Enjoy all that the Winter Park, Fraser Valley has to offer and make wonderful memories. Whether it is spring, summer, fall, or winter, there are plenty of fun activities and beauty to inspire and energize you! Relax with a freshly made cappuccino or latte on our decks with views of the surrounding mountains including Byers Peak and the Winter Park, Mary Jane ski areas. You can also relax by the gas log fireplace or in the hot-tub on the heated deck. With cable High Speed Wireless Internet its perfect for the family getaway or small business meetings, ideal for those that just can't get by without access to the comforts of home including High Speed Internet and Cable TV.

Situated 75 miles from Denver and just five miles from the base of Winter Park ski area, our home is located at the top of the ridge overlooking the Fraser Valley. Our main floor has a bathroom, bedroom with queen bunk-beds, washer and dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, open dining and living room with gas fireplace, and step outside onto the 300 square foot+ covered deck, complete with gas grill and hot-tub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with four single beds, bathroom, as well as master bedroom with a log queen bed, luxurious Sleep Number dual control pillow-top mattress, and direct access to the upper smaller observation deck to take in the beautiful views. All beds have memory foam toppers to ensure a good nights sleep in your home away from home.

This place was so wonderful for us to relax in between outings. Hot tub was glorious in the chilly evenings, bed was super comfortable, kitchen had everything including a high end espresso machine, very convenient to Winter Park, Granby, etc. Russell was responsive. We recommend!

This cabin was perfect for our spring break. Amazing views from the deck. Quiet neighborhood. Helpful binder with instructions for hot tub and appliances. Communication with host was great. Couch needs replaced. The entryway with lots of hooks and boot trays was perfect each day after skiing. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall we appreciated our stay here. We were glad to have a place to relax and cook after skiing all day. The hot tub was really nice. TV had smart TV so any viewing option is available. Better instructions for how to operate the grill would be helpful. Instructions for the top room bed adjustments would also be helpful. The couch is in need of replacement and the room on the first floor with the bunk beds was stuffy even with open windows. Cotton bedding would be much more comfortable than polyester; we all had trouble sleeping.

We had a wonderful time! Very close to the Safeway grocery store and a short walk to the bus stop that drops off at the Winter Park base. The view from the hot tub was beautiful. The owner was also so kind! We would love to come back sometime soon!

We're from the east coast and this was our first time in Colorado. We were hoping for a real Rocky Mountain vacation and this house did not disappoint! The house was beautiful and so was the area. The view was amazing from the deck and hot tub. The weather provided a perfect respite from the heat with highs in the upper 60's in early August. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and Russell was easy to communicate with. Also just a 40 minute drive to the west entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. I highly recommend this property!

We had a great stay at Russel's home. Great view of the mountains and valley from the large deck. VERY convenient location to grocery store and restaurants. We were able to get to Grand Lake, Granby, and Winter Park easily. The hiking options are endless in this area. Russell was excellent with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay at Russell's VRBO. Beds were plentiful and very comfortable. The hot tub is awesome and we enjoyed the fire pit in the middle of the beautiful aspen trees and yellow flowers that covered the yard. The kitchen had everything we needed for the 6 of us. We loved the location being close to the grocery store and town, yet with mountain views and many trails a short drive away. It was an easy drive to Colorado Springs to the south and Grand Lake to the north. Thanks for a great vacation!

Shared this house with another family, and we enjoyed it. Location is super convenient, and has great views from the deck/hot tub. Just the right size for a small group of people. A lot of "kitchen things" to help with meals, etc. A lot of off street parking. Just an easy, cozy place to stay for a few nights.

We really enjoyed the cabin. The views from porch were great and the hot tub was nice after activities. The location was perfect. There is a grocery store and several restaurants at the bottom of hill. Tubing is across the street. Winter park a few mins drive south and granby ranch and grand lake just a quick 30 to 40 min drive north. We would stay at this cabin again for future trips.

Owner in contact with us immediately about our stay and was very friendly. Everything was in good repair and very clean. The deck overlooking the valley was wonderful to use. A big hot tub, nice grill and outside heater was perfect for our stay. Grocery store within minutes to get to and most importantly we were so close to our daily hikes.

My family ( 3 adults and 2 kids 5 and 7) had the best week ever at this VRBO. It was comfortable and well stocked. It’s set up perfectly for a vacation home. Big hot tub on the deck with a propane heater and grill and table. The deck is covered by the A frame roof that extends over the deck. If charcoal grilling is your preference they have one of those too. There’s a fire pit area also with open sky views off the deck on the side of the house. The view is incredible. Check in was a breeze and the whole experience was simply comfortable and perfect. No complaints at all!

We had a wonderful time at this home. Very clean and well maintained this home had everything we needed for our stay in Colorado. Great communication with Russell. The home was in a great spot close to many activities. We were able to see fox and an elk several times from the back porch. There has been some development in the valley since the pictures online but still a fantastic view. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The experience at this property was great! We were in town for a baseball tournament! The house was a great fit for our family, the rooms were big and were able to fit everyone in comfortably! The hot tub was amazing, it was big and was set to the perfect temperature! There was lots if things in town to keep our family occupied! We would definitely consider staying here again!

We had a great time at the cabin! I was a bit worried at first but everything was well explained, the family has a binder with information on how to use things, things to do, etc. We were able to cook and bake with all the equipment that they provide. They had everything we could possibly need. It was great!

This cabin was extremely clean and well equipped with traditional coffee maker and expresso machine. It snowed one night, and we were plowed and shoveled out first thing in the morning. We would highly recommend this cabin!

The location was excellent for the skiing and snowmobiling we wanted to do. Close to a store to pick up items for meals we made and ate as a family. The town of Fraser had great little restaurants and shops. Looking forward to next year.
