Excellent property and location.
Location and views were wonderful. Very quiet and plenty of room to park due to very off-season visit.
Didn't expect the fees, charges, etc. to be higher than the cost of the listed rental.

Pleasant
The location was perfect and very quiet/peaceful. The local establishments were walking distance and very enjoyable.
For the price we couldn't get the tv to work. Small details get you in the end. Thank goodness we didn't spend too much time in the room.

Bad
Location
The first thing is the place is MOLDY. Under the bed was a wet bag of pillows stored in a plastic bag with mold on it. I have a picture. So just entering the cabin was disgusting. There was more mold on the plastic "mattress" cover on the pull out sofa bed. I put mattress in quotes because there was basically no mattress left. There was a ragged piece of foam that was supposed to be making the "mattress" more comfortable, but there was almost nothing left of that. So one grown kid had to sleep on the sofa after one miserable night trying to sleep with the bed pulled out. The hallway with two twin beds in a closet space was only useful for one medium size kid. The upper bunk was useless for anyone over 10 years old. Good place for suitcases since there was no other room for those. The sheets were covered with sand so that was gross. I thought it was required to provide clean sheets. I think the blankets were never washed since they were purchased. We were going to wash them ourselves, but DARN, we didn't have quarters for the laundromat across the parking lot. You would think for $300 a day we could use the laundromat for free to wash the dirty sheets and blankets we were given. With Covid wouldn't it be good to change the washer and dryer to tokens that could be given to the guests? The main bedroom had a mattress that was too soft --basically only foam. We both had back aches by the morning. Let's get to the kitchen--we had to unstick the garbage disposal ourselves. The refrigerator was rusty. The broken cheap clock had no battery--oops i meant to take mine back out but i left it. The sliding back door to the balcony required a Herculean effort to open and the screen door was completely broken off and just leaning against the wall. This was a stinky, moldy, poorly maintained cabin. It was disgusting. I was robbed. There are so many great places on IOP. If i would have had some experience, i could have gotten a great place.

Passable
Location was nice
Was too hot no warning about air issues. No toilet paper, no ice maker.
