This condo was great, and we enjoyed our two-week stay very much. Nice floorplan to accommodate two couples since each bedroom had its own bath. Nice balcony, but it would have been nice to have four comfortable adult size chairs outside (there were only three nice chairs and one child's size chair). In very humid weather we had difficulty opening and closing the door to the balcony, and during a rainstorm, that door leaked leaving a puddle of water on the floor inside. Also, the water pressure was very low in all the sinks--probably the screens needed to be removed and cleaned. The only other problem we had was with parking our vehicle. We were told, and the posted rules stated, that we had a reserved spot and to park there or our car would be towed. Every weekend we would come home and find someone parked in our spot. Very aggravating since we had to park some distance away in those instances since the parking lot was so crowded. We were told by management then to park in someone else's reserved spot? Not a good situation. All in all, this was a very nice condo, and the management was responsive.

A perfect stay for our family of five. It was a short walk to the beach and they had everything that you might have forgotten for the water (Sand toys, life jackets, chairs, floaty). The full kitchen was great to prepare meals in and the pool and fitness center were appreciated.

My family stayed at Beach Club for our vacation. My parents had another unit but ours was better. All the beach items in the outside closet were amazing and kept us from buying a lot of unnecessary items for the beach. The location is about 1/4 mile from the beach but it is very walkable with a paved path. The only downside was the furniture wasn’t super comfortable. There is a high top table which isn’t kid friendly and the couches were quite stiff. The water pressure in the shower wasn’t great but that seems pretty typical for condos. I really appreciated that both rooms had large closets with hangers. I loved the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the room. As far as the facilities go, the pool was nice and the gym had plenty of equipment and was very clean. We didn’t use the hot tub or sauna but they appeared clean and in good working order. There were 2 outdoor shower areas, one by the pool for just rinsing off but a second one that was higher pressure and great for washing off the car and beach items. Check in and check out was a breeze. I would stay here again.

The property was just a short walk from the beach. Good location. Everything was easy - check in/out, easy to follow rules. Nice rooms, good kitchen, and nice to have washer/dryer. Some negatives - the baths/showers are a little dated, pull out sofa mattress was not comfortable, and be ready for some extra fees when you book. With all of that said, I would stay here again. We had a good experience.

We arrived late in the evening only to find that the entire parking lot close to the property was blocked off and inaccessible. We were not given any forewarning and had to schlep all of our luggage, ice chest, etc from quite a ways away. Later in the week, we came home to our stairwell doorway completely blocked due to roofers working on the unit. We had to walk even further to get to our unit. Very displeased with this hassle as we are older and walking is a struggle anyway. Otherwise fairly good stay. Dishwasher didn't get dishes clean, so I had to wash them by hand. Was expecting an enjoyable time on the balcony to hear the beach a block away. This unit's balcony faces the busy street so between traffic and roofers, patio was pretty much unusable.

The property manager was very helpful and resolved a couple minor issues promptly. Overall our only complaint is that the cleaning could have been more thorough. My son had sand in his bed, and the floors, although swept, really should have been mopped. Our feet would show the dirt after walking around in the condo. I am reporting this only so the manager knows this. He was very good to work with and I am certain he was not aware of this problem. The location was wonderful and we enjoyed the condo and amenities very much

This property is cute, it’s on the second floor and the balcony faces Whitecap. Easy walk to the beach, there is an area to grill and hang out. The kitchen was stocked so they were able to cook a big meal for everyone. My family really enjoyed their stay and we’d book here again.

This was a great last minute find for a family getaway! Perfect location in a quiet complex. The apartment was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed watching the sunrises from the balcony. The close proximity to the beach was a plus. All around a great trip for us!

Trip was great qith the exception of a water line breaking on the island so we had no running water for 2 days. Freak situation but the manager was very good with prompt responses when I texted him. The condo was great and close to the beach. We had a great time. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to rent from you!

We came to Corpus Christi with two of our daughters and families. We took turns doing meals. Of the three properties, ours was the best outfitted for convenience. The response from the management to one small problem was immediate and resolved. We will come again.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautifully renovated space, well stocked kitchen for cooking, and we made great use of all of the provided beach toys/supplies (cooler, chairs, boogie boards, etc). Only downside was lots of ants in the condo.

Property was conveniently located to grocery, restaurants, and the beach. The unit was clean and comfortable. Property amenities we enjoyed included the pool and car/equipment wash area. The property managers made check in and check out simple, with an open line of communication. Potential renters should note this unit is on the second story and the stairs are a bit steep for those with mobility concerns.

Started out a little rocky with the property not being cleaned when we arrived. I immediately contacted Randy and he had a cleaning crew out there within 20 minutes. It was awesome after that. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all the immimentities of this property!

Lovely townhome very close to the beach and the main roads needed to get around. Plenty of beach toys included for our use, and a very nice location. Parking was right in front of the unit, and if you plan on driving the beach, there's a wash station that you can use to rinse the sand and salt off your vehicle. Also very close to Island Joe's which is a fantastic coffee shop / bakery -- worth checking out. All in all a great stay!

Very nice place. The beach is right down the road. I enjoy the view from the balcony. It smells so nice sitting on the balcony. The pool is nice and big. There is plenty of parking for your additional guests. Very happy with our stay. Toys in the balcony storage unit. Also fishing poles. Blow up mattress if you need. Also the couch comes out and makes a bed.
