It was a quick one night stay, but we enjoyed it.

Liked the ambiance, the theme, very organized and attentive staff, especially on check in.

The food in license to chill was very overpriced for the taste. The food was “blah” and tasted like it was pulled out of the freezer. For heat and eat food, I’d expect lower prices.

Overall the stay wasn’t bad just not what we expected.

Room needs a thorough cleaning, spiders and webs all along the ceiling, air conditioner intake vents were filthy. Chairs on the balcony felt unsafe to sit in. Need a site map that is easily understood.

Very nice and enjoyable for all!

The room with a lake view was very nice and the view enjoyable. Truly appreciated the convenience of the golf cart shuttles around the property - many hills! :) The pool with food/drink service was great as well. You did not have to leave your table and continue to enjoy poolside.

Only thing that was negative was shortage of staff during the week specifically. Especially since you had a convention there and many people at the property, there was one person trying to run the front desk - check in and out, and the informaiton desk. Also, should advertise what is closed on the property and when, to avoid confusion, i.e. bowling alley was closed during the week when we were there. Yet we found a location close by for this entertainment.

Variety of activities and food was excellent. Great Labor Day celebration.

The air conditioning in room was super cold but couldn’t be adjusted. Entertainment should go later than 9 on Saturday nights.

It was great. We only stayed 2 nights but hope to return.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The pools were clean and comfortable too. Staff was friendly.

The meals we at at the restaurants on site we’re good and the frozen concoctions were delicious.

There were only certain restaurants open for some meals of the day and some not open at all during our stay wish we would have known that before arriving.

Text message service was very convenient, Water park was fun and affordable, coffee shop was really good.

Some things were pretty pricy. Parking was not very good, we had to park pretty far away anytime we returned from an outing. Fans in the bathrooms would have been nice.

Definitely need more than 1night

From check-in to check out, it was amazing. The room was beautiful, and the view was amazing of the lake. Staff is always helpful.... indoor pool was fun for the while family

Nice relaxing wonderful stay.

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. Loved all the activities that were on the property and the view. The front desk clerk (I think her name was Tiffany) that checked us in was awesome. Gave us lots of good information about the property and surrounding things to do. Even printed out directions. When my husband told her we were here for a late 25th anniversary getaway she upgraded us to lakeside view.

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. I would return.

View was lovely! Outdoor pool was nice and warm at Landshark Bar! I appreciate the golf carts and shuttle to help transport you around the resort.

Room floor was slightly uneven, caused me to trip slightly the 1st time walking across room. No problem after I became acclimated. The food at Landshark bar was just mediocre. Parking area was slightly scary and uncomfortably close to the lake.
