15 family members gathered to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had a wonderful time at The Villa. The house location is great - We could watch ocean waves and wandering deer from the large windows and decks, and walk to the beach (and the casino!). There are lots of restaurants and fast food within minutes of the house, and we had everything we needed to cook great meals, as well.
The house was amazingly well-equipped for everything we wanted to do. (Several of us have already ordered some of the small appliances and kitchen tools that were provided for our use!) Family members played pool and ping pong, and we played board games at the huge conference table, that also seated our large party for meals.. The ample numbers of beds and bathrooms (many en-suite) allowed everyone to be comfortable and enjoy our time together. I heartily recommend The Villa.

Very large house. We were all able to spread out and have our own rooms. The rooms/bed with the twin over double beds and the room with four bunk beds need new mattresses. They are like uncomfortable futons. But the other beds were good. House is well stocked.

House was very accomodating for family with on suite in most bedrooms. Everything in house you could need in kitchen. Lots of plates and enjoyed the large dinning table. Enjoed deck and view. Only negative construction across the street and next door made it hard to enjoy quite time during the day.

Any issues we had were handled immediately! Comfortable with amazing views!

Our stay was ok, the house has some problems. The toilet in room 1 is leaking. The fridge on the 3rd floor was leaking. House needs some repair, paint and deep cleaning mostly.

Great house. Perfect for a large group of friends. Sheets, towels, and blankets were a little short supply, but we made do and everything else about the house was fantastic.

Great house for a large group with plenty of room to spread out.

This home had plenty of room for everyone. The pool and ping pong tables on the 1st floor were a hit! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for meal preparations! The main beds were very comfortable, the bunk beds were fine for the kids, but not as comfy for adults. It advertised a fire pit, but we wouldn’t recommend using it as is. There aren’t bricks completely around it, and plants grow right up to the edge. The ocean view was great! Overall, this was a great house for our family of 16. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a very roomy home with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. We rented another home on the same street because we have a large family. This home is 3 blocks from the beach. I was impressed by the quality of cookware, knives, and kitchen equipment. We had everything we needed! We had a wonderful time! Jason was a great host, and was very responsive each time I contacted him (mostly prior to our stay). We would stay here again!

This house was great for our family reunion. We had ages 9 months to 82 years. There was a lot of room for everyone as well as quiet nooks for people to retreat from the noise. It was well supplied with both spices, dishes, pans, kitchen and bath supplies etc.
The stairs were broken up into small numbers at a time so was not bad for my disabled husband or Daughter with M.S. as they stayed on main floor most of the time.
Jason was very helpful..

Property was family oriented and made is feel like a home away from home. Owner was responsive and welcoming. We had ages 10months-62 years old. Everyone had space for alone time and gathering time. Multiple activities were able to happen at the same time. The 2 stoves made cooking coordinating for 20+ people easier. Place was well stocked with ingredients, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plating, and spices.
We will definitely be back and we thank Jason for being an awesome host.

This is a fantastic house in a perfect location. Close to many restaurants and stores. Easy, short walk to the beach with a great ocean view. The house is huge, it easily accommodated our large family. It is also well stocked with everything needed for cooking, etc. Would stay here again.

We have stayed in this house before so was familiar with all of the uniqueness of the house; lots of stairs! The large room on the third level was great to accommodate a sit-down meal for all of us! Jason was very accommodating!! The house was well supplied.

Easy and great experience. Host allow us to check in early. Plenty of rooms and bathroom. Clean towels and bedsheets. Smells fresh. Short walk down to beach. Only missing amenity is a hot tub would of made it over the top. 5 stars to you Jason and team ✨️

We are a family of 13 - ages 5 to 72. We appreciated the many rooms and levels available to all. Kids could play without having to be quiet for adults playing cards..... The kitchen was very well equipped with all the necessities and gadgets! We enjoyed our week here.... Thanks!

Family reunion
Enjoyed the Villa. We had age ranges from 4-77,. Enough space for everyone to have their own space. House has many different sections so everyone could have their own areas. Which is nice when staying with the age range we had and 5 in their 20's. They enjoyed pool, ping pong down stairs and playing games upstairs.. house was not emaculate. But had a cozy lived in feeling that made us feel more comfortable. Short distance from shopping, casino and beach access was great.

The pictures don’t lie !
This property is just what you see in the photos ! If you don’t like the photos then you won’t like the house .. it’s a very odd home , with a modge podge of mis matched furniture ! ! Very old mattresses on bunk beds ! Very old awful carpets .. i would say the good part is you can’t hurt it ! The home has lots and lots of steep stairs ! If you can’t do stairs don’t stay here ! The home was well stocked with everything you need ! We enjoyed our stay once we got used to the quirky stairs ! The view was gorgeous for a beautiful fireworks display ! We had Art classes in the top floor meeting room which was the best room in the house!

Place with lots of space
Good place, at fist when got in was having some old or not living in smell, almost every window had mold which I believe could of cause the smell. After letting some air in by opening all windows and doors the small was gone. Overall not a bad place.

Overall great experience even though not everything is perfect
Pros:
Location of the house.
Got everything we need shampoo, towels, utensils, Dishwasher soap. beach toys, games, puzzles...etc.
Amazing living, deck, and kitchen area
Plenty of space for everyone
Cons:
The bedrooms, carpets could have been more cleaner. The carpet is very very old.
The showers are pathetic...water flow is very very low.
Most of the beds and mattresses are in very poor condition, especially bunk beds are in very poor condition.
Some sofas are also very old, you don't feel like sitting there.

The house was great. Lots of private space for each family. Loved the top floor with the large tables for family dinners. Close to the beach. We all were able to walk to the beach.

We were delighted with the house. Large enough for my family of five children with some spouses and eight grandchildren. Loved the many bathrooms, deck, and views.

Family getaway
5 families beach weekend getaway. Kids range from 10 months to 10 years old, and everyone had a great time. Many en suits for parents and bunk beds bedrooms for kids to get there “camp” experience.
Baby gate, pack and play, high chairs were all onsite.
Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, from spices, pots and pans, to coffee makers and blender.
Stairs were a bit steep, but no children fell this entire weekend.

Beautiful home with a great a view of the ocean.
We had a great time at this house. First night was pretty stormy, we had a great Tome watching. The next morning all of the clouds were gone and we spent the day beach. We are already planning a return trip

Awesome
Had a great 4 day stay. It was a family get together of all ages. The living, dining, cooking space nicely flowed together. Relaxing on the couches or on the deck provided front row seats to the sunset over the water. The game room was also very useful for young and old. Jason was very helpful and responsive.

Gorgeous location, needs an end of the seasI n deep clean
We enjoyed the time with our family. The view was nice and the house had a homey feel. The lack of cleanliness was disappointing especially during the time of Covid. Carpets could use updating and sheets had stains making it obvious it wasn’t cleaned. It was spacious and we enjoyed having enough bathrooms for everyone in our family!

Perfect location for a mini family reunion
It’s a huge house with all the comforts. We enjoyed eating breakfast every morning on the sunny balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean, and making s’mores in the fire pit every night! We lucked out that the nearby casino was hosting a magnificent fireworks display during our stay, and the balcony was the ideal location to view it.

Great for a large group
Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Villa. It was perfect for our large group with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. The kitchen was great, the beds comfortable, and there's a cozy atmosphere and a wonderful view of and short walk to the ocean. There are a LOT of stairs! The kids loved all the different levels and finding privacy everywhere. For us older folks (grandparents) the stairs were a bit much but doable. Just something to be aware of if you have a bad knee like my husband does :). The kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms are supplied with everything imaginable-utensils, dishes, pots and pans, linens- so you don't need to bring anything but food if you want to! We used the gas BBQ, played pool and ping pong, played the games and read the books upstairs, LOVED sitting on the decks. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there were several areas that hadn't been dusted and there were a lot of cobwebs. I only gave 4 stars for "accuracy of online listing" because one of the bathrooms was locked - that should have been mentioned before we got there. So, 9 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms. Overall, our stay there was a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend the Villa and we'd go there again

Comfortable for family
Our family enjoyed the Villa very much. There is a great view of the ocean from the dining/living room and plenty of space for little groups of people to be doing different things. The dining/conference room allowed our family to sit and eat meals together rather than at separate tables or bringing extra folding tables/chairs.

a family reunion
The venue is nice, the public spaces were great. The bedrooms varied from OK to good; bathrooms were good. Kitchen facilities were fine, but Bar-Be-Que had not been cleaned. The location is great--very convenient for the beach and for essential shopping, and within easy reach of neat things to see. There was a lot of going up and down stairs--which was good for most of us but hard on those with impaired mobility.
And Jason was quite responsive on the few times we had to contact him !
So, we were, all told, quite happy with our week.

Huge House with many nice touches
Very spacious house, nicely furnished with beautifully renovated kitchen — better equipped than your average rental. Great location, short walk to the beach.
