* Master bedroom has a king size bed with a Smart TV, direct door to master bathroom
* Hallway has bunk beds for sleeping 2. 2nd bathroom is accessed from hallway
* Sofa in the living room is a sleep sofa which converts into a queen bed
* HD Cable TV (Cox Ultimate channels) and high speed Wi-Fi
* Coin operated laundromat on the same floor
* Board games
* Two beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler for the use of our guests. You also have an option to rent umbrellas and chairs on the beach. IMPORTANT: Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private umbrellas are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
* Keyless entry door lock system, no keys during your stay with your unique code. You can also set up your own 3-6 digit code.

- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking.
- We do not provide beach towel and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.

It was nice and clean in the room and a wonderful view. My husband my kids and I all went there last year and had a great time so this year we knew we wanted to go back and stay there again. It was a different room last year. Only thing I didn't like was the parking is horrible to find something, the elevator takes sooo long and the bed in the kind bedroom is horrible to sleep on my back hurt the whole time I was there! Besides that everything was amazing! But definitely needs a new bed in there.

This condo was at a great location with amazing views. The property manager was very helpful and responsive with any questions, and checked in to see if expectations were met the day after we checked in. We were able to check in a couple of hours early which was very helpful! Would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone.

We were amazed by the ocean view walking into the condo; it was breath taking. We had all the amenties in the kitchen, we never ran out of paper goods, and the linen was clean! The place overall was very clean. This felt like a home away from home. I would definitely return to this property on our next beach vacation. We had not issues, but our host made sure to check in on us during our stay! Check in process was effortless.

The hubby and I came to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. It was our first time to visit Destin. The description of the property was on point. The unit was clean, well stocked and close to all attractions. We had a wonderful time and plan to return!

There was construction and it was loud and too dusty to sit on the porch from sanding. We specifically asked about this before our booking. We were told it would be completed.this was disappointing since we paid for the ocean view on the 17th floor.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress is worn out. I read this in another review of the property.
Overall we liked the property and our condo was clean.

Great stay
The condo was as described. Very clean and comfortable beds and bedding. Thr shower heads could be updated as they spray in all directions and it makes getting clean from the beach not as easy. A better vacuum would have been helpful as well. I got blisters on my hand from the constant sweeping with the sand. All of the cups and plates were glass/ceramic. Plastic or melamine would be good to have on hand for children since it is all tile flooring. The view from the balcony is amazing

Family Fun
Everything is as as expected for the room. The only thing not so great was beach access. The resort has rentable chairs from the water line leaving only about 25 feet of actual usable beach. Something I’m not use to as NC & SC beaches do not regulate East/west of beach access. Again, nothing to do with the room, but the resort where it’s located.

25th anniversary trip
Excellent communication with the manager, manager also made sure to have roses already in the room to surprise my wife with for our 25th anniversary! The property manager definitely went above and beyond! The condo was beautiful and we loved the location!

Power went out one night so no elevator. Dirty towels found under the sheets. Toilet was leaking.

The perfect stay
This place was everything we wanted and then some. Absolutely beautiful and the view was amazing. Probably the cleanest condo I ever stayed in. My brother and I actually talked about the cleanliness a few times. I highly recommend staying here

Just returned from our 4th stay at Pelican Beach Resort. Great complex with terrific views, private beach, pools, workout facility, etc. This unit was excellent; as described. Nothing was broken, worn-out, or in need of updating. Communication with owner was above expectation. if this unit is available for our next trip we would be happy to stay again.

Great Views
We came for our honeymoon and couldn’t have asked for a better view to wake up to everyday. Location was perfect and close to many restaurants. Will definitely be visiting again!

Great Condo!
The view from the balcony is AMAZING (everyday I watched dolphins while drinking my coffee)!!!! The unit was clean, decorated tastefully, and GREAT TV's with NETFIX and AMAZON PRIME channels. Oh and COMFY bed / pillows. I would recommend this unit 100%.

Just the right spot for some much needed R&R
This was the just the right spot for some much needed R&R. The view from the balcony was absolutely gorgeous. The condo was very clean and well kept. The Pelican Beach Resort staff were all friendly and professional. The owner checked in on us by text the day after our arrival to be sure we had everything. My husband and I can’t wait to return in the future!

Great condo and location
This condo was excellent, clean, and in a great location for easy beach access. There is also a covered parking garage with plenty of spaces available. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Cafe' onsite has great burgers but be mindful of their closing hours if a late arrival.
