Proximity to our wedding venue.
Parking lot was full.

Great location for what we wanted to do.
Nothing

Elevator broken, stair well stinky and dirty and damaged.

It was right on the water, very clean, and the staff was amiable and accommodating.
The parking was a little difficult.

Super small rooms and thin walls. You could easily hear casual conversation in the rooms next to you. Smallest bathroom - door nearly hits the toilet. Sliding door to balcony super hard to open and close! Breakfast is sad. Linens are scratchy.
Good location though parking is a challenge and you will hear all of the loud music from the bars but tits the trade off of being centrally located. Super expensive price for the mediocre accommodations you get!

Room size was large. Great location to everything you’d need or want to do. Beds were comfortable.
It can get pretty loud in the hallways starting around 7:30 am due to staff working. So if you want to sleep in probably isn’t going to happen. That was probably my only negative.

Location, and staff were very nice.
No issues, mattress could be upgraded.

The location was the only thing we enjoyed about the trip.
The front desk clerk Stephanie was incredibly rude. The sheets did not fit the bed due to the age of them. Parking was non existent. Being able to see the beach was the only pleasant thing about our stay.

Loved the oceanfront location. Love the cost.
The room we rented was hot, humid, and smelled wet and mildewy. We had the ac unit down to 61 and it was still quite warm. Parking was a nightmare and the price of parking is ridiculous. $15 a day for parking is absurd for having to hunt down a parking spot not at the hotel but somewhere down the strip or across the street

Really liked the location. Beachfront with only a very short walk over the dunes to the beach. There was a shower/foot wash which was nice. It was walking-distance to multiple restaurants. There was some parking onsite which was nice. The continental breakfast was basic but good. The rooms were clean and there were planty of towels. There was also shampoo, conditioner and soap provided in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall good value for money.
There was no window to the outside. The only window in our room opened into the hallway. Some rooms had a balcony with an oceanview but our room had no natural light. There was also no communal type outdoor space such as a terrace or porch. There was a pool but it was very small and only 5ft deep (water was warm). There were some chairs around the pool deck but no shade. It was 100 degrees while we were there so some shade would have been nice. The sheets were kind of scratchy/starchy. There was an elevator but it was slow and no AC so was very hot. This is me being "nit-picking" -- Overall -- good property and would stay again.

Very good location, close to the beach.
You can hear people walking in the room above you, can also hear lots of noise from the corridor outside your room. Parking space is limited.

Customer service, location and cleaning staff was lovely. We really enjoyed our selves. Plus every restaurant recommended by the staff was spot on. Days after we are still craving that ACME restaurant

Friendly staff. Clean room. Price was good for the area.
Parking could be challenging during busy season. Thin walls so could hear everything.

On the beach . Walk out the back on to the beach. Restaurants on both sides.

The hotel and the beach were absolutely beautiful. The room is modern, and it was well kept. It’s a little small but perfect for the three of us. Beach access is right behind the building, and absolutely loved it.
When booking this I didn’t realize that there was two bars on either side of the hotel. We didn’t think it would be a big deal but you could hear everything, and we also didn’t feel comfortable going out at night for a walk to the beach. There is no security, or locks to get into the building. You either go up through the elevator, or through the stairway. We were on the second floor and you could hear the music playing, people doing karaoke. The noise from the hallway carried into our room and you could hear EVERYTHING going on in the hallways, and even above us. I’m not sure if the upstairs guest we’re rearranging furniture, or what but it went on for hours. We slept with the AC on and the tv on just to try to block some of the noises. We thought there would be parking underneath the hotel but it’s very limited, and tight. We had to park in the municipal parking and thankfully because of the time of year it was free.
