Nice location and great house for our family. HOWEVER, we found several things missing that were highlighted in the property listing. There were no "hens to feed or pet" in the hen house, there was no "comfy couch" to watch a "new release" nor a "movie projector or its automatic movie screen" in the garage (which was in fact just a storage room for old mattresses and furniture). At the time, a ping pong table was also advertised but was not there either. Daniel's comment was "I didn't realize you came to Sonoma to play ping pong". The host did bring fresh eggs but that was hardly the experience we were looking forward to. He offered us a gift card but we felt it did not nearly cover all that was missing. Had we known these things would not be at the house, we certainly would have rented a different property. Lastly, we enjoyed having access to the bikes.

I rented this house out for my sister’s bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! There were plenty of beds, multiple vanities with diming lights, and a great backyard. Communication with the host was great! He is so thoughtful and adds an extra touch when staying at this property. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Our stay at Dans property was so fun! There were 10 grown women under this roof and plenty of space (more than the photos show). 10 girls managed to share two bathrooms, if we can do it, anyone can. Dan was so kind, checking in on us the entire weekend. We felt very safe in the area. There is a ring camera which made me feel better that things were recorded if something were to happen. It was colder/rainy weather for majority of the stay so we unfortunately couldn’t use the fire pit out back due to the rain, although that would’ve been amazing. Overall it was so beautiful, so fun. He installed new mirrors in the living room that allowed for multiple people to get ready at one time! I would recommend this stay to anyone. It was great!

Dan’s home is the perfect stay for a weekend in wine country. We loved the back yard space, especially the fresh fruit and the hot tub! There was plenty of room for our bigger group and everyone slept comfortably. Dan was easy to get in touch with, and ensured we had all we needed for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at Daniel's place for a long weekend with a group of friends and had a great time – we especially loved the wonderful outdoor space, where we spent most of our time at the house. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet still quite close to downtown and nearby attractions.

This property exceeded expectations for our group of 10 ladies. We had a seamless check-in process and communication was easy. Daniel prepared a wonderful stay for us, including prepping the outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed the backyard and each room had comfortable beds. This location is hard to beat -- you are minutes away from the downtown square and wineries. It is in a wonderful neighborhood great for taking morning walks with your coffee. I highly recommend this property!

This was most well-stocked vacation rental I have ever used--and I have used a lot. All of the gals in staying with me said the same thing! S'mores fixings and the fire were all set up, and even fresh eggs from the chickens in the backyard! We all wished we had booked less wineries so we could have spent more time on the property. It is just over a mile from the Sonoma Square, so really an ideal location. Dan was an awesome host and helped us with some technology issues immediately--so responsive. Highly recommend and I would 100% stay here again!

Daniel's home was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a few days with extended family (6 adults) in wine country after our son's wedding in the San Francisco area. The home was very comfortable, very nicely decorated and well-equipped for our 3-day stay. We really enjoyed the backyard space for cookouts, games and relaxing by the firepit. We also appreciated the extra touches like fresh eggs, a hostess basket of goodies and wine, and detailed information about the house. All in all, it was a great visit and we highly recommend this property!

We stayed here with our 2 year old and newborn grandchildren and daughter and son in law for three nights in Apr8l. The house was perfect for us and the yard was fantastic. We enjoyed feeding the chickens and collecting and eating the eggs. The orange and lemon trees were full of fruit. The hot tub was private and perfect. The hanging daybed was a bonus nap area. We loved the stocked kitchen as we cooked in quite a bit. The full size coffee pot was appreciated — so many have only the pods or tiny pots anymore. There were funnplaygrounds within walking distance and walking or biking to town was quick and easy. There is a Safeway and Whole Foods nearby. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

Backyard was a true oasis. Just wonderful! Very spacious and comfortable house, beautifully decorated. Located near to sonoma square and all of the restaurants it has to offer. Would love to stay here again on a return trip!

Beautiful home in a wonderful location- close to everything in Sonoma and an easy drive to Napa. We are a group of 6 friends and Dan was an excellent host. He checked in on us to ensure we were enjoying our stay and our welcome basket was a nice touch. Enjoyed the yard- especially the hot tub and fire pit. The backyard was definitely our favorite part of Dan’s home. We took advantage of the hanging bed, fire pit, corn hole, grill, hot tub, fresh eggs…. We spent all of our evenings outside. So relaxing and beautiful.
The areas of the house that were remodeled are nice (kitchen, eating area). We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen and Dan was quick to remedy the problem.
If you prefer to sleep on a medium/firm mattress (as we do) you might not like the beds. They were very soft. Just a personal preference.
Dan is probably the best host we have encountered. Easy to communicate with, quick to respond and he goes above and beyond (as we were wine tasting in Napa we realized we left a birthday cake on the counter that needed to be refrigerated and all it took was a text to Dan and he was over at the house taking care of it). Thank you Dan!

We had a wonderful time here. The house was clean and well stocked with a lovely welcome package. The owner was available when we had questions and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend to anyone who enjoys a quiet community and farm fresh eggs!

We chose this property because we wanted a place where we could relax comfortably with our adult children and their spouses. The outdoor seating area, fire pit and hot tub were perfect. The whole house and the yard were designed to encourage togetherness and conversation - and the beautiful landscaping certainly didn’t hurt.

True Sonoma living
This house was the perfect Sonoma getaway and so perfect for wine tasting and then a backyard BBQ! The check-in process is so easy, and the house was in mint condition when we got there with some chilled wine waiting for us. The beds were great (I think the older guys got a kick out of bunk bed living ) and the bathrooms were nice. The best part was of course the backyard, it is perfect for entertaining. Plenty of comfortable sitting places, a jacuzzi, a grill, and a fire pit what else could you ask for! I thought I wanted a pool, but when you are in wine country you want a hot tub for the night after - trust me. We had the perfect day wine tasting and then coming home and sitting in the beautiful grass. The kitchen is perfect for cooking and stocked with the right condiments and cooking utensils. Dan was so nice always checking in and making sure we had everything we needed and was easy to get a hold of by text. My friends and I had a fantastic time and all agreed we would stay here again. Sonoma is so small everything is a short drive or uber away, but we didn't wanna leave the house to eat it was much more fun there! Highly recommend this house to any group.

Great property great host for Thanksgiving in Sonoma
This is a great property with close proximity to the Sonoma plaza. Dan was a great host; he made sure everything was in order when we checked in and even asked if we needed a roasting pan for a Thanksgiving turkey. There is a solid fleet of bikes at the house that made for quick and easy trips to town. We had a 2yr old with us and the house was a really good option to keep him entertained with toys outside on the lawn. The day we arrived someone was there to check the hottub which we used and I have to say, I get why there is a little waterfall fountain in the yard, it definitely helps you get right into relaxed hotub mode faster. There is a separate room with a trundle bed that has a reasonable amount of privacy and makes the property feel a lot more like a 4BR option. I would definitely consider booking the property again in the future and I think it is a great value when you consider the many amenities and the 4th bed.

Great Location, Amazing Backyard!
My husband secured Daniel's rental for my 40th birthday. We had 6 guests in total, and the house was comfortable and roomy enough for all of us. It was a great home base for our two days of wine tastings, and our day canoeing down the Russian River. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen--making breakfast each morning, and 2 dinners at the house. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we needed, including spices and condiments. I could go on and on about the backyard...it was so beautifully landscaped, and had awesome amenities like the grill, fire pit, hot tub, swing, and cornhole boards! We spent every evening outside, and enjoyed the incredible weather. The location is perfect--we walked to the square twice and rode the bikes to the local Whole Foods for groceries. Daniel thought of everything--plenty of body wash, shampoo and towels for the bathrooms, and having laundry in the garage was an added plus. We truly enjoyed our stay in Sonoma, and I am already looking forward to the next trip. This house was the perfect to celebrate the big 4-0.

Beautiful house, amazing backyard!
My girlfriends and I had a great time staying at this house in Sonoma! After spending our day doing wine tastings, this house was great to come home to and take a dip in the Jacuzzi and build a fire - super cozy! Daniel was very responsive when we couldn't get the Direct TV to work and was over to fix it within the hour.

Beautiful home!
I recently stayed here with 9 other girls for a Bachelorette party in March, it was a perfect house for all of us! It was plenty of space for all of us, with a gorgeous backyard and very well located (about 4/5 min drive to Sonoma Square). Daniel made the check in and check out processes SO easy, which allowed us to really relax and have a great time. He was very responsive via text with any questions I had during the stay and was genuinely wanting to make sure we had an amazing time during our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Spectacular Sonoma Gem
We had a wonderful wine country getaway weekend with friends in this absolutely perfect home away from home. The house was immaculate and spacious with great renovations. Beautiful house and gorgeous backyard. Wonderful country setting yet minutes from the downtown square. Home owners were amazing. Top notch all the way around. We will be back for sure. Great outdoor space
We stayed for a weekend girls trip, the house was amazing. Had everything we needed! The outdoor space was lovely and we wish we would have been able to enjoy it more. Unfortunately it rained most of our trip. Would definitely recommend this house!

Lovely home in a great location!
We very much enjoyed our siblings trip stay at this beautiful home in Sonoma. Perfect amount of space for all 6 of us, and the backyard is amazing. Even though we visited in January (one of the "colder" months) we were still able to grill and enjoy the firepit and hot-tub in the yard which was lovely! Only a short distance to Sonoma Square (we walked there one morning which was really pleasant) - also very close to some amazing wineries - GunBun, Scribe, and not too far from Cuvaison (one of our favorites!). Dan was a great host and easy to communicate with! Would definitely recommend to a nice group :)

Great house, awesome backyard!
Daniel was an awesome host! He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Daniel was there when we arrived to give us a personal tour of the property; The fridge was stocked with some essentials; the hot tub was cleaned prior to our arrival; the fire pit was setup and ready to be used upon our arrival!
My family and I had a great time hanging out in the backyard! The ping pong table was a fun addition to the play room setup in the garage. Daniel did a great job with the house, loved our stay there and his hospitality.

Perfect rental for a family or group of couples!
My husband and I rented this house with two other couples for 4 nights, and my only complaint is that it wasn't longer! The house was in a great location, which made it easy for us to get to all of the local wineries, but my favorite parts were the open living space and amazing back yard. We ended up buying wine from some of the local wineries during tastings and tours during the day and spent our evenings playing corn hole in the back yard or just socializing in the house while drinking more wine. This place is truly a gem!

Charming Must Stay!
As San Francisco residents, we’ve stayed in our fair share of places in Sonoma and Napa, and this place was hands down the best! Daniel and his wife were fantastic hosts - upon arrival we were greeted with a cheese board and delicious bottle of wine. The house was modern yet comfy, but our favorite part was the backyard. The backyard is sunny and spacious with a garden open to guests to pick herbs. We will definitely be back soon!

Relaxing haven close to the plaza
We love coming to Sonoma and this was our favorite place we've stayed at so far! Loved the open kitchen and made a lovely dinner with fresh produce from the farmers market. We had kids with us on this trip and they loved the hammock bed out back and we made s'mores on the fire pit. We were impressed by how clean everything was. Loved the linens and the modern style.
Would definitely stay here again!
