Located in a quiet subdivision four miles from Winter Park Resort and a little less than a mile from the Fraser River Trail and its accompanying shops and eateries, this beautiful, peaceful home offers astounding views of the Continental Divide and the surrounding Arapaho National Forest.
Elegant and spacious, the interior features an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and ample natural light through windows and skylights. The main floor living space is perfect for relaxing with the entire group after a day of skiing/riding, biking, or hiking. Settle into the leather sofa or the colorful armchair while the fire crackles in the hearth. Play a board game from the in-home selection, peruse the DVD collection, or catch the cable news on the TV. The L-shaped kitchen allows for multiple helpers to create family meals with all the necessary appliances, cookware, and cutlery. The dining table is set for eight; eat, put your plates in the dishwasher, and continue about your day. A washer/dryer is provided to keep packing light and your activity wear fresh!
Up to 10 guests will find a comfortable spot to sleep or enjoy some quiet alone time in three bedrooms. A family unit or a group of kids will love the basement bedroom, with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a single twin, and a private bathroom. Upstairs are two primary suites, both with king beds, private bathrooms, and balcony access. One suite has a fireplace and a stand-alone soaking tub with jets for extra luxury! This is a great home for an extended family ski trip or a week of rafting and biking with friends.
And when you're not snuggled up in this stunning vacation rental, the wilderness calls! The slopes of Winter Park are not just for skiing/riding: They're also for hiking, mountain biking, and sliding on Colorado's longest Alpine Slide. Visit Devil's Thumb Ranch 15 miles away for Nordic skiing trails, horseback riding, and spa services. Get up close to the Continental Divide via the Continental Divide Trail. Rafting, kayaking, and other aquatic activities are popular in this area due to its access to Grand Lake and the headwaters of the Colorado River (about 34 miles away). Don't feel like driving? Bike or walk to the Fraser River Trail, which will lead you past several of the town's dining and shopping options.

Good location unless you have walking issues. 3 nice bedrooms except ground level has bunk bed so more for kids than adults.

Many parts of the house were broken or not functioning. Many outlets, the fireplace, the door to to the hot tub, and a very icy entryway into the garage which was inaccessible. While it was a convenient place, it needs a refresh and fixes badly.

The house is in a great location to catch the bus or walk down to local shops and restaurants.

It was our second stay at this property. It is a bit older and shows some age, but served as a perfect place for our group of friends and family to relax, eat and rest after our days on the slopes.

Perfect for a large family
Stayed here multiple times no issues.
Will be back soon

Great place and had all that we needed —- except for extra trash bags. Slightly lacking in bath towels for a larger group. Host easily accommodated the request to stay an extra night due to weather and travel impacts.

This was an amazing house, plenty of room and beautiful views. Only thing is there is no broom. So cleaning up after kids was tricky but totally worth it!

Perfect location and did exactly what we needed. Hot tub was so nice to have.

The place was great! Lots of rooms, beds and general space for lots of people. Close to Lift stops for skiing at Winter Park, and having your own hot tub (post skiing) was amazing! Highly recommend it!

The place was decently clean and provided a comfortable place to sleep for four adults and a child. The advertised hot tub didn’t work from day one. Management had a maintenance tech out to look at it in two days and they had to order a part for repair. They were perfectly clear it wouldn’t be fixed during our stay. Great job being upfront, but a huge disappointment as the hot tub was a large reason we booked this particular place. Neither fireplace worked either. We tried lighting them both but it didn’t appear the gas line was turned on. Disappointing stay, but still a comfortable place to sleep.

The home was quite comfortable with every convenience. The view from each story was superb. Recommend this to all travelers visiting this area. Worth the drive from Georgetown which was our primary purpose in visiting.

Condo was very roomy and perfect for our group of 7 (5 adults and 2 kids). The location was great - close to both Winter Park and Fraser. We thought the kitchen could have been a little better equipped - i.e., we had to buy some 9x13 pans for baking, there weren't many items we could use to put leftovers in the fridge. There's also some cracked tiles in the kitchen that constantly made us a little nervous. Overall, though, we were very happy with the experience.

Great get away for a great price.
The townhouse had all the comforts of home.
Loved that each bedroom had its own restroom and shower.
When we got back from snowboarding we enjoyed to hot tub and the fully equipped kitchen.
Great location and close to everything.

Great location but there were some things that were broken.
Loved hot tub. Great layout. If things were in better shape it would be a place we would use over and over again.

Perfect!
We had a large group up for a volleyball tournament, it was perfect! Happy with the separation of rooms and having the common areas on a different floor worked well! Will def stay again!

Pleasant stay.
We really loved the location/hot tub/ and home. There were a few things that could be improved like the WiFi password in the email was incorrect and a cupboard door was broken. It was clean, but a little more attention to detail would have gotten the five stars.

This place has a very odd smell and very limited kitchen utensils. Not very satisfied
The townhouse is not pictured, the dark brown ones are actually cabins that are located in front.

Beautiful views and all the comforts of home.
We stayed here after the initial rental wasnt what we really wanted. The property manager in winter park was amazing. He got us moved here the same day I called him. The place was exactly what we were looking for. The hot tub was perfect in the brisk evenings. The many balconies and decks gave amazing views of the town and the mountains. The king size beds in both master suites were great. There were plenty of bathrooms, and plenty of room to spread out. Would definately rent again.
