didn’t really capture the beauty as much as being there in person. The house was incredibly clean and outfitted with everything one needs.
The Lakeside restaurant, a two minute walk, was a delightful addition to the houses location. Taking our morning coffee on the expansive dock and just gazing out on the surrounding beauty made it a perfect choice. Highly recommended!

Visiting this property in the Fall foliage season was perfect for us. Peaceful and quiet. Relaxing and refreshing. We watched the sun rise over the lake most mornings was such a blessing.

We had the most wonderful time at our stay in the perfect red house. The house was beautifully built with custom wood, trims and many windows to overlook the beautiful lake. The outside area was unbelievable, the decking, the furniture, and being right on the lake was beyond perfect. Our host, Diane and Rick were wonderful and very helpful. We can’t wait to stay here again and bring our boat the next time. We would highly recommend this home to anyone.

A quick getaway for my family, 2 adults and 3 boys ranging from 9-13. This place was perfect! Very clean and perfect layout! The boys all had their own Queen size beds. Even as bunk beds. I’ve never seen bunk beds that big. They had their own bathroom as well. Kitchen was big and convenient. Had all the supplies we could have needed. The boys were able to fish off the dock. They were able to go magnet fishing as well. They enjoyed using the kayak and now we are being told kayaks are being added to their Christmas list. We had such a good time here. Very close to food and wineries. Would highly recommend. Easy communication with owner. Perfect! I hope we are able to come again.

Cannot stress enough how lovely this lake house was. Better than the photos. Clean as a whistle and very well equipped. The owners live next door and couldn’t have been nicer. The views are outstanding and the deck! Wish I could’ve stayed longer but back to reality!

This was our first family vacation on Keuka Lake and it was absolutely wonderful. The house was immaculately clean and everything we needed (and more) was provided! The giant deck was perfect for lakeside dinners and daytime lake fun! Rick and Diane were fantastic hosts. I am telling all our friends and family that they need to stay here. Our communication with host Diane and Rick could not have been more accommodating. The house was clean and perfectly appointed. The deck is awesome, makes you feel like you are part of the lake. Peaceful, serene! We had a couple of rainy days which gave us the opportunity to experience some of the best New York wineries, breweries and distilleries. On the sunny days we rented a pontoon from Jake’s Boat Livery and toured Keuka and hung out on the deck! Perfect in every way!!

What a beautiful home on Lake Keuka! Used this home as an extended vacation after family wedding in Upstate NY. Wish we had added more days of stay! Beautiful mornings and evenings on the lake deck. Kitchen had everything we needed! Owners left a notebook filled with great info on home and recommendations of things to do and see in the area that where spot on! Rick & Diane answered all questions in a timely manor. Great having an open restaurant so close. We had so much fun resting, relaxing, grilling, wine/beer drinking, fishing and spending family time together. Thank you for providing A perfect stay for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay on Keuka Lake. The house was absolutely beautiful and very clean. There are amazing views from all of the rooms and plenty of deck area to enjoy the lake from outside. It's Ideal location allowed us to easily travel to both Penn Yan to the north and Hammondsport to the south as well as many nearby hiking trails. Rick and Diane are very friendly hosts. We would love to return with our family when we are able to stay a little longer.

My husband and I really enjoyed our long weekend in the Finger Lake region. The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We visited Watkins Glen, many breweries and wineries in the area and walked the Outlet Trail. A lakefront restaurant was two doors down which was very good and very convenient. The owners live next door and introduced themselves. They were available for any questions we had about the area. The lake view was absolutely gorgeous and having a kayak was a big plus. I only wish there was a door to the upstairs bedroom as sound from the living room/kitchen area traveled upstairs..

Perfect Oasis
This property is beautiful and provided us with everything we needed for a perfect week. Our children loved being able to play on the shale beach and have the right depth to jump off the dock. The dock has a boat slip and is also great for fishing. Rick and Diane were wonderful hosts. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.
