The lake view was nice
We had to change rooms because the first one smelled like mold. The second one had the deadbolt broken off and a hole in the door where bugs were getting in.

Located near the Encore.
Gnats on the bed, room wouldn’t get cool. Something sticky on the wall outside the door. No coffee the morning we went for continental breakfast. Shower no hot water.

Location was good.
Too expensive for a pool that wasn’t usable due to heater problems and such a skimpy breakfast.
5.0 / 10.0
Convenient location. Room was very small but clean.
Breakfast was cold cereal and blueberry muffins, very stingy. Indoor pool was too cold to use, they were having issues with the heater. No grab bars in the shower and tub was slippery.

Location, food at the restaurant and bar was great.
Beds was uncomfortable and loud groups in the middle of the night.
2.0 / 10.0
Reception lady responded to the call right away.
1) We were woken up by a loud group of people at 1am across the hall partying. They shut it down only after an hour and being told 3 times by the staff to be quiet. Ended up not being able to sleep until 3am and was woken up AGAIN at 9am in the morning by the same group.
2) bed wa ssuper squicky and like a brick.
3) telephone did not work in the room.
4) does not match what's advertised. The only view from there was a parking lot.
5) AC smelled like urine - there is most likely mold or bacteria in the system.

I loved the location and the staff were great. The pool with phenomenal
A couple of the bartenders were rude. I didn’t like the fact that when I went down to eat breakfast, there was literally no food left, except for some fruit and cereal

The restaurant
You could not get to the lake at all from this location also they advertise 2 pools but one is inside the other is the adult bar there’s no regular out side pool for swimming

The room was clean and the location was good.
The room was very small. There wasn’t even a chair in the room to sit in. And they tacked on a $10 a night resort fee in spite of the fact I had prepaid on booking.com for a listing that included all fees. Will be filing a credit card dispute for that.

The ac didn't work well. Neighbors were extremely loud partying till 4am. The family pool was full of drunk adults loud music passing out shots and drinking in the pool.

the was a very nice lady who checked us in an out very friendly. She directed us to the Encore pool and grille. The bartenders Megan and Nick did an awesome job taking great care of our group. The music was a single acoustic player and it made our night. The owner stopped by an the guys had a good talk about football. It was a nice stop for us.
The floors in hotel room could have been cleaner. Feet and socks got dirty

the room wasn't really that great. It just wasn't what I expected.

1960’s old Holiday Inn. Outdoor room doors on two buildings, indoor on main building, but recent remodel of rooms. Best value. Indoor pool with garage doors, needs a hot tub, but walking distance to The Encore with their swim up bar and music space and restaurant.
Needs a hot tub, very little offered on continental breakfast.

Location, pools, view.
Hair driers had been removed, but we were given one when we asked. Shower had no soap place or grab bar. They were working on elevator so we were given 1st floor, but many steps to go to pools.

The only complaint I have was the sliding bathroom door. Never could get it all the way shut but this sure won’t stop us from coming again

Room was EXTREMELY dirty i have many photos. Parking was horrible I’m handicap and had to park so far away it was horrible- also toilet leaked - called office and no one ever came so wrapped towels around it - extremely disappointed for the price I paid I live on a budget. I expected a lot more out of that room.
