I liked the fact the property was close to the National Park and icecream shop! The place had everything we needed and was comfortable with a great view from the kitchenš
A bit expensive.

Lots of space inside, kitchen had everything needed, off street parking, walking distance to Cafe, shop and pub a short walk. Spa was fantastic. Beautiful easy walk to Freycinet national Park
Very busy and noisy location during the day, back yard needs a tidy,

The location and cafe facilities across the street
It was advertised as a 3 bedrooms house but we were only allowed to access 2 bedrooms. There was only one toilet & one bathroom/shower facility - not helpful for 4 adults. The timber framed double bed squeaked everytime one of us moved & the mattress was average. This accommodation was nowhere near the facilities we had at Binalong Bay.

This home was an ideal base for exploring the beauty of Coleās / Wineglass Bay.
View of the hazards from the bedroom window & the bay from the lounge window.
Spacious living area & kitchen.
Great coffee across the road & well equiped corner store next door.
Photos on booking.com donāt do it justice.
2 Minor issues:
Toaster tripped the power & no plug for the spa, but would stay there again; highly recommended š

Location, across the road from coffee, ice cream and general store almost next door, glimpses of the Hazards and bay.
A huge pile of gardening waste left very visibly
in the bag yard. One of the 3 rooms we'd booked was locked when we arrived and the host took several hours to let us know how to unlock.

Very comfortable, light filled living area and bedrooms. Could not be more central to Coles Bay shops and jetty.
Shower over hot tub would not be accessible to aged or mobility impaired guests.

The managers are super helpful, very approachable. Accommodation is right around the corner from one of the best views you will get of the Hazard ranges. Walking distance of convenience store and two other restaurants, a slightly longer walk takes you to the pier for adventure cruises, or to other food options and a tavern. The National Park is a 5-10 minute drive away. Perfect position if you have a car at your disposal and want to visit the park. Accommodation has 3 bedrooms and I think there would be ample room for a family filling each space. Includes a back patio with amazing views and a small bbq, and a back yard with a slightly run down cubby house. We travelled as a couple, so it was more room than we needed, but nice to have the room to just relax.
Occasional street noises at night, especially bin night: our room fronted the street. The double bed room would be a quieter choice.
The oven didn't work. Actually the oven does work, but you have to turn the timer on at the same time. A guide with simple instructions to use appliances would have helped.

Location, location, location. Also the spa bath was fantastic post a day hiking.
The beds were fairly hard and uncomfortable, and the house was missing a few basics like a lighter to light the wood fire.

Nothing this property was excellent

The property was in a great location and 20 years ago it would have been a great place
The furniture was out dated, cleaning was sub par, the exhaust fan did not work so you couldnāt cook anything without setting the fire alarms off and the electric bbq on the deck was covered in old grease the spar bath had hair in the jets and cushions on the couch had stains

Great location
We paid $750 for three nights for a full house which in the photo was two story so we presumed we would be upstairs with a view very wrong to think that
The spa bath was in the laundry absolutely dreadful
2 bath towels for two people for 3 nights
Wouldnāt stay again far too expensive for what it was
7.0
Very close to shops which suited us. Good open plan living room. Quite clean.
I feel it was somewhat overpriced
