Good location and nice view
Some cutleries and plates got stains. The hot water system was not working for a several hours. We sent a message to the manager but didn’t get a response until we checked out the next day. The Wi-Fi connection was slow and got disconnected for several times.

Location location location! Wonderful views.
Dishwasher didn't clean properly, we arrived, dishwasher was full and with a broken glass. No tea bags provided, however, were delivered to the house once raised with the property manager who was very friendly & helpful.

The view is absolutely stunning. Sitting out on the deck with an unobstructed view of The Hazards is just fabulous. The location is right at the entrance to the national park, and an easy walk to Cole's Bay. The kitchen had plenty of cooking utensil and we enjoyed our evenings playing games at the large table and hanging out on the comfortable sofas.
The house was just a little run-down overall, and we felt like the management company could do a much better job making guests feel like they are getting a good value. For example, we realized at bedtime our first night that there were no sheets on one of the twin beds and no spare sheets or blankets. Apparently in the novella of fine print they send when you make your reservation is a sentence saying you must confirm your "bedding arrangements." They also only left five dishwasher tabs, a nearly empty bottle of dish soap, and a single towel per guest. Overall, those little shortfalls made it feel cheap. The skylight in the main bathroom leaked in the rain, and there was some mold growth. Lots of dust bunnies on the bedroom floors. We did reach out to the management company and they brought the extra bedding the following morning.
