Just a mile to the Colorado Adventure Park and Tubing area, you'll be within a short walk (or very short drive) to mouthwatering dining options and local attractions in Fraser. You'll also be just six miles from the Winter Park Resort for skiing and fun.
Light flooding in from the bevy of windows highlights the crafted wood accents and spacious main living area. Kick back on the plush couch while you surf the cable channels on the flatscreen HDTV. Put a load on laundry in the private washer/dryer to keep everyone looking their best.
Cuddle up next to the woodstove with a good book, or connect to the WiFi to stream some fun background tunes the whole group will like. Bring some board games to play while you plan your next outing.
When hunger hits you can get to work on dinner in the main kitchen which features a gas range, open layout, and dishwasher to help with cleanup. One of the guests can work on a side dish or two in the smaller kitchen set in the separate room over the garage. With space at the eat-in kitchen table and in the dining room, everyone can spread out and enjoy the meal.
As the day winds down, this three-bedroom (plus loft), two-and-a-half-bathroom home can sleep up to 10 guests with ease. In the master bedroom you'll find a rejuvenating king-size bed, storage, and private en suite. In the separate living space over the garage there is a twin-over-double bunk bed as well as another double bed, perfect for a small family. Between the remaining rooms there are two queen-size beds and one more twin bed.
When the snow is covering the ground you can take the whole family to a fun-filled day of tubing at the Colorado Adventure Park and Tubing area just a mile from your home. If you're looking to shred fresh powder on your skis or snowboard, head over to the Winter Park Resort for a wide offering of downhill runs.
During the warmer months you'll have an expansive offering of trails to explore and streams that boast some of the best fly fishing in the country. Grab your gear and check out the fishing spots along the Fraser or Elk Rivers. Afterwards, grab a bite to eat at Crooked Creek Saloon just around the corner from your place!
Enjoy the convenience of a prime location and the added bonus of privacy when you book your next group getaway to this Colorado home!

The house was well furnished, beautiful and clean with a wonderful view of the mountains.

The home is large and has beautiful views! There are two sections of the home which is nice if sharing the home with another family. The home wasn’t as clean as it should be for an extremely expensive cleaning fee. There was a French fry under one of the beds and the outdoor trash can was overflowing when we arrived. We also struggled to serve food as there weren’t any serving utensils in the kitchen. Overall we did enjoy our stay!

This is an older home with tons of space. We loved the view of Byers peak (especially from the Master bedroom). Our dogs thouroughly enjoyed the space. We arrived right after a heavy spring snow storm and the roof leaked as the snow melted. The leak was just inside the from door which was inconvienent. Other than that, we had a great stay.

We had a family vacation with the 2 dogs. Close to Winter Park, and the dogs could run around in the snow. We would love to stay again. Comfortable home.

great house for a large group, the living area and kitchen were spacious The master bathroom shower/toilet closet was tiny and borderline unusable for any larger adults
Although a bit dated, overall, we felt very comfortable

This home was perfect for my family including adult children and their dogs! Great location, close to ski lifts, restaurants, shopping and more.

The property was in a great location, easily accessible lots of room for everyone. We had only 2 glitches. Our access code stopped working so we had to get another one and it took a while before the people would answer as we stood in the 5 degree weather and the Tv did not work in the main room after the first night. So we couldn’t watch any tv as a family for Christmas movies which was disheartening. The location of the house is so close to everything that was a great feature. Clean kitchen and frig. Easy check out. We also encountered a snow storm while we were there and they had the driveway bladed for us to be able to get in and out easier. We would stay there again for sure but we would want the TV to work all nights. It was too snowy and late to have someone repair the TV when we reported it.

We loved the views, the spacious house, and all of the activities there are close by. My family and I had a good time during our stay and we would go back.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. There is tons of room for a large family. It was just the two of us and our dog. We enjoyed using the indoor grill but learned quickly to not turn off the exhaust fan too soon or the fire alarm will go off. The bathroom supplies were plentiful. The wi-fi worked great. The location was okay. We enjoyed not having any buildings behind us and the view of the mountains. We wish that there had been cable TV available instead of the Roku. Two problems -- the washing machine didn't work. A repair guy came out and said he couldn't fix it at that time, but would be back the next day. He never returned. I contacted the property manager and didn't hear anything back. We always pack light and count on doing at least one load of laundry. That was a disappointment. Also, need to be aware that the toaster doesn't work properly. The bottom half of the bread was burned and the top half wasn't toasted. Need to replace that. Other than those things, I would recommend this house for a large family that enjoys skiing.

This home is conveniently located near Winter Park Resort, numerous breweries and other local amenities, and has a beautiful view of the mountains. We enjoyed the plentiful sleeping spaces, large kitchen, and spacious driveway. Bonus: many, many duck decorations, a large elk mount, and our favorite, a stuffed chicken.

The home was large and spacious with great views of the mountains. Kitchen was great and a pleasure to have many bedrooms. The only issue was not all the TV's worked.

We absolutely loved our time in Fraser and our rental house. The home was well equipped and spacious for our multi family use. We all had a enough privacy and the large common areas allowed us all to maximize our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and having access to the washer and dryer was awesome. I would highly recommend this house to anyone wanting a quiet family friendly space to explore the area.

The Home on Byers Peak Meadow was a nice enough house but the rental management sucked!!! Not only did they give NO accommodation for a very important special request because I Needed to check in early, but then at check-in time it had not even been cleaned! I gave them 6 weeks notice to schedule cleaning this house early in the rounds so we could check in an hour or two early and they refused. Then they didnt even have the house ready at their check-in time. When I tried to resolve my problem they never even answered any one of the three contact lines I had been given for 24/7 assistance. I was desperate and they were totally nonresponsive.

Great home away from home.
This was an excellent choice. I was very satisfied with how it looked and the feel of it. It had a very mountain feel to it, which helped my family get away from city life. The kids enjoyed it so much they didn't even want to come home, which only speaks to the magnificence of this place
